I am happy with the pedicure and they had a nice variety of polish to choose from. This place definitely has a boutique vibe - pretty small and simple. Regular chairs and a round bucket (as opposed to the massage ones with built in foot spa). They don't have any fans or drying tools so I sat and waited for quite a while for the polish to dry. Hands down the best no-chip manicures!! I'm a nurse and work a ton with my hands. Other places I have had issues with the no chip still chipping, but not here! They last for several weeks no issue. The girls are so personable and we always have great chats. They don't have the massage chairs, so if you're looking for something a little more traditional I would go elsewhere. They also don't do the dip manicures. For me, though, the quality of the nails outweigh the seating situation. The shop is cozy, clean, and always has fun art. I would highly recommend booking in advance. They often don't have time for walk-ins since they have so many regulars, but they are super accommodating/flexible with their schedules. read more

Bozena and Nina are the absolute best - kind, funny, conversational, accommodating, and by far the most talented nail technicians I've ever been to. I see Nina regularly for no chip manicures and spa pedicures (highly recommend if you're seeking a more indulgent pedicure - complete with essential oils and warm booties) and her work is stunning. I always get tons of compliments on my nails and it's thanks to these women. We brought our bachelorette party here and let me tell you, they were freaking amazing. They were so accommodating to our needs with getting in 4 of us, and were ready when we arrived. Nina and Bozena did amazing jobs on all our nails, and just overall a 10/10 experience. Bozena also became the best photographer at the end and now we have so many photos to remember this experience. I got a spa mani-pedi with Nina on a Wednesday night and it was wonderful. She did a great job and was very sweet and didn't seem to mind I was zoned in on my magazine instead of chatty. I LOVE this salon! I came here a few weeks ago for a pedicure with Samara and was completely impressed. I also just went today for a no-chip mani, again with Samara. The salon is super cute and small, which I like because the conversations are quiet and it's never too busy -- I always leave extra relaxed! Samara really takes her time with each hand/nail. I've now been here three times and feel confident saying that this place is great! The women who work here are so nice and professional. I've never had a better manicure! I've had two regular manicures and one gel. The regular ones didn't chip until about 6 days in...which is a miracle considering how hard I am on my nails. The gel one was also great and didn't get weird looking before it was time to take it off. They like to make sure that you get a nail color you want. I ended up getting two colors mixed per their suggestion to get the perfect pink. I usually don't like to get pedicures due to a really bad experience with one at a nail salon, but decided to take a chance here before I went on a beach vacation. They are super sanitary at here. They use basins (not the stations with drains/hoses like at most) that they fill at a sink and completely sanitize between each customer. I'm really glad I found Nails Boutique! After living in Chicago for 5 years, I knew I needed to break down and find a place I loved for getting my nails done. I found it on the first try. The two owners at Nails Boutique are incredible. They have absolutely nailed the neighborhood retreat vibe. Before I even arrived, I called to make an appointment. The owner reminded me on the phone that they are BYOB and to feel free to bring a bottle of wine if I would like (it was a Friday). They referred to everyone that walked in by first name, and quickly picked up on mine as well. After being greeted, we were offered water, tea and snacks. The entire experience felt like I was hanging out with old friends. My pedicure was fantastic. $30 and my toes look like new! She payed careful attention to details and I loved that all of the products have natural ingredients. I got a $5 off coupon and signed up for emails to receive more offers in the future. The nicest people work here. They are so funny, have a sense of humor, and I genuinely enjoy getting my nails / toes done here. Went for my first time last week for a pedicure (called to make an appointment), and it was a wonderful experience. You sit in a comfortable chair instead of a pedicure chair. Much more of a boutique-y feel than a typical hole-in-the-wall salon. $30 for a pedicure and $30 well spent! Only con is that you can't tip on the card, but no points off for that because I had a great, relaxing experience. No TVs either! Definitely my new spot for monthly pedicures! Bozena made me feel so comfortable and took great care of all my nails. She did a perfect no chip with a simple design that I had seen a picture of from their yelp page. Fantastic nail salon! I got a gelish no chip manicure and the appointment took exactly 1 hour. Bozena was incredibly friendly, thorough, and didn't rush through the appointment despite having a busy Saturday. I was offered tea, a warm neck wrap and an extensive hand massage. The place is not your standard industrial salon. Eclectic furniture makes up the stations. Pedicure chairs are not spa or massaging; it is just an arm chair with a wash basin for your feet. After three years of living in Chicago, I think I finally found my go-to nail salon! I called on a Saturday morning for an appointment and it was easy to get in with Bozena within a few hours. The space is small but cozy; 3 pedicure chairs and 3 manicure stations. They don't have the typical pedicure chairs, but they have phenomenally plush armchairs with pillows that you can arrange as you'd like. The other two women who were getting their nails done at the same time seemed to be regulars, which is always a good sign. I did the spa mani and pedi and it took about two hours, all told. My hands and feet look great, even five days after. Bozena took her time but I didn't feel like it was too much or too little. I'll probably do the basic ones most of the time in the future, but it's nice to know they have the spa option if you ever need a "treat yo self" kind of weekend.
