I needed to move 2 giant boxes for the sectional couch I bought from costco to my new apartment. Ruth was very responsive with my emails and figuring out how many people I would need to move. I was texted the morning of when they were leaving to head over to my place to pick up the couch. They were on time picking up my items and everything arrived safely to my new place. The moving team was very patient with my huge couch and had the knowledge on best angles to fit it around the tight corners of my new condo to get the couch in. They were very quick with getting the couch over and moving it to the spot. I liked that they were accommodating and opened my couch out of the box, well kind of had to in order to get it through the door, but very nice about having to open it for me. They definitely helped me out with not needing to get friends to help me move this 160ish lb box and potentially hurting ourselves. ESM just got done moving my things from my condo by University to my new apartment in Salt Lake and they did a great job. They were, friendly, quick, and very careful. They even offered to take more things or move things around. They adapted to the situation, particularly the parking, and worked with the resident managers. I'm normally a DIY type of person, but I decided that I'm getting too old to round up a bunch of friends and someone who has a truck, and that I should just hire a moving company. After some research, I decided that Endless Summer was a good fit with their straightforward pricing and good reviews on their service. Bonus that they are based in Kailua (where I grew up). I booked them on relatively short notice, about a week, and decided on the 3 guys and a truck option. This ended up being a good choice and allowed for a good constant flow of furniture disassembly and taking things to the truck. Keith, the owner, also came by to check on things and help out for part of the time. I really appreciated the respectful way in which he provided guidance to his team. He was also very thoughtful in asking whether they should take their shoes off when walking around inside. They were very careful in handling furniture and items, making sure not to bang them against walls or to toss things around. They even picked up little pieces of trash that fell to the ground. They literally took anything and everything I asked them to, even if it was just in a bag or loose. I hadn't packed the clothes in my closet and planned to handle it later, but they said they could do it, and I'm so glad they did! They had something to hang it on in their truck. It took a little longer than I expected, but that was due to poor planning and preparation on my part since I didn't pre-pack as many things in boxes as I'd intended. But Endless Summer helped to move as much stuff as they could, and it was well worth every penny. I would definitely use them again and would recommend to others. I contacted this company, and a few others, to move a 3 BR, 2 BA home from one part of Hawaii to another. I loved their relaxed approach. Keith gave a rough estimate and, when I asked if he'd come by to give us suggestions on organization and provide a little more detailed estimate, he didn't hesitate to say yes. (The other companies I contacted said they'd do it on the phone.) His colleague Ruth who also answers the phone was as friendly, attentive and informative as Keith. His rates are very reasonable and they're also able to provide packing service. I had to use another company due to a requirement by the senior community where we were moving, but if it weren't for that, we'd have used Endless Summer Movers. Fiancé and I were moving from Ewa beach to Kaneohe and decided we didn't want to pack and move all our stuff. So we shopped around and found endless summer movers. Quoted a competitive price and was all set to go for about 2 weeks from when we confirmed the price. Moving day comes and Hawaii decided it was going to absolutely pour with rain all morning long. The 3 gentlemen were very fast for the first 40 minutes in packing our goods but then seemed to hit a huge slow down where I had to go look for them in the back of the 26' long truck having a discussion about how to best fit the 3 beds, couch, 3 TV's, 2 TV stands, and small dining set into it. In my non professional mover opinion but someone who has packed and moved every 3-4 years, there was plenty of room to essentially put everything right next to each other. Well we finally got it all loaded and took off to unload. The drive time was nearly double the normal , took us over an hour and a half to get there because of the traffic. At the new place it was still just as heavy rain and with the continued lack of urgency, I decided to help unload as well and became an unpaid 4th mover. Took about an hour and a half to unload everything with me helping, if I hadn't of jumped in, probably would have been closer to 2.5 hours. The movers were nice and did what they could but overall In the future we will most likely look for another company. read more

If I was to re-name this business it would be "Endlessly Awesome". Chris & Sam were stellar. To sum it up in 1 sentence: They cared more about my furniture than I did (which says a lot). When I called Keith he was able to put me on their schedule for the very next day - which blew me away. Some pieces of furniture were the landlords so those wouldn't be moving with us. After I gave them an overview I could tell they really understood the plan. I was impressed with how cognizant they were of how many pieces of furniture I had. Sam mentally categorized them by type & had a running count. They never asked me to repeat what was to go versus stay. When they truck was all packed up, I looked around & they got it 100% right. Hired them to move a full sized mattress and adjustable base from Makiki to Waipahu. The turn around I required was rather tight as I had a new bed due to be delivered in days. They were able to accommodate my needs and came the following day. The movers (Jarrad and Kalele) arrived on time and were friendly and professional. They made sure to wrap the mattress, base and other miscellaneous items (legs, remote etc) so that nothing got wet in the rain or lost in the shuffle. They were very efficient and were in and out of my place very quickly. The movers went directly to Waipahu for the drop off and reassembly of the bed. I confirmed with my mom that everything was working and situated to her liking. This company was very accommodating and the price was reasonable. This is a long overdue review! I used Endless Summer Movers to help us move a little over a year ago. This was the first time I ever needed to hire a company for help and when scheduling I just told them all that I needed to move and they got me the perfect package I needed for my move. The ease of scheduling and communication was amazing. The day of the move, their team was communicative and when they got to our apartment they were quick to work. We went over a game plan of what we wanted in the truck and once they got all of that information they were getting everything out so quickly. They ran into some trouble on the road on the way to our new home but, they were in constant communication with me. In my opinion, Endless Summer Movers are the best and worth the money. You would think a company that charges by the hour would work slow that was my worry but, I was proven wrong they were quick, careful, and effective. After getting several quotes from other moving companies, Endless Summer Movers seemed like they were the most straightforward & reasonable with their prices. I needed to move my queen sized bed & frame, 50inch TV and queen sized sleeper sofa from the 27th floor of my old apartment to a 3rd floor walk up. They estimated that it would take 2 hours with 2 of their men and that's exactly how much I was charged, no surprises. My only issue was that the scheduled time they were supposed to come was at 1pm but I was surprised when I got a text that they were getting ready to head over at 11am. Maybe ask first if it was okay to come by 2hours early? But luckily my former roommate that was also moving out had reserved the elevator at 11am so it wasn't too much of an issue that they were early so I didn't tell them they couldn't start yet. Overall, Dre was really nice and understanding and was also able to add on last minute items like a box and laundry basket.
