I feel like everyone knows in-n-out burger so let me say this. Their burgers are simple and delicious. It usually comes with a half a head of lettuce on it(I'm exaggerating slightly) so it's almost like a salad. Their fries are absolutely disgusting and almost uneatable. Their shakes are good not great and will leave you feeling like you drank a gallon of milk in under an hour. If you want a good decently priced burger this is a good place to do it. read more

I want to like this place. It's simple and fresher than most. But every time I go, I remember why I told myself I would never go back. I wrote off the fries a long time ago because they cool quickly and feel like a soft styrofoam and don't taste like anything. The burgers, while they taste delicious, are extremely greasy and make me feel queasy and disgusting for hours afterward. I like this burger joins compare to Burger King or McDonald. I like their protein wrap burger. Sometimes I do face the problem of them taking my order wrongly. Never go during peak hours because the chances of taking the order wrong is higher. read more

You can get a double double combo for like 7 bucks. It's amazing food and super cheap. People in Utah were so desperate and excited for in n out to come here and now that's it's here and popular they like to bash and rip on it. In n out needs to be compared to places like McDonald's, Carl's Jr., and Burger King as its in the same price point as those places. Comparing in n out to five guys is completely unfair as a burger at five guys costs literally twice as much. read more

Everything about this place is magical! The fries and hamburgers are super good. They actually have real meat hamburgers, at least it tastes like it! Their ketchup is good too. I like how they are open late. It great for when you are in college, especially during finals. read more

I am a regular here. Come here at least once a week. 4 stars for customer service and consistency. Most of the time I do have good customer service here. Just occasionally will I get someone who looks bored at work and I know in n out has a high standard for cheesy smiles and over the top customer service. That's why I love this company. So when I get someone less than uber happy I am somewhat disappointed. I always get extra extra chilies because I like it spicy and only a few times do they actually put the right amount of chilies no matter how strongly I emphasize I really do want extra chilies. I get a different amount every time. Other than that it really is great food. You CAN REALLY taste the quality. A friend introduced me to In-N-Out and at first, I didn't get what the big deal was. I went there and ordered ahead of her. Just a number 1 - the Double Double. OK alright, that's not all that amazing, it's just a burger. Then I saw what she had ordered. She had extra stuff in her burger. But...there were just three options there...what??? Here is the thing with In-N-Out burger - they have a secret menu. A friend from SoCal once described their fries to be like cardboard, and it is pretty dry. However, Animal Style Fries in their secret menu, mmm it's so delicious. Their ingredients are also fresh. They cut fresh potatoes right in the store before frying them in cholesterol-free vegetable oil. But of course if you're eating at a fast food place being health conscious isn't exactly a priority. I remember watching the lines for this place weeks after it opened hoping things would calm down enough that I could finally get into to try the famous In-N-Out burger everyone was drooling over since they first announced this location would open. We finally got a chance to get there and it was pretty underwhelming. Everything was fresh, the fries were pretty good, but the burger itself just wasn't as exciting as I had hoped for. We at there a number of times since, and I can say that I think I've had my fill. I don't really ever crave it, but I might go again if someone really insisted on it. I know there is supposed to be some "secret menu" that's supposed to unlock all the magical flavors this place has to offer, but I don't care enough to bother with that. If I have to memorize an entire menu just to order a decent burger, I'd rather just go somewhere else, which I do. read more

When it's slow it's pretty good food. Starts getting busy, horrible food . Meat not cooked right. Ended up getting food poisoning .

I really do like In-N-Out Burger, however, I gave it 3 instead of 4 stars because I think there are plenty of other better options in the area. The burgers and toppings always seem fresh. I love the "clean" taste of their fries, but they don't pack the same level of flavor as those you can get at other burger joints nearby. The service is generally good (fast and friendly), and the prices are reasonable. I usually only eat here though after getting out of Barnes & Noble (in the same shopping center) and can't resist the smell of their burgers. :) read more

Yes I am the basic white girl from California who is in love with in n out! One of my favorite burger places! I stopped by here to get a number 1 protein style with grilled onions and fries. It was a magnificent Meal indeed! And not to mention the customer service was fantastic sam took my order with a smile and was very patient and recomended to get my fries lightly done and I must say they were incredible and soft just like how I like them. My food took maybe 5 min so not a long wait at all. This location had a very clean dining room and the outside tables were very clean as well. Will return! This food is addictive! read more

HIGHLY overrated. It's not just this location. I remember several years ago seeking out the In-N-Out in Vegas based on recommendations from others. Same thing there. Fairly decent burgers, but nothing exceptional. It's a step above McDonald's, but really not all that special. In fact, I like McDonald's fries better. We don't have an In-N-Out burger in Colorado so if I pass by one in CA we always stop by. I happened on this location by accident and was happily surprised. The double double is the way to go. Yummy! So I really enjoy the burgers at In-N-Out they are probably the best of any fast food restaurant. The quality of the ingredients are fresh and more tasty. I am a french fry guru- love my fries but I prefer Wendy's sea salt thicker fries or McDonalds. I am not a fan of In-N-Out fries they are thin and just not flavorable enough for me. The shakes are the best! I wish we had an In-N-Out in Colorado for my fast food burger fix. read more

I love In N Out! Who doesn't?!? I stopped by to this location for a bite after 8 hour drive. Food was great as always, but the staff wasn't as friendly as they normally are in Las Vegas....here I thought Sin City would be less friendly than Orem, Utah.
