We recently used Endless Summer Movers, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. Our move turned out to be far more physically demanding than most. Our home has 44 steps leading up to the front door, which meant every single item had to be carried up those stairs. Sam, Kalele, Pavel, Elliot, and Savion handled it like absolute pros. They spent the entire day climbing those steps over and over again while carrying everything from couches and shelving units to heavy furniture and solid bed frames. They even hauled up a large freezer (still full of food) along with 1,500+ vinyl records, which anyone who collects records knows are incredibly heavy. Despite the workload, they stayed organized, careful, and professional the entire time. Nothing felt rushed, and they treated our belongings with real care. What impressed us just as much as their work ethic was their attitude. Every single person on the crew was phenomenal: friendly, polite, kind, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire move. The quality of the team also says a lot about the company itself. I didn't get a chance to meet the owner, Keith, but if this crew is any indication of the standard he runs his company by, it's a very high one. This is something from 2 YEARS ago--only reviewed this year because I never got around to it. It is the right company: I needed in home movers--no van moving--just up to downstairs, empty my garage, rearrange what is WAY too heavy for me. A belated review from November. I was at the tail end of a difficult, very stressful move-out situation and needed help with only my largest/heaviest items.. I lived on the top floor of a walk-up with narrow stairs and tight turns. This was my first time hiring a professional mover so didn't know what to expect. Chandra responded to my request for a quote within maybe two hours, was informative, helpful, patient, and after a follow-up conversation was able to adjust my quote to a smaller team when confirming I didn't require a full move-out.* One of my concerns was getting myself to the new building during the move (I catch the bus) and she arranged it so that I could ride along in the truck. I booked my appointment that same day. The 2-man team was excellent. They called ahead to let me know where they were, were friendly, worked well together, transported my things safely and efficiently without any issues, and were done ahead of schedule. At payment, they broke down the total cost, which was the same as originally quoted. It was also the day before Thanksgiving. This was the only time I could reserve the freight elevator in the new building and I appreciate SO MUCH that they were available. I decided to go with Endless Summer based on their 5-star reviews and am happy that I did. An overall great experience during a really stressful time. Rates are reasonable and competitive. However, the movers seemed a bit slow and less experienced. The truck blocked the building entrance for some time while adjustments were made, which caused delays. Additionally, the driver went to the wrong building during the move, and I had to wait about 25 minutes longer for their arrival. The move for a one-bedroom unit took from 8:30 AM (30 minutes travel) to 12:15 PM. Overall, there's room for improvement in efficiency and coordination. read more

Weston and team arrived on time and got us moved from a 3 bedroom townhome into a 3 bedroom condo smoothly. Entire job took about 3.5 hours. Move locations were close, so that helped. Packing up was quick, and unloading at second location took a bit longer at the condo due to the elevators. I've gone through many moves, and am happy and relieved to report that things went smoothly and as expected. The team was friendly, and easy to work with. They also helped me move furniture to my neighbor's place and remove furniture and other things I wanted tossed, taking them to the condo dumpster area. They were helpful and made my move that much easier. They were great, and happen to have the best looking moving trucks. I would start with saying ditto to all the good things that are prob in the other 5 star reviews here on Yelp, which is where I looked them up. I've seen the trucks around town and in the neighborhood as other people were moving in and out. Anyway, I received really quick and useful/informative responses via Yelp, followed by excellent call/text coordination with Chandra. Moving is always stressful and I was not thinking clearly in the process, but working with this company was very helpful. They were very flexible when I grossly underestimated how much stuff I had to move at the last minute, and were able to staff an extra person than I originally planned. Three movers arrived, and I appreciate that Sam was clearly the assigned team lead, so I didn't have to figure out who to coordinate and ask questions with. Kalele and Pavel were also on the team and I appreciate how polite they were and how carefully they handled my stuff. They asked thoughtful clarifying questions when needed instead of making assumptions during the moving process. Anyway, it all worked out, everything made it, nothing broken. Amazing work by the three movers: Jerrad, Evan, Kalele. Give them their bonus Keith! All three of them deserve it! They came earlier than expected and adjusted their schedule based on our needs. Very polite, efficient and professional. They first did a survey of all the items in every room and double checked with us before getting started. All of them worked efficiently as a team and got along well with each other. We lived at the bottom of a big multi-family complex so they dragged all of our things up two flights of stairs. Imagine moving and then amplify that going up stairs multiple times! They never complained. Unreal! At the new property, they always asked us where to place the items, especially our beds and big furniture (i.e. beds, dressers, tables) before setting them down. Overall, they finished before it started raining heavily due to the tropical storm. Keith, the boss, was super accommodating with the schedule. Felt bad for all the moving they did for us so I gave all of them energy drinks and they were grateful. Great price and even greater overall value! Highly recommend! Team of 4 showed up. Their lead guy Sam I belive was superb in his leadership role, I'm bad with names but hes been with the company for two years and is from Africa. His team was very respectful and nice, they seemed happy. Very professional and efficient. They even let me ride to the new location and moved everything in the two hour time frame. I feel like I got more than I payed for. 3rd time using these guys. This was the first time the owner Keith wasn't part of the crew. Keona was the lead guy and was great. Moving heavy items in/out of nice houses has a lot of liability. Hitting a wall or god forbid a fire extinguisher could be hugely expensive. All three of the guys communicated to ensure nothing was damaged. In the time allotted I had them pick up a wine fridge from one location, go to a different location to load bulky furniture then drop it all off somewhere else. At the final location they also helped move some bulky appliances down to the basement. Couldn't be happier. I highly recommend their three man crew. Work will get done much faster, more safety and with less possibility of damage than with a two man crew. read more

Fantastic! I needed to move quickly, and Endless Summer Movers made the move less stressful. The crew arrived on time and in a large, clean truck. They were friendly and respectful. The crew took great care in preparing my belongings before moving them. In addition to being gentle with my furniture, they paid careful attention to the walls and floors to avoid any damage to the home. I was amazed at how they made moving my heavy pieces seem like lifting a bag of groceries - these guys are strong! They effortlessly moved my large pieces of furniture up a flight of stairs and through narrow doorways. Clearly, they are experienced and talented. The crew communicated well with each other when tackling pieces of furniture that needed extra care. They displayed many different techniques and used a variety of materials during the move. They used a large heavy plastic envelope to protect my box spring and mattress, and used new pieces of cardboard and clean moving blankets to protect my huge glass curio cabinet. And they were safe. They took precautions to avoid any injury to themselves and my family. They worked quickly without risking safety. All this at a fair price! Life savers!! From 2012-2017, I've moved at least once every year. Usually by myself or with friends. Now that we're a little bit older and don't bounce back as fast, Yelp BFF and I figured it would be best to hire movers (especially since we have a giant 10ft sectional couch that needed to move from point A to point B). We found a great Costco couch that we couldn't pass up, hired a U-Haul truck to hold in storage until we confirmed a move in date. We measured the loading dock doors, elevator, hallway, front door and living room to make sure the job was possible. It barely fit. Not to mention the couch was very heavy. PS this review is long overdue. Yelp BFF was responsible for coordinating with the day of movers. They were very professional, responsive and efficient. Honestly, it probably would've taken 6 average people and 5 hours to move this couch. They did it in half the time with less people. After receiving quotes from multiple moving companies, I went with this one because the cost was straightforward. There was no minimum or additional fees. I truly appreciate the transparency.
