In-N-Out Burger reminds me of Cane's Chicken in that they focus on one thing only. Where Cane's focuses on chicken tenders and fries, In-N-Out thrives on cooking burgers and fries. The burgers aren't huge, but they are prepared perfectly. Fries are wonderful and the whole meal is great! Superior service and associates seem to enjoy their time working. I've seen In-N-Out Burgers but never have had a chance to stop. I wish I had. read more

I like the burgers, shakes, and fries. But there are just so many other places I would rather eat a burger in town. It's not even funny how much hype there is for this place. Try 5 Guys, it blows this in-N-out out of the water, then stomps on it. In-N-out is better than McDonalds though. You gotta hand it to them there. read more

I know this is a fast food restaurant but I am still giving it 5 stars. Because it is the best burger and fries place in the West. I always get the double double cheeseburger (ask for animal style - it is a secret menu request type of thing that makes the burger come with extra thousand island spread, mustard grilled patties, grilled onions and extra pickles) with fries and a milk shake. Everything is so fresh you really can't go wrong with any order. read more

Everyone says they have the best burgers ever. I would have to disagree. Their burgers are good, but there just isn't enough meat on them. The patties are almost as thin as the dollars you'll spend on them. Everything else about the burgers I love, just wish the patties had a little more meat (pun) to them. Still better than 80% of the burger joints here, just not five stars worthy. read more

In-N-Out Burger - Always a long line :( - Burgers Near Me - Orem, Utah

Ok we all know that In-N-Out is God's gift to man and this place nails it every time they have never got an order wrong and it's always cooked to perfection. But I want to give a shout out to whoever is hiring because there staff is fabulous especially Kalie I hope that's the correct spelling of her name I Only got a small glimpse of her name tag but she has black rimed glasses and short hair and braces. She has outstanding customer service skills she is smart quick hygienic and genuine! Give her more money she deserves it! read more

The food is warm and the employees are great but the last three time we have come to this location the hamburgers and fries have tasted like the salt bottle was dropped on them. It's so salty I can't even finish my food. read more

Perhaps I will be shunned for publicly admitting so but I will never understand the hype about this place. The burgers are decent but not worth a twenty+ minute wait in my opinion. And I would prefer fries at almost any other restaurant. And it's not like the menu boasts a plethora of options and combinations. All in all, not the worst place for fast, greasy food but certainly not worth my time when the drive thru line has 15 or more cars winding through the parking lot. read more

A great place to stop for a brake and enjoy a good American burger. It's usually very crowded during late weekend hours. It's the go-to hang out for local youth specially teens-so if you want to feel awkward and irrelevant and love sociology, anthropology and evolution this is your place on weekends. FYI check your burgers when your number is called; Once my burger had a bite but the customer service was great and delivered a perfectly cooked replacement burger all the way to my table. read more

Probably one of my all-time favorite burger joints. Yeah it won't be the best burger of your life, but for the convenience, quality, service, and price; I have to say it's a solid place with a classic atmosphere. read more

Excellent food every time, excellent service. We love it here! Only complaint is we wish their seating area was a bit bigger, especially in the winter when the outdoor seats aren't an option. It's a hugely popular place and we find ourselves struggling to find an open spot more often than not. Get the Neapolitan shake and the animal style fries! read more

Sometimes you just need one of those bomb burgers and shakes. And really glad this joint is around when you're jonesing for it. It's always better in Cali tho. Change my mind. You know I'm right. read more

Love in-n-out - though I think the burgers taste different in California.

Never encountered an in n out employee who wasn't happy until today. I've been to in n out like 100 times. Plus he messed up my order. Cheer up Michael ES. Plus this fri isn't even cooked? read more

Would give 3 1/2 if I could. It's just OK. The "fresh" is the reason I'm giving them stars. The fries are good and not greasy. The menu consist of about 3 kinds of burgers and fries - REALLY! Aside from the fries I don't get the "around the block" line at the In & Out burger that always exist. It alright. read more

What do I need to say. This place is bomb! It's so simple and easy and you can order your burger anyway you want. I like my burger with grilled onions and my fries animal style! If you are trying to eat more healthier you can get your burger protein style. read more

Busy but they get your food fast! Awesome service and it's always bomb asf! In in out is the best quality burger and the price is not bad at all. read more

I got confronted by a male employee named Connor for accidentally using the wrong door. I saw other people going through it so I followed. He proceeded to come up to the register next to me and say how disrespectful it was to just walk in and for the lady working the register to not help me. I did not know considering there were 5 more people in front of me that walked in. He decided to pick me out and make sure I knew that I was in the wrong. I understand Restaurants can get hectic but never did I expect to be treated like that for a simple mistake. In n Out typically doesn't treat their customers this way for some reason I was targeted. Hopefully it doesn't happen to someone else. read more

The burger I ordered was quite pink on the inside, which was deterring. Growing up, I was always taught that ground beef should ALWAYS be cooked thoroughly, as not cooking it all the way can cause food poisoning and e-coli. I did end up getting pretty sick after eating half of the burger. Wish I would have seen how pink it was before I had eaten that much of it. Anyway, I don't plan to eat there again after that, since it's not the first time I've had a pink burger from this location. read more

