We closed our unit today and found termites and cockroaches in our stuff. Threw away 3 boxes of kitchen equipment because we didn't want to deal with it. Dumpster is also not available which understand but it still sucks. I wouldn't recommend this place unless you're short on cash, space and time (which is how we got here in the first place.) we had a $63.69 credit on our account that we couldn't get back so I bought $55 worth of stamps that I might not even get to use because of rate changes.

This review is all about COOKIE!…read more She has been so wonderful to us and is the ONLY reason we didn't leave StorQuest when they pulled their typical start you off low and raise your rates fast! Cookie is friendly, considerate, and consistent. She's true to her word and she's gone above and beyond for us. As an example when we finally bought a house and moved our stuff recently out she actually helped me clean up, fold up boxes, and throw rubbish out. I tried to say no but she said she enjoyed helping. I hope StorQuest knows what a valuable person they have there and they better appreciate her! Again she's the only thing that kept us there for a whole extra year. We would've gladly moved our stuff to a different place when they jacked the prices up, but she made it worth it.

I forget the movers names but they were both prompt, handled my items delicately with care, didn't take their sweet time they worked very very hard, disassembled and reassembled a near 50 year old antique silik hutch that I have inherited , they moved everything exactly where it needed to be in my new place, were very polite and respectful and did not damage anything or steal at all. I've dealt with another moving company in the past where I suspected some jewelry went missing. They are the quickest at responses, very reasonable pricing, flexible with their schedules, all in all I am very satisfied and have asked them to move another thing for me as well. 10/10 recommend. They moved all of my belongings with great care and made sure I had everything. They were able to bring things I needed donated to a drop off location for a fee! Price wise they were very fair and definitely worth it. The crew came out on the day of my move, right on time ready to start working and they were exceptional! I've dealt with many moving companies in the past and they were the best ones I've ever used. First thing they did was a walkthrough with me in my house to memorize and notate where every item goes, they were very delicate with every piece of furniture, made sure it's wrapped, sealed and organized the right way on their truck to prevent any damages. They were very attentive and took apart any item needed without hesitation. When we got to the new place they took the time to unload piece by piece, assembling each item in its place and cleaning everything around them after each item making sure it looked exactly as it was before it was moved. They did another walkthrough with me to make sure to know where each and every item goes. Not even 1 screw was missing, everything was put back in place perfectly, no dents, no scratches, no damages whatsoever. They were clean, efficient, courteous and most importantly very professional. And even though it is very hard labor work they were always smiling and making sure it was a smooth sail. I would also like to notate that after everything was done (and I'm sure they were exhausted) they offered to help with anything else needed and made sure I was happy with everything they did - now that's what I call great customer service. Hawaiian Shippers....Big Island, HI…read more WE used this company TWICE. Mainland to Hawaii and back to the Mainland, involves Maritime Law. First shipment went smooth and great. Same delivery guy from Riverside, CA. Very professional. Second shipment was moved up 2 weeks, then disappeared. With all my property, official documents and old ID badges, notes and research. Research regarding a Missing Person in Reseda which was ultimately routed to LAPD for discovery 7 months after the report & 12 hours post discovery, 7 months later. They discovered the body under very suspicious circumstances and failed to contact the police for 12hrs. Verified by the Coroner's report. Make that make sense. The property was supposed to be delivered to NC in 2020. I waited 4 months, June to October, and it never arrived, so I made arrangements to move back to California. I had a narcissist ex husband stalking, slandering and obstructing me the entire time. My CA ID conveniently disappeared in NC between a vehicle and 50' ft to an apt of an ex business partner, my leased apt was at the other end of the block. So I had to order a replacement. That ID got disappeared out of my leased residence when I moved back to Honokaa in 2023 to seek information and answers regarding my disappeared property, even got a job while I was out there and had my employee files compromised...followed by 2 additional replacement IDs which were stolen and have already been reported to FTC. I spent multiple hours leaving messages, emails, researching and following up on this property....Mark & Remy. That information was then forwarded to the 2 ex business partners brothers... Jehovah's Witnesses. Research how many countries they have representation in. Similar to Freemasons. Considering how ethical and disciplined & the high moral requirements, in addition to that family's history of disfellowship...how can they even support this? JW may wanna do their very own internal investigation but that would require investigating their own members. What do you need to start a business entity including NPIs? EVERYTHING. I actually had to file 3 police reports in one day 11/2023.... including the disappeared ID and the shipping company....we won't discuss the 1st, it's CAD data. I've been gangstalked Coast to Coast in this Country. What's going on in America?
