If I could give zero I would. Called in to place order for the happy hour they have announced online. They hung up on me twice when I told them I wanted to place phone order. Called again supposedly it was a transferring the call issue. Tried placing order told me they can't do the special being promoted asked to speak with manager cause I've placed order before a few days ago same location. Kid tells me no one else is working but him he's the only employee whole store and hangs up on me. What kind of employee are these restaurants hiring. The food was really good , we went in the morning around 9 something but the wait to get our food was about an hour ! It took a while but i also felt bad because there was one girl out taking orders and bringing out the food , we saw the manager and she was really not doing anything, the kitchen looked empty too!! They need some help . There were groups of teenagers there too being so loud throwing around a beach ball. It ended up in some familys food like cmon ? . I never had a bad experience with iHop. usually great food and awesome coffee. But today on April 02, 2023 was different, I order through Postmates and got the food looking like it was prepared by a three year old. The Avocado toast was a piece of toast with a sliced half avocado, nothing else. The coffee combo had half filled coffee cups. The syrup amond butter i order was not included but charged on my card. The pancakes seemed a little soggy. The hamburger looked like it cam from McDonalds squished. I do not know what was going on this day, busy perhaps. I did call the store and asked about the missing syrup and the half filled cold coffee; the employee kind of giggled. She said to go pick up the syrup on the house. I explained to her that i have no transportation to get there. She said she will take my number and give it to their manager. I heard that before. This is my first time trying IHOP, and it was so delicious. Our server, Harley was amazing she recommended which types of pancakes to choose from and assist us whenever we need her. Service was nice and the places were clean. I ordered the garden omelette combo with the double banana pancake. My bf ordered the mega monster burger combo with strawberry banana pancake. The picture looks the same as the menu and the pancake itself was fluffy and delicious. The blueberry compote taste fresh and definitely is my #1. The boysenberry syrup is delicious as well because is not too sweet compared as other syrup. I will be coming back and trying other pancakes! read more

First time in service was friendly..place was empty since it was about 8am on a Sunday I am guessing..idk. I wasn't too thrilled with my food. 2nd time- Sat 1030 am... 25 min wait.. Hostess Lupe was chit chatting with a waitress when I walked up so maybe that's why she didn't pay attention when I asked if I could a table to accommodate us and stroller (like a corner table). We were called in and we were seated right in the entrance area ughh.... Oh well I didn't say anything because I was hungry! Lol My scrambled eggs plate and strawberry crepes were really good! My husband's usual country fried steak and eggs plus the strawberry lemon French toast was good as well. I think I drank the whole pot of coffee! Lol. Humberto was our server.. My boyfriend, cousin, friend and I were craving breakfast items and I just remembered that a new IHOP just recently opened nearby. So we went to check it out and turns out they're opened next week and just training right meow. So we kind of just stood outside to figure out where to eat next and then the owner comes out to tell us though they were training we could be the first customers for them to wait on! Pretty nifty experience. The servers are attentive and helpful. Our server's name was Jennifer and she was really sweet! The place is extremely clean and the decor is really earthy. They kept the original BBQ restaurants interior but they made it work with IHOPs usual decor. The owner himself came to greet us and talked to us about this place which was really awesome. Cool guy. I love IHOP. Came to eat with three other friends since we were craving IHOP and it was the mid points of where we lived. We had a late lunch and was able to get a seat immediately. The waitress was nice and loves to chat. We had her at the table telling us about her experience working there. It gave me new appreciation to them serving my hot plate of food. I ordered my usual Belgian Waffle Combo and the quality was up to par. Place got isolated so fast and we notice that by 2pm, we were the last of two tables left. Meh. I got the "new" chicken and waffles. The chicken was okay, but the breading was totally over cooked and brown. The chicken inside was okay, so maybe the oil needs to be changed. My husband got mozzarella sticks and it had the same issue - dry over cooked breading. Everything that we got that wasn't fried was delicious! October 23, 2018 We came to Ihop around 5:30 pm and it was empty. The host that welcomed us was a young girl she sat my boyfriend and I. She asked us if we knew what we wanted to drink, we dont come to Ihop much so we couldnt find the drinks menu side. Instead of her helping us she laughed (giggled) and made us feel uncomfortable. Once it was time to order we had a change of waiter (jovanni) and he was fine. There was only one other group in the entire restaurant and our food took a very long time to get to our table. Admittedly, those commercials got me in! Double dipped French toast: banana, peanut butter & chocolate (2stack $4) great price the combo w/ bacon & eggs only $6.99! But, it was surprisingly disappointing (hubby says terrible) I say disappointing. It looked good, consisted of all of my favorite things and I didn't like it at all. My family and I went to this IHOP regularly. One night we went there for dinner and was met by the rudest waitress, Mallory. As we are waiting for the hostess and there is only one other party in the restaurant, I could hear a lady complaining (loudly) about her life, boyfriend, etc. she was fairly loud. She finally saw