They also brought stuff to our house, to the dump, and to donate!!! They worked all day and helped us organize things in the new storage unit so that we can easily find things. They also were very patient with us us as we figured stuff out. The cost was pretty decent compared to what other companies charge. Considering it was 3 guys, a full truck, and a pretty big and long job as well as the fact that they never complained and were friendly the whole time I think that it was definitely worth what we paid. Call or email them to get a quote and they stick to it. There was even a point where we couldn't find our comic collection after we were pretty much done for the day but they went back to our storage unit with me to help me look for it and make sure we didn't lose it. You won't regret giving them a chance to help you move!

If you use them, make sure you protect your own furniture by wrapping it well. This is the mistake I made. Also our tv was damaged, no cracked screen, we just have a vertical line during certain images on the left edge of the screen now. It was an expensive oled, we spent over 4k for it. They didn't use the box I purchased and assured me would be better out of the box. My fault for not insisting on using the box. Our tv stand suffered minor dings, like paint chips, I was able to cover it up with some touch up paint so no big deal. I would recommend them if you protect your own items well.

I called everyone and was getting ridiculous quotes of $400 to $500 because they all had 2 or 3 hours minimum even though this job would only take about 20 or 30 minutes. Thank God for Endless Summer Movers. I was very flexible about the day and time so they were able to take the job and there was no minimum hours. I was charged a flat fee which was incredibly reasonable and was happy to pay it. The men who showed up were extremely professional and fast. Both of them were friendly and polite and they moved a sleeper sofa and recliner with no damage to anything. They had all the necessary equipment to move both pieces of furniture with them and were done in less than 30 minutes. I called everybody and Endless Summer Movers were the only ones who weren't looking to take advantage of a senior who couldn't move the furniture alone. I would not hestitate to call these guys again and I will let everyone in my building know they are the ones to call.

I picked up an advertisement for Hero Moving from Waikele Self Storage and immediately noticed that…read morethe pricing advertised was under what I was expecting. We had originally been planning on renting a UHaul from Pam (WSS) but I figured that this might be better since our move was from Waianae to Makiki. I contacted Hero and they called me back. . .I swear like 12 minutes later. I spoke to Jordan and received a rough quote, informing him that our move date was still fluid. A few weeks later we got our confirmation into the apartment and I actually communicated with Jordan through TEXT to sign the quote and make the final arrangements as I had gotten sick and lost my voice. That was VERY useful because it took a few days for my voice to come back. From Waianae to Makiki I was quoted under $1,500 to move furniture from the single bedroom we were in to a one bedroom apartment. Which might seem like a lot for 2 desks, 2 shelves, a bed and boxes but you need to remember that this is Waianae to Makiki. . . Anyway, 3 days before the move disaster struck! Our new landlord decided that they didn't want us there and they were going to keep the apartment empty in order to have an easier time selling the building in the future. With 72 hours notice I was able to contact Jordan and redirect our move from Makiki to our storage unit at Waikele Self Storage. What did Jordan say? "Yes we can!" No additional charges, no argument, no triggering some weird policy to make the process a pain, just a "Yeah, sure." Which was excellent in such a stressful situation. Moving day! Our crew was great. They packed random loose items fast, hauled furniture out quickly and safely, and were respectful in our home. They moved 5 large furniture items down a hall, a flight of stairs and down another hall without hitting a single wall, navigating long furniture items down our tight staircase with no damage. The people they sent, who gave us their names but my ADHD couldn't hold onto them, were approachable, friendly and thorough throughout the process and they were in and out quick. Once we got to WSS they helped us load everything into our unit, called their boss, their boss called me and everything was paid for. This was such an easy process from when I picked up the advertisement in the storage office to when we watched them drive away with our money. 10/10 service, I highly recommend Hero Moving.

The movers were in company T shirts when they arrived and the main guy was able to communicate well with me with good English. They were all friendly and professional. So glad I did because my friend who also hired them based on my recommendation thought they're good too. It was also easy to get in touch with the office for the booking. Sahara was friendly and communicated well with the prices and the services they offered. If you need junk removal and cleaning, they provide those services too for extra fees. Overall I was pleased. Not only did they provide the lowest price point but they also made me feel truly cared for. My initial call was with Paige. She was lovely, upbeat and helpful. She calmed my concerns and helped me de-stress. I felt my family was in good hands after a few minutes of talking. Paige is great at what she does! My next few calls were with Jordan who seemingly was available 24/7. He never missed a call and helped me navigate a tricky move. He was transparent and realistic about what expectations my family and I should have. He went above and beyond to take care of my family as if they were his own relatives. On moving day, Ty and Brandon were unbelievably efficient, hardworking, thorough and kind. My grandma doesn't speak much English but the language barrier proved no problem in the face of Ty and Brandon's kindness. Ty and Brandon were undoubtedly impressive. Professional from start to finish. Crazy strong and fast. They were efficient yet careful. No damage to any of our belongings. Ty and Brandon worked quickly in order to help my family save costs--even doing extra things to help like move a whole fridge to make my life easier. What was estimated to take 3.5-5 hours took the pair of them 2.5 hours. This is with one tall flight of stairs at the old apartment and FOUR flights of winding stairs at the new. Unreal. My family has moved twice before but no other moving company left anywhere near the same positive impression as YouMoveMe. Tyron and Brandon left quite the impression on my family--so much so that they know who they want to call for their next move. YouMoveMe humanizes the moving experience and actually makes it enjoyable. They offer the best prices and best service. They don't charge for the walkthrough like many other companies, and charge by 15-min increments after the first hour. Please be sure to tip your movers. They work hard and their jobs are not easy--though Ty and Brandon make it seem like it. Highly recommend YouMoveMe! The most professional moving company yet.
