This IHOP is located along US Hwy 79 nearby the Super Wal-Mart. There are plenty of parking spaces. We like this location as it's positioned well to where you receive natural lighting from various directions. The front desk attendant is friendly and welcoming. The place is clean as well. We mostly order the build your pancake combo, strawberry pancakes, double blueberry pancakes and hot decaf black coffee. The food is great and the price is right. The majority of the servers there are amazing and mostly the same servers that have been working here for a while. Unfortunately, we've encountered a waitress here a few months ago who was not very friendly and hardly bothered to check up on us. She seemed to be new to this place. read more

While going on a Sunday morning for breakfast, the hostess and staff were calling out "who is next" without looking at the list of people waiting. Being a single mom, I was seated and ordered our food. In the middle of eating, my child had to use the restroom, being how small he was he could not go alone so I took him leaving personal items on the table expecting staff to understand we were still eating. Also being out food was half way finished. As we approach our table after using the restroom, the bus person had half of our food and drinks put away. Once I spoke up and said "we're not done" he said "oh sorry" and proceeded to put the food and drinks BACK ON THE TABLE. At that point I lost my appetite. It's been quite sometime since I've been to IHOP and decided to bring the grandchildren for some breakfast. I was happy when we were seated immediately. I would have preferred to wait before being seated as it took a long time for the waitress to get our order and even longer to get our food. The surrounding tables that arrived and ordered after us got their food prior to us (we did not have a complicated order and two meals were from the children's menu). The food was just ok and partially wrong, but immediately fixed when I mentioned it. But once did our waitress r returned if there was anything else that we needed. Waiter took our order and totally forgot about us. Other customers who were seated after us were being served & waited on. After waiting 30 minutes We had to flag down a different waitress to find out what was going on with our order... Waiter finally showed up with only half of our order. Still had to wait for my husband's 5-stack buttermilk pancakes. I understand that restaurants can be busy, but wait staff should always check on their tables to make sure that the customer didn't fall through the crack. Friendly service, average food, long wait time. Popped in the other day for some late breakfast food (1:30pm) and the greeting was friendly and we were sat almost instantly. The server was kind and got to us within 5 mins to get us drinks. We ordered shortly after that, and then 25 mins later our meals came out. The wait was long--we were patient, yet hungry. They seemed short staffed or something which was kinda surprising for a Saturday afternoon. Overall, the food was just average, the wait time was poor--I just didn't expect to wait that long. We got in line to pay our bill just in time too--behind us there were like 5-6 people waiting to pay! I'll be back if it's necessary, but I think I'd explore other options first before coming back again. :/ read more

Went to IHOP to get my most favorite dish, on a Saturday...my mistake we only ordered 2egg whites & cottage cheese for one order . The 2nd order Half order Swedish crepes & 2 ice waters. When they came 25 minutes later they were cold...I had to send them back to warm them so the lingonberry butter would melt. Was very busy when we got there, by the time we got our check....it was almost emptied out....so not on Saturday for now on. read more

I am giving this ihop a 4 because of the lady who helped me today (shella?). She was extremely helpful with me choosing the take out order I was looking to pick up. Ordered one of the plates and upgraded the pancakes to tres leches flavor (2.99 upcharge). The food on the other hand... for 17$ I'd hope to get more food. I feel like the prices are up and the portions are way down. I'd give the food a 2-3 star just because of the price for the portion, really wasn't great. This location was clean and quiet. read more

Worst service. The server (name on receipt is Jonathan H.) brought items on dirty dishes, starting with beverages. At first, we thought he just did not notice that they weren't clean, so we asked him for clean ones. Asking for clean plates and dishes offended him. He screamed that we were rude to ask for clean plates. Jonathan did not want to do his job. It continued to show in service and the quality of the food he brought to our table. Cold food is not what we ordered but got. The country fried steak was inedible, as was everything else. No offer was made to remedy the situation. We decided to leave. While paying, Jonathan refused to give me a customer credit card receipt. The one I signed he put in the register. He kept claiming there wasn't a customer one (which is a lie). Not trusting him, I wouldn't leave until he gave me my receipt. Finally, he angrily gave me a receipt (not the one from the register). That receipt had a blank spot where Jonathan could have written any number in on it for a tip and total without me knowing about it. I believe he would have after the way he acted. Thank goodness Jack in the Box is close by. Finally got hot edible food from there. Jack in the Box customer service is superior to what we got at iHop. read more

Only person in the joint at 7 am I was surprised that no one was on for breakfast. Should have been a blue. Great waitress. Happy friendly I got french toast bacon sausage and home fries. Under cooked french toast no color just on the outer edges cold inside. Bacon was stiff and cold sausage was cold and you could see where they didn't turn it on the grill like they cooked it way ahead of time and didn't reheat it. Food came way too fast except home fries had to wait cause dude forgot yo put peppers and onions on them. They came hot the orange juice was watered down. I returned the bacon and sausage and ate half the French toast and all of the home fries it's so disappointing when you go to a place for a meal and the cook is so lazy and don't care what they serve. 27 bucks for cold food and that's after she took off the bacon and sausage No wonder at 7-730 the place was empty. I was still hungry so I went to Siggy's where it was crowded with people eating I got French toast and bacon. We came here for my first time with my family of 5 to eat breakfast while on vacation. This location and workers including there General Manager Fernando are a joke. This location fails in everything customer service it took over 10 minutes I finally had to ask for help with at least some water for my family. Then the food took almost 30 minutes to come out which looked like crap. They feed you like kids portions then they bring out your food everything one by one you can't even eat your food all at the same time as your choice. One thing I'm glad off is that I don't live close by and never need to come back to this horrible location ever again. So bad that only my kids were able to eat my wife and I lost our appetite so they ate and we left immediately to go grab something better and faster. A little bit of me feels kind of bad for leaving low stars for restaurants since COVID, but my experience here was so bad. We did curbside pick up where you order and pay online and they give you an estimated time for pick up. They gave up a pretty quick pick up time about twenty eight minutes. We get there on time and we called so we can do the curbside pickup, and the girl who picked up said the order was not complete yet, we were just waiting on the toast. We only ordered two toast... four slices of bread! We waited twenty more minutes until we called again and no answers. An hour waiting and they five missed calls later they said, "oh it's been ready. Should we bring it out to you?" It was so frustrating. If they can't handle things coming back to normal they should eliminate those service that can set them back because the whole experience from waiting and the shitty communication from the front was enough to never go back. read more