us. As she was walking towards us, I look over at the kitchen and I see a pair of legs standing and stepping sideways on, what I thought was a good counter. But I honestly couldn't tell. So I asked Mallory if that person was standing on a food counter. She looked at me, sighed and rolled her eyes and said, "No! Duh. He's on a step stool." I asked if she was sure because of the way he was moving, it didn't look as though a step stool was that wide. She shook her head and walked away. (I believe the guy was actually on a counter and she was lying). But the way she walked away was so rude and unprofessional. We we got to the table she tossed the menus on the table and walked away. I asked her name 3 times. My question was ignored 2 times. And when I finally was given her name, she said in such a way indicated, "I don't care." We didn't sit, instead headed for the door. I asked if there was a supervisor and she said no. The next day I called asking for the Manager, Brenda and was told that she was not there. However, I was able to talk Gisselle, another Manager. After explaining the situation to this Manager, Gisselle went on to apologize for not getting our food quicker.... I immediately stopped her. Explained that she was not listening and asked for Brenda again. Gisselle said, "Brenda and I are the same." I asked if they were both managers and was met with defensiveness and attitude. She also said, "Brenda and I are nothing. As you said." I strongly corrected her that making wrong assumptions would also land her in trouble. She gave me a phone number to franchise corporate. I'll shorten the rest. I talked to Alicia who said that she would talk to Brenda, discuss an outcome and call me back by the following Monday (two full days later). I initially said that I wanted Mallory fired. Of course I didn't hear back. So a full week later I called and Alicia explained that Mallory was written up only because of the kind of worker she was. What?? If Mallory is a top performer, you can imagine what the rest of the employees are like. Natalia is an amazing worker! The food was good today, my family and I enjoyed . We did wait a little So I closely observed our waitress work efficiently, fast and attentively. She continued to check on us despite there only being her and one other server . I feel that the management needs to step in and support their good/hardworking staff! Prices are fair. Food was delicious! Service was excellent. Very comfortable environment. My waitress was Genesis. She did an incredible job! While waiting for our food, I saw an advertisement on the table for the iHop Club. I joined while sitting there waiting, and was immediatey given a coupon for $5.00 off our meal! We were able to use it for that meal. I just had to show the waitress the coupon on the screen and she took the $5 off. No printing or downloading was necessary! I will definitely return! The workers there are nice and very helpful but the management specifically the female manager she does not take care of her team. They make their workers work their whole shift without any breaks and don't pay them well. On top of that the workers are over worked. Get it together or their will be a law suit. The food is standard fare for an IHOP. Being that breakfast is my favorite meal, I was so happy to see this open in the tired-looking Walmart shopping plaza. Reading other reviews, I was a little worried about the service. But, service was excellent! I asked for my sausage to be well-done, and it came out exactly as asked. The waitress was very attentive without being intrusive. She refilled our coffee pot and was on top of things. I will definitely return! I wish I remembered the name of our waitress so I could give her the props that she deserves! read more

Okay, I normally wouldn't eat dinner at Ihop but we were starving and it's one of the few options close to Winco. It's clean in Ihop, but then again it was super slow for them. Good for us! The service was nice, but I wish our server told us about the value meal before we placed our orders. Both of our meals, were on it. I ordered the french onion pot roast. I know...I should have gotten pancakes instead at Ihop but I wasn't craving breakfast. I opt for soup instead of salad, and it came with a side of mashed potatoes and corn. It was okay. The roast was a bit salty, my son loved it however but it wasn't memorable for me. My husband ordered the fried chicken. He is a huge fried chicken lover. But this friend chicken was gross. They really need to change the oil. The oil is everything! The chicken tasted like the crud that sits on the bottom of the oil. You could tell it hasn't been changed through the day at all. Made my brunch a special one. First time here at this location and was amazed with excitement. The moment we entered, huge warm hello's and hearth felt welcome. This ihop looks new but the staff are a well oiled machine. They all worked with generous smiles and precision time. Food is what you expect... So I come in, the greeter turns to another staff as she grabs a menu to seat me (for 1). I'm usually weird in appearance and I don't blame her for talking crap about me in Spanish because of that. I'm not sure if it's a practical joke either but I got seated at a handicap table. Not a big deal lol. I looked through the menu and have made my choice within 5 mins. Sliding the menu shut towards the edge of the table for it to be noticed, I waited for my food. 5 mins rolls around... 10 mins... finally at 15 min mark, Jazmin asks me if I've been helped yet. I respond, "no." "I guess I'll be taking over then" was her response. A response with a clear indication that have I not been asked by her, I would've had to wait a lot longer. This review is based on an opinion by a VERY hungry dread head. Hopefully, the attention I get changes next time around. UPDATE: I just finished my meal and Jazmin saved me from starvation. She took care of everything and apologized for the wait (as if they have Yelp alerts on their phones for when they get 3 stars or lower). I give this place 5 stars because of Jazmin.