My favorite place to get some delicious fries! My boyfriend loves the burgers here, but I'm not a huge fan of burgers so I just go for the fries. I love to get them with spread and grilled onions. Their employees are super helpful and friendly and the service is very fast! They keep the place so clean and everyone works hard. The food is delicious! If you haven't tried the fries, you're missing out! read more

BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I came with a couple of my friends on a crazy Saturday night and all of the employees served us with smiles. One employee named Bianca came and told us that we looked super cute and took our trays and was SO SWEET & sooo friendly!! Love the food always. This is the place to be, especially on Sunday nights at 12:00 lolol read more

I love in-n-out! The burgers are heavenly, the fries will tickle your fancy, and the shakes are incredible. Only problem is it's wicked busy unless you go in the afternoon. So cheap too, definitely the best bang for your buck :) read more

In-N-Out runs a SOLID operation and always has. I love how efficient they are in delivering a tasty product to the masses. I always go with a quadruple double burger and sometimes do it protein style (no bun). I love the fries. I sometimes haven't enjoyed when they give me the super small crispy fries that look more like the size of long rice. If that doesn't happen I am a happy camper. Love this place! read more

I got a 3 by 3 animal style burger which was pretty good, but the animal style shoestring fries were terrible, nasty sauce, the cheese dried up very quickly and the fries themselves were insanely dry. I don't plan on getting fries here again, that's for sure. read more

This in-n-out is the best location I've been to, which is saying a lot as a California native. Been coming here very frequently since moving to UT a couple years back and have yet to be disappointed. The most reliable fast food place in town without a doubt. The buns here are always perfectly salted and toasted. Even when this location is absolutely crawling with college students, your food still comes out with the in-n-out quality you'd expect. Keep it up! read more

Hands down the best burgers around! I just really really wish you guys would sign up with "door dash" or "Uber eats" so I can have it delivered to my face several times a week. read more

Trudee is awesome. This was the best customer experience that I've ever had. Especially at a restaurant where I normally expect the food to be better than service. First of all, Trudy took our order at the drive-through. She then sprinted back into the building and to my demise delivered me my food. It was the most surprising and pleasurable thing that has ever happened to me. The hamburgers were cold, but wow read more

Very rude service from an employee named Austin. Left before I finished ordering. Do not recommend this location.

I was very disappointed with the flavor of the burger. I think steak & shake, or red robin definitely better.

I love In N Out Burger. Their fries are still just as awesome and consistant. I love their shakes. I still even like their burgers, but...... like the old lady on TV used to say..."where's the beef"? My wife said it right when she said " the beef patty is about as thick as a slice of their cheese. How pathetic is that... read more

I love In-n-Out. Everything is good. They aren't my favorite fries though and no fry sauce. They do a fantastic protein-style double cheeseburger. The ingredients and quality are always top notch. Their employees are always well trained and are generally very helpful and friendly. read more

BOYCOTT THE OREM LOCATION!! THEIR SERVICE JS TERRIBLE!! I love In-N-Outs food but I would highly recommend staying away from the Orem location. My reason for saying that is how rude the store manager, Rachel was. I have a registered support animal and she came out and rudely told me that I must remove him from the restaurant without listening to what I had to say. He is very well behaved and was just sleeping by my feet under the table. I went to get a refill and had him with me when I was approached by an associate who informed me that the manager requested that I remove him. I proceeded to tell the associate that he was a service animal at which point the manager rudely interrupted and very unkindly told me to leave the inside of the restaurant with my service animal. I am utterly shocked at how poorly the situation was handled and also how rude a manager from the company was. I always was under the impression that In-N-Out was a very customer service oriented company, that image was severely tarnished today. I will continue to visit other locations perhaps after I take a break, but I will boycott Orem until she is gone. read more

Hadnt been here in so long but it was even better than I remember! Cheap, good tasting food and nice customer service. Only problem was how dirty it was. The floors, the tables, the bathrooms, the drink station. It was really dirty read more

What's not to like? When I'm avoiding carbs I love their protein style burgers. Great service and a fantastic fast food burger that's fresh.

Pretty much no complaints. Their customer service is great, and their burgers are definitely near the top of my list. I even love their weird warm but somehow still frozen shakes! The one thing I will never order there is the fries. They're bad! They always taste stale which I know they're not because you watch them being made, and I always find myself just wanting fries from any other fast food joint. Yeah, In N Out's fries are probably a thousand times healthier, but they still taste bad which means I'm not getting them. I feel like if you're going to go with the tiny menu, every item on there has to be 10/10. read more

It's surprise to see in-in-out in Provo, food is very delicious so does service, great place to have a quick bite!!

My favorite guilty pleasure! Animal style double double with chopped chiles will change your life. In-N-Out makes any day better.

THE STAFF WAS AMAZING! They made a mistake with my burger (mistakes do happen) and every one of the staff asked me if they could help with my issue. Best customer service I've seen in years! Keep up the good work. read more

Best fast food burger there is. I may be biased because I grew up in California but for me there is nothing better than a double double animal style, fries, and a shake. I will always come here when I need a fast food burger. read more

Always good food and service. I live so close to in n out that I can spell the cheeseburgers calling my name. I come here all the time and am never disappointed. I recommend getting a double double with grilled onions and no sauce. Ingredients are really fresh and he juice from the tomato and patty give it plenty of flavor. If you want a shake get a mix of the chocolate and strawberry. It's like a chocolate covered strawberry in shake form. read more
