We came here for my first time with my family of 5 to eat breakfast while on vacation. This location and workers including there General Manager Fernando are a joke. This location fails in everything customer service it took over 10 minutes I finally had to ask for help with at least some water for my family. Then the food took almost 30 minutes to come out which looked like crap. They feed you like kids portions then they bring out your food everything one by one you can't even eat your food all at the same time as your choice. One thing I'm glad off is that I don't live close by and never need to come back to this horrible location ever again. So bad that only my kids were able to eat my wife and I lost our appetite so they ate and we left immediately to go grab something better and faster. So, from there, we order and we didn't get all the food we ordered. So I reminded the server we're missing something. A little bit of me feels kind of bad for leaving low stars for restaurants since COVID, but my experience here was so bad. We did curbside pick up where you order and pay online and they give you an estimated time for pick up. They gave up a pretty quick pick up time about twenty eight minutes. We get there on time and we called so we can do the curbside pickup, and the girl who picked up said the order was not complete yet, we were just waiting on the toast. We only ordered two toast... four slices of bread! We waited twenty more minutes until we called again and no answers. An hour waiting and they five missed calls later they said, "oh it's been ready. Should we bring it out to you?" It was so frustrating. If they can't handle things coming back to normal they should eliminate those service that can set them back because the whole experience from waiting and the shitty communication from the front was enough to never go back. read more

Stopped by for breakfast around 10:30am. There was no host and had to wait for a server to seat us. It's very obvious they were understaffed. The food took about 45 minutes to arrive and it was all wrong. The wrong crepes, the pancakes were cold and little things were wrong with each plate. It's obvious there was no communication. The server was rude and didn't seem to believe they got our order right. Saw them reheat food in the microwave and the servers never came to tables. I love IHOP, we go for breakfast, lunch or dinner. The waiters are great. The only issue we have is that the waitress are now required to carry a bank and they are responsible for their cashing/ringing up their own tables. We were there one day when a table actually dined and ditched and left the waitress holding the bill. This new policy screws the employees. Sham on the IHOP franchise owner. This is no way to treat your employees. If it's a corporate policy let me know and I will write corporate. read more

I was skipped over to be seated 6 times by our unapproachable Hostess, whom I won't mention any names to protect their identify (Ana). As soon as I was about to lose my mind our AWESOME food fairly graced us with her presence. Jordana got us seated and took over! She is friendly, caring, and served me with some phenomenal waffles. Katrina was my server tonight and I never experienced such rude customer service. She not once came to check up on us. We waited 30 minutes for her to come by to get a box to go. Came in on Sunday, 15 March with my three kids and we were seated promptly. The place had a Sunday crowd but by no means packed. IHOP easily serves up the fluffiest, softest pancakes ever...I know I will not be disappointed when I order those here. Their omelettes are pretty decent here too as well as their other breakfast fare. I have had their blintzes here, which are really good as well. It is the typical IHOP. Service seems to be decent for the most part, but our service the last time we came was horrible. We showed up at around 2pm. The place was dead. And it looked like they had one guy doing everything, taking orders, stocking, cashing people out etc. So there was one other table of 4 when we were seated. We asked for orange juices and waters, which took forever to come out. He had come back and we placed our appetizer order and he still hasn't brought us our drinks. Our appetizer came to the table and he brought the drinks after (I think he realized he had forgotten them)... Then with our appetizer we had asked for ranch for dipping, which he also forgot and we had to ask for again. Super slow service and we aren't really sure why because he had one other table going besides us. So later our food comes out and we barely begin eating and he brings us our check..... Hmm okay yea thanks. Then he disappears for days and we're waiting to get boxes for our leftovers and we wait for 15 minutes for his to come back and he never does. Our server Brianan was very curt with a negative energy for no reason from the moment she took our drink order. I asked for a straw and she did the "mmmmhmm" attitude reply. When she took our food order she was irritable. Then the food came out and she very rudely passed our plates onto the table. My youngest child couldn't eat her eggs because the glazed strawberry sauce was all over them. I over heard her with an elderly man at another table being peachy and smiling. The old man changed his order on her too and she was very nice about it. Wow, now why was she so negative with us and so nice to him? Being in a bad mood is one thing, however CHOOSING to be nasty toward someone for no reason is unacceptable. I asked for no ice because my tooth hurts... I asked for a straw... I asked her to repeat herself because it was loud and I have bad hearing in my left ear.... It could only have been one of those few things that irritated her I tell ya. We always tip based on kindness and effort. Of course she was all smiley as we left because it was time to pay up and that was even more foul. I honestly love IHOP I come here almost every day. I probably shouldn't because I'm an athlete and don't need to be putting on the extra weight. But every item on the menu is just so delicious! Everything from their food to their drinks. Highly recommend this IHOP to anyone with a sweet tooth. I did have one problem the other day though. I ordered a specialty pancake and it came out plain when on the menu they list a Carmel sauce and a coffee butter. And when it got to me it was completely plain and just tasted like a normal buttermilk pancake. Normally I love this place. It took our waitress about 10 min before sine came over and asked what we would like to drink. Kids ordered juice and we ordered coffee. They brought us 2 cups with coffee and told us they would bring the Kraft out with fresh coffee. They never came back until we asked them for more coffee. We ordered our food. The food was fairly decent. The poblano omelet was great, kids had pancakes and eggs. The service was very slow and I believe she either had to many tables or she just was slow. After we were done she came to check on us and didn't offer to take our plates when we were done as the table was very crowded. Seating could be cleaner as I found my booth seat with what was either salt or sugar. Food/Drinks - I have had various foods here. The crepes are delicious. I had the stuffed french toast, which I was not fond of. For some reason, the breading for it was dry. I had the brioche with berries this time. It was soft and tasty as are the waffles and pancakes. My eggs and hash browns were cooked just the way I liked them. I wish they could provide more seasonal fruits when a small serving of fresh fruits is ordered. It would seem only the grapes were sweet. The orange juice is legit, freshly squeezed and not from a container. The sandwiches are heavenly and very fulfilling. I am partial to very sweet foods so I am not one to order something that I may think would be overly sweet. Service - I noticed if ordering something small, you will receive your food quicker than those who are having meals. Patience is a must during busy hours. Overall - I still come here with family. Food and drinks are great overall. Little things could have some work but nothing too serious, nothing which would make me reconsider this place. read more

