Staff was very rude. They say they accept walk ins but when I walked in they said they had no availability which I understood. Then I asked if they had availability for an appointment this week, and they said I need to call even though I came in person. Terrible customer service, and I had heard great things about this place. They also stared at me as if I was stupid, which was very odd to me. And acted as if me waiting to be helped was a big burden even though clearly if you are appointment only you need to state that, and as a first timer you have no reception so what is one to do! I don't think this place is very minority friendly, avoid if u are poc!! Actually very disappointed as I was excited to try this place out, but I'm never coming back. read more

The time before last, my nails were different lengths and it looked silly. But this most recent visit on yesterday left me disappointed and feeling ripped off. I made an appointment for Gel X and a no chip pedicure. When I arrived for my appointment, they were not ready and the manager asked me to have a seat whie he prepared the water for my pedicure. He started that and another person came in. He then proceeded to give THAT person my pedicure bowl and when I looked at him, because he had clearly just said it was for me, he said they were doing my Gel X first and had me sit at a random table. I guess they dont think people know the difference and maybe many dont. I do. She also kept telling me that I should get builder gel since I want my nails on the shorter side. But why would I do that when the authentic Gel-X brand has short, medium, and longer extensions. Once she got to polish, after doing one coat she told me they were out of the product and she only had enough to finish another coat for my nails not for me pedicure. She said I would need to find another color and said they dont buy that brand very often because they cant get it from a supply store but must order it directly from the manufacturer. I just said no thank you, I will just finish up with my nails. I am so disappointed with this salon and their management. Terribly unethical to claim you are using a specific product and technique but to use something else. I will never return. read more

Incredible! Clean, they do a great job with gel & builder gel. Always looks sleek and classy and they take great care of your nails. Will never go anywhere else!! I've had a few different nail techs here and I truly have never been disappointed. Always call and make an appointment but I can't recommend them enough! read more

Moved to the area some months ago and this was conveniently across the street from me. After coming here consistently for the past 5 months, I can confidently say that even if and when I move out of the area, I can see myself coming back here monthly for my set. Salon is clean and lovely but most importantly -- i have always walked away feeling seen and gotten exactly what I wanted, a long lasting manicure that keeps my nails healthy and looking fresh for weeks (this photo is a week out). The nail techs all have super attention to detail, my nails always look perfect, and the whole team is very efficient while still making it feel like a relaxing experience. Have gone here three times now and they do an amazing job. They know what is good for your nails and give you recommendations of what type of gel you should get based on your nail type.
