This review is all about COOKIE! She has been so wonderful to us and is the ONLY reason we didn't leave StorQuest when they pulled their typical start you off low and raise your rates fast! Cookie is friendly, considerate, and consistent. She's true to her word and she's gone above and beyond for us. As an example when we finally bought a house and moved our stuff recently out she actually helped me clean up, fold up boxes, and throw rubbish out. I tried to say no but she said she enjoyed helping. I hope StorQuest knows what a valuable person they have there and they better appreciate her! Again she's the only thing that kept us there for a whole extra year. We would've gladly moved our stuff to a different place when they jacked the prices up, but she made it worth it. read more

Need extra space in Kalihi, Honolulu, Hawaii? My cousin currently lives in Bali, Indonesia. He graduated from Lincoln Intermediate, Roosevelt High School, and the University of Hawaii, then moved away because he received a Fulbright Scholarship. He wasn't able to take all of his treasures with him, so he found StorQuest Self-Storage for about $58 a month. He was really happy with it because it was air-conditioned, clean, and in a relatively safe neighborhood. The best part was the convenient method of payment - it gets deducted from his bank account automatically! To enter the building, the customer must know the access code for the building and have the key for the particular unit! There's free parking, too! Note: The building across the street doesn't have air-conditioning, but it's the same price. read more

Upon viewing my records I was paying $484 for a 10x15 at start and within two years I was paying $821 for the same unit! I needed more space and I got a 5x8 unit $328 and a year later it went up to $484. I was fighting cancer and getting treatments which made it worse to move but I was paying too much and had to move. As I was moving I found rat droppings and shredded material in both units and found a stinky dead rat in a large bag GROSS!!! read more

First time using a storage facility and I have been VERY HAPPY with the customer service.

WARNING: FREQUENT PRICE INCREASES I would not recommend doing business with StorQuest. I have been a customer with them for a few years. They raise their prices way too often. I can understand a price increase every year. But, these guys seem like they raise the prices 2 or 3 times a year. It really feels like a bait and switch operation on the prices. I recently downsized my storage unit to save some money. I just received notice they they are raising the price again. Otherwise, their staff have been good and the storage facility is nice and clean. But, I do feel taken advantage of and I'll be taking my business elsewhere. read more

Great customer service from Cookie! Very friendly, helpful and answered all the questions I had. She made the process quick and easy, showing me all the ins and outs and signing of the paperwork's. They offer rental insurance which covers water, fire, theft damage and more. They also offer online mail delivery to their location if interested (customers only.) You must have a debit or credit card on file for Auto-pay, but you can also choose to pay cash in advance before due date to cancel auto pay for the month if wanted. I can say prices are very affordable and not overpriced. I rented out a 5x4x4 for almost $40 a month. Not bad. They have climate control storages on one side and non-climate storages right across the street. Both sides have lots of parking stalls right upfront. They also have carts with reversible handle bars if needed. Only downfall to this place is the hours of operation. It's Monday thru Saturday (9am-6pm) and on Sunday's it closes an hour earlier :( Wish they had better time frames. Also I'm hoping they get the elevator fixed soon because it could be a hassle if we got heavy things to store if needed too in the future. Overall though, I'm satisfied and glad to have received great service! read more

Odd situation but surprisingly positive situation. Last week (1/27/21) I purchased a locker online. Due to unforeseen circumstances I did not need the locker anymore. The staff, ran by Alyson handled my situation with ease. They didn't ask conspicuous questions nor attempt to guilt trip me into keeping it. Alyson gladly reimbursed me and due to this reason I would recommend them because they are honest here. Note: prices for lockers are ridiculously low here and they have 2 buildings at this location. One is climate control the other isn't. Definitely check them out and know without worry they'll take care of you! read more

This is the second time I have rented storage units from the Moonui st. StorQuest, and both times I've just had an exceptional experience with their customer service. Jace was the one in particular who was outstandingly helpful and accommodating, going out of his way to make things work out just right for me. I was originally over at Public Storage, but due to a friend deploying and needing a place to store her things as well as needing a bigger unit for myself, we came across StorQuest. Specifically this location. The staff is amazing, we worked specifically with Cookie and honestly was just such a great staff member to work with. She helped us find the best unit, took care of us quickly, and StorQuest offers a military discount. I switched from PS to StorQuest, got nearly double the space for a much better price.
