By far the best nail salon I've ever been to. The attention to detail is amazing! Love how much work they put into the prep of the nails and precision of painting/design. Both times I have left with Pinterest worthy nails. Also, my last manicure lasted 5 weeks with no chips/cracks - and I am hard on my nails! read more

I've been getting my nails done here for the past 6 months, and I'm so happy I found this place! All of their nail techs do a great job and are so thorough on the manicures and pedicures. They always clean up my cuticles so well and shape my nails exactly how I want. They fixed me up with the cutest red chrome nails just in time for the holidays! 10/10 recommend read more

They give a great manicure, lasts a long time. Awful pedicure for $45, no massage and dug way too hard into the cuticles making it very painful. read more

I was a Nab customer for over a year and I was very satisfied with their nail technician work. However, the administration there wishes a better customer service. I scheduled appointment for pedi+no chip removal and Mani+no chip and once I come in I notify right away that I will be doing regular polish manicure and they said "OK". Once my pedicure was finished and I was transferred to start my manicure, a technician said that, "Due to their policy I cannot change my mind and if I scheduled Mani with no chip they need to charge me as for no chip even though I will do a regular polish." I did not wanted to create a conflict situation and agreed because I had a flight that day and I needed to have that work done, otherwise I would never agreed to their "policy" . For understanding my Mani would cost me $35 but they charged me $75 as for no chip! After everything was completed, I tried to fix a situation and ask a manager if I can use that difference $40!!!! as a tip for a girls and again she refused to do that. Unacceptable manager service! There were times when I waited for a manicure for more than 30 minutes and no one ever offered me a discount. Does that mean your time is more valuable than your client's? read more

Thought this place was dirty and extremely over priced. They also don't have the normal massage chair with a tub for pedicures. Just a bucket on the ground. read more

Consistently 10/10 manicures. Each technician is precise with attention to detail. Would never go anywhere else!

Amazing work! The ladies here are professional and very nice. I got a no chip manicure and couldn't be happier. It's a small, clean space inside a Salon Loft suite and functions perfectly for a good small business. The have a great selection in colors, pay attention to good cuticle maintenance and specialize in Russian style manicures. I really like their e-file method and my nails look fantastic! I prefer to keep my nails quite short for professional reasons and they truly respected that and gave me what works best for me. Would 100% recommend! read more

if you want to be treated badly, this is a great spot for you, they do an amazing job, truly. but if you don't know them i feel like they are just so disrespectful. i made an appointment to remove the gel off my nails, and a pedicure. they charged me for a full manicure pedicure. and in that, told me i had to wait for almost two hours for a pedicure. this was an appointment i had already made, they called me and asked for me to come in early for my manicure (my gel removal) and charged me almost $200 in all, they do a great job, but i can't go back being treated so badly, further, everyone around me was offered something to drink-nothing for me? i tipped well every time i came in. i was really so confused that i was treated so dismissively. if you want to pay $80 for a pedicure there are other places in west loop that will treat you with respect. i paid so much for such a terrible experience. i work in customer service-i would never treat a person like i was treated, read more

I would get russian manicures at home that would last through me working in the hospital or through doing yard work for five weeks but I have been unable to find a place here that is able to do the same. I got my nails done with a Russian manicure a couple of days ago and already have chipping. The overall mail still looks good but I'm unsure how long these will end up lasting which is a shame since they are expensive. read more

Poor service, rushed pedicure and nothing unique then going to any random salon. I am so annoyed I fell for this on tiktok. This place definitely was all hype. The shaping was all uneven and nail application was very sloppy. My tech was rushing the whole time also asked me to come early to my appt 6:45pm vs 7pm. My pedicure was barely 30mins on their website advertised at 50 mins?? Deceptive. The whole experience was super uncomfortable. The techs name is Taya. She kept telling me to relax while she was be kinda rough with cutting my cuticles. How am I supposed "relax" while you're yanking on my feet. It was a horrible experience. The receptionist gave me 30% off so $30 vs $45and offered to another service for free. I declined and just wanted to get out of there. Maybe other techs are better but I wouldn't risk it. Vibe was also not the friendliest in general. Chicago lacks good nail techs and salons. Another TikTok fail. read more

I've been coming here since December of last year. EXCELLENT service and beautiful work. Highly recommended.