So many chain stores around here, but because one of the guys loves breakfast, we stationed here. I was very hungry, so, I ordered the Big Monster Burger, or whatever it was called. The service was great, but, being a Sunday afternoon, not a lot of people were here. The burger came out, although I recall the waiter never asked how I wanted it cooked. It was cooked well done, which sucked, but I ate it anyway. Not much fries on the plate. The burger was not that big and the fries were eh. Like all chains, you get what you paid for, but I still ate the whole thing covered in ketchup and some hot sauce. The WORST IHOP ever! Never have I seen such disrespect and lack of professionalism. They really need some training on customer service and a lesson in human decency. I called in to make an order for takeout, and i was immediately told to wait on hold, which I thought no problem since it sounded like they were busy. I could hear the noise going on near the mic of the phone on their side and it was filled with personal chatter. This went on for 4 minutes and at this point I was getting frustrated since I was put on hold just so they can talk about syrup! Then there was a moment of silence (perhaps them finding out they did not mute their side) and then there was the on-hold sound. Now it's been 5 minutes just waiting... then I hear a click and a dial tone!!! The audacity to put a customer on hold for that long with no professional reasoning then just dismissing them is despicable. I decided to call back right away and it went to an automated message saying that there was no one available. This shows that they obviously don't care about their customers nor hold an ounce of professionalism. Please DO NOT support this place! I think if they did a few seminars and training their staff in how to be a professional, it might earn some business from me. But for now, they are not worth it. read more

I have been to this IHOP now 3 times and it's more like a circus than a restaurant. I have never seen such horrific service ever. I asked for an Arnold Palmer and was brought soda and ice tea. It was 30 minutes to get a coffee. They weren't even busy. Don't waste your time, go to Rainbow cafe just a few miles away. It is better home cooked food and great service. My favorite breakfast place is The Original Pancake House, but I must say I'd eat here again. Didn't order pancakes but their crepes, eggs and sausage were excellent, plus love the coffee carafes they leave at your table. It's hands down way better than Denny's. Went to ihop tonight with my family. My husband & I both ordered the Split Decision. I ordered mine with a side of hash browns. My husband asked for scrambled eggs with cheese. My 4 yr old wanted pancakes & my 5 yr old wanted a cheeseburger & fries. Nastiest food ever. My husbands eggs were so gross...& there was more cheese than egg. All of our pancakes were not fluffy..they were burnt & hard. Then my husband looks at my 5 yr olds burger...ITS RAW in the middle . Waitress never brought my side of hash browns. We got up & left as fast as we could. She still tried to charge for the hash browns that I never received. My husband told her we didn't get the hash browns & to take it off. I visited this IHOP and ordered a grilled chicken & vegetable salad. The grilled chicken was rubbery and chewy. I informed the server and she replaced the chicken. I get home and I have to run into the restroom. I was in the restroom four times in less than half an hour and had stomach pain. I called the restaurant and asked to speak to a manager. I was asked what it was in regards to. A couple minutes later I was told the manager was gone. All I wanted was to inform someone of what had occurred so no one else was served bad or under cooked chicken. I called IHOP corporate office and informed them what happened. I was told there should be a manager on duty. I'm assuming the manager is a coward and didn't want to deal with this issue. I should have stuck with my gut feeling and had a breakfast meal instead of the salad. Beware of this restaurant and don't have their grilled chicken.
