This place sucks with app orders. They never have my order ready and have deer in headlight eyes when I come to pick up. I have to wait for them to make it. What's the point of ordering ahead?? So I didn't learn my lesson. I ordered online again today and again they didn't know how to read. I ordered the mesquite steak and guacamole without the mesquite sauce and they still put it on there. Then they tell me I should've put it on the special instructions (like the app tells you that). Just follow what it says on the paper. If it doesn't say mesquite sauce don't put it. Clean spot with friendly staff. I like the new $6 they added where you can get a 6" sandwich (from a limited menu) with chips and a drink. I can never finish a foot long and it gets soggy if I don't eat it fresh so I like this new option. And it includes the sweet onion chicken teriyaki sandwich! Make sure you do the survey on the back of the receipt! You get a free cookie! Do it right when you sit down so that you get the email before you leave. It took like 15 minutes to arrive in my inbox. I hardly eat Subway but I went here 2 days in a row because of a coupon that I had. The first day I went I had the Meatball Marinara. They gave a lot of meatballs. I've had this sandwich before at a different location and at this location, they gave a lot more. The portion size is more than other locations too so it was pretty filling even for a 6 inch. The second day I went I had the Subway Club. Same thing...they gave a lot. Both sandwiches were really good. The service here is really good. They're all very nice and they're all pretty quick when it's busy. There's a lot of tables to sit as well. And there's a restroom at this location. For some reason, all the other locations that I've been to never had a restroom so I thought it was good that they had one. Both the tables and the restroom are clean as well. The parking lot for this location is ok. The parking is a bit narrow so if you have a large car, try to park far from all the other cars. It can also get busy here because there's a Starbucks, Bank of America, a buffet and other businesses using the same parking lot. Overall, I'd come here again. read more

I don't think I have ever been in a subway where the service is THIS consistently bad every single time. As one of the closer subway locations, I came here for a sunrise melt. The lady ws nice and told me about their special - coffee or fountain drink ("free") when you order a sunrise melt. Note: this isn't a knock on subway just this location. Being a former subway employee for 7 years I know how things work. Every single time I attempt to eat here something is wrong. This time just pushed me over the edge. First, there was a little caesars pizza box on top of the bread cabinet. Health and safety hazard right there. I look closely and the bag of flat bread has a label on it that expired on Monday. Yes another hazard but oh well I'll get white bread. While trying to order the older ladies on shift at the time wouldn't stop talking to each other causing me to repeat myself when I shouldn't have to. So I order the tuna and the lady says they are out of tuna. I go well can you make some I don't mind waiting? And she says no it's close to closing time. Uhm no it's 8 and you're open till 10. You'll need the tuna for tomorrow, it's not busy right now, and it's good for at least 2 days. Don't be lazy. But she just continues to stare blankly at me so we decide to leave. It's a shame that this subway is walking distance to my house and now I have to drive to chino if I want Subway. When we first moved to the area the staff was super friendly and the place was clean. it's gone down hill this past year. Management really needs to pay attention to their closing staff. read more

Horrible customer service! We came here for dinner an they took SOOO long. When we walked in one employee was buying groceries off some sketch guy while the other employee just watched. Finally the other employee helped us after us awkwardly just looking at him for a while. But he had no bed side manners and acted like he hated his job an took his sweet time. I'll start off by saying the food here is good and the cookies are very delicious. I don't come here often but when I do I always enjoy it. The one thing I think the employees need to work on is customer service. The employees are rude example: asking them to change their gloves after touching metal (oven, microwave) they start having attitude. When they are putting on the veggies leaning over to reach for something and their apron touches the sandwich I inform them and after that it's just bad vibes and attitude.