A friend told me about this nail spot and I wasn't let down. The overlay/Russian manicure lasted me a little over 3 weeks. I'm a nurse and I frequently wash my hands and use harsh cleaning agents. Even when I stubbed my thumb on a door, the nail remained intact. It will cost you more than your average no-chip manicure, but the length of time that it lasts make it worth it. It also takes about 1.5 hrs so prepare yourself to sit for a bit. read more

If I could I would give a 0. Go to Love You Studio better rated and service. Today I spoke with man who had to be one of the most rude, condescending employee I've ever dealt with. I wanted to reschedule my appointment with a specific person who wasn't available. I was told that since I didn't request this technician at the time of the in person booking I would be charged in full if they didn't find someone else to fill the spot. I asked him if he could wave this fee the first time since I'm only rescheduling and not canceling it completely. He said he was willing to lose a long future consumer vs assisting me. It's a shame because the women are great and this guy obviously doesn't care about retaining customers. Awful. read more

I've been here twice. The first time my manicure lasted 3.5 weeks with zero chips and I washed a ton of dishes by hand. The second time, my manicure lasted less than a week with chips on every nail. I think it truly depends on who you get your manicure done with but to spend $90 for it to last less than a week is pretty criminal. Also my nail tech the second time kept checking her phone and made me feel really uncomfortable? There are so many tiny bubbles on my nails, which is usually a result of rushing the process. They don't have pedicure chairs here as they use the Russian E-File dry process. read more

This is my new go-to nail salon in West Loop. The ladies are incredibly friendly, communicative, professional, and talented. They have a ton of color, sticker, and art options and are very detail oriented. Highly highly recommend! read more

I visited this salon for the first time, obviously I communicated in English because I didn't know all the employees we're Russians and didn't speak English very well except the receptionist. When I was waiting behind the table employee Yulia came in and didn't said anything for a good 4-5 minutes so I greeted her, she didn't said anything so I thought maybe she didn't heard me. Then she asked me if I wanted nail extensions or just no chip in manicure I responded, "earlier when I called for openings on the phone, I was told that only simple gel manicure would be done, but if she have a time for extensions that would be great" but she didn't said anything again then she said " - " to another Russian employee who was working next to her which translates to "She is mumbling something" in a very rude way in Russian. As a native Russian speaker she didn't know I spoke Russian. I understand that person can have a language barrier but for this case the language barrier was not the problem but her attitude and ethic towards her work was. She was very unprofessional and looked like she didn't wanted to be there. When I showed which design I wanted from their Instagram account she didn't said anything again and made really angry face while rolling her eyes. After getting the manicure I wanted same design on my toes too but she made her angry face again and stopped moving and so I asked "Is it too hard for you?" she was not responding agaiiin so I just asked to do regular french tips. I've been getting Russian manicures for five years now, and other people who gets Russian manicures know that Russian manicures are distinguished from other ordinary manicures by their neatness, cleanliness and edgeless look. The manicure was okay but the pedicure was bad after getting home I cleaned everything again. Russian manicure at the salon was not bad, but it might not be the best I ever had. Maybe the other employees are good because my friend had a pleasant experience, anyways won't recommend Yulia! read more

My sister had to get her nails last minute for prom and was racially discriminated by our color. When we walked in and made an appointment at 7:30 we were told we were gonna receive a confirmation text message and we never received it . Also when scheduling the appointment a nail artist was rudely staring at us. We were told by the receptionist that there would be a 10 minute wait. So we decided to leave and go to the car. After approximately 10 minutes we walked back into the nail shop and she told us that the nail appointment was canceled. The receptionist then said in a rude tone that we would have to schedule another appointment read more
