This review is really based on the false advertising from IHOP. Everyone gets the coupons that say 'buy one get one free'. Guess what, it is an extremely misleading coupon and statement. The reason why? You have to buy two beverages. Guess how much they cost? $2.89 for a soda and $3.19 for a cup of Coffee. What the heck??? Add the two together you are basically still paying for your food and not really saving much and are absolutely not getting the 'true' buy one get one free as advertised. Shame on you IHOP for misleading information. read more

What happened to IHOP? I got blueberry pancakes and they SUCKED! I have gotten them at other IHOPS and they were great. I don't know if it is poor training of the cook or just bad management? Pancakes are not supposed to taste like cardboard. read more

Loved the friendly and kind staff. The restaurant and restrooms were very clean. Unfortunately the staff did lack in checking in on my family to make sure we had drinks. I had to on more than one occasion track one down to ask for refills. The food was not the greatest. While eating the pancakes they were not fully cooked to where you can still taste the pancake mix. I have only been to Ihop twice and it has been nearly 6-7 years since I've came and I think with this experience it may be another few years. read more

Went in on Friday October 5,2021 at 2:05 P.M with my 79 year old mother. We were told they would be closing in 50 min. We said that's ok we're starving and would just eat and leave. They had us sitting there with no waitress in sight for close to 10 min. So we got up and told the hostess we're leaving because no waitress came to give us menu's or anything, she didn't say anything to us, just rude as can be! Their not friendly at all!! Wouldn't waist my time or money at this IHOP!!!! Not even a one star more like a big fat zero!!!!!! Shame on you youngsters for treating your customers so rude! This ihop is relatively new. Everything is good the waitresses are nice, the food is good just like everywhere else. The only reason I'm giving them 4 stars is because they are so SLOW. I mean I've gone on the weekday, I'm taking about a Tuesday morning when it's super empty, I get seated right away but the food takes forever to arrive. It's usually not a big deal since I'm chatting with my gf but if you're in a hurry this is not the place to come. Other than that everything is great. read more

I came here and I tried getting the Belgium waffle combo, comes with 2 eggs, 2 sausage or 2 bacon but I wanted to substitute the meat with hash browns. The waitress said she can't substitute it which is weird because what if someone was a vegetarian and can't have meat? That would mean they can't order that dish and possibly a bunch of other dishes. I thought that was ridiculous. I also ordered an Iced coffee Original but for some reason it tasted like an iced milk chocolate. Service was really slow. Don't come here!!! So I ordered the steak and eggs breakfast. I asked for the steak to be medium rare and it came out raw. So they took it back brought me a new steak that was well done. At this point I am like whatever I'll eat the thin sorry excuse for a t-bone. First bite was the most disgusting steak I have ever had I spit it out.... I would give this place 0 stars if I could. We got there with my family 45 mins to closing and they refused to take us. She said it's too close to closing time which is 11 pm. I guess they don't want business. Mind you in their website they close at midnight on Friday and she told me they close at 11 and pointed at the door. Pleasantly surprised. Came in around the afternoon on a Tuesday, I was surprised to see plenty of people waiting. My boyfriend and I only waited a couple of minutes before being seated. The food was good, it's pretty much what you would expect at any other IHOP. Service was good, they were very prompt and friendly. I liked the fact that we didn't have to ask for a refill. The interior is very nice and modern. Hopefully it does really well, it's a nice short drive for me! read more

Ok! Let me explain why I gave this place two stars only. When we got in, the ladies on the front was very pleasant, they greeted us with a big friendly smile. They were very accommodating. Here it goes, when we were seated, the server seemed very unhappy. It made our morning ugly. She looked like she didn't like working there. She just put down the menus and then left, no words exchanged. We were not dressed fancy of course, she might have thought we didn't deserve a well treatment. What a waste of time! Food was cold, dirty floor and unpleasant and unprofessional server, unfortunately that's All I remembered. Should we go back again? I am not very sure, maybe not. All you can eat pancakes is a good deal and comes with the rest of the breakfast eggs ham hash brown n all that stuff. Very filling and good. My daughter licked the bowl clean when she got the Potatoe Soup. Great waitress too, her name was Alex and was very patient with me since I couldn't make up my mind, she checked on us often, and was very friendly. This is my IHOP from now on. No matter how good the food is, I only go back if the Customer Service is right. And they're on point here. read more

this is one of the but best IHOP ever! if you think it is big inside it also has a mass of outdoor seating area that is covered with heaters and fans. It is always busy and full, but no more than a 20 minute wait on Sunday mornings. The staff has this down to a science where you can sit and relax and enjoy your meal but no one waits too long to get served or get a table. read more

I'm a bit disappointed in ihop. It took more than 15 mins. To get our drinks another 5 mins for them to come back and take our food order. Also there was lipstick all over our napkins. The table we got seated at was dirty and there was a tip left on it from the previous party. The food was good as always though and the server was very sweet and she was really trying her best to tend to to us as much as possible even tough there was a full house. Terrible, terrible, terrible service!!!! I have been coming here since this IHOP opened and I must say, this is the WORST experience I have ever had eating here!!!! I just had to update my review... first off, when we walked in no one came to greet us, the waitresses were nowhere to be found! A worker that was cleaning a table finally came over n got us menus n a table. After some time, she had to come back and ask us what we wanted to drink because our waitress apparently was too busy guarding the front desk. After a while,our waitress, Selene B or something like that.., came and took our order. It took them over an hour to get our dinner to us!!!! And that was only after we went to ask what was going on!!! Our food was ready and was just hanging out in the kitchen because our waitress didn't bring it over!!! I ordered the chicken fried steak dinner and my broccoli was covered in what I hope was chocolate. I call the waitress over to tell her and she says, oh, yeah it looks like chocolate. I hand her the plate and she asks if I don't want it? Like really? Who would eat their meal if it had was was "thought" to be chocolate!?!?!, it's common sense to replace it! Common sense that this waitress is clearly lacking. She has no place in the service industry and we were not the only family in the restaurant that had a problem because of her, there was another family complaining about their order by her to the "manager" there too! I have come here twice since it opened. I got to say they are doing a great job. The food is delicious and the servers are very attentive. Even the cooks seem very helpful. One of them asked me if I had been helped since I was just standing there waiting. It was very nice of him. I was having an issue with a gift card not going through and the manager gladly came and helped out. She was very nice. I believe her name was Brenda. I might be wrong though. This place sucks... we were seated quick but that was the good thing. We ordered our breakfast with OJ, but the orange juice didn't get there and also the food. Had to leave so we had our order to go. When I paid for the food... the girl charged us 3 times... and I asked her why... because it didn't print...then I checked my account and found it was charged 3x. I had her call the manager and the manager didn't apologize to me for the inconvenience. She didn't care. She also told me it would be refunded within 24hrs.. we will see if it does or I'll be back. Came here in the morning with my son. Genesis our waiter was amazing. She took our order at amazing timing, she kept coming back if we needed anything. She kept cleaning our plates so it wouldn't be piled up. She has been my waiter in 3 other visits but I just had to review this ihop because of her. Best waiter I've had. She deserves a raise. What a difference two years makes. There were two occupied tables when we arrived. My son and I each finished a cup of coffee and still no one took our orders. While waiting, three other parties took their seat. The waitress proceeded to help the late-comers first. We went to the cashier and paid for the coffees and high tailed it to Denny's. My husband and I attempted to go to this IHOP arriving at 935 PM. The neon sign in the window said open the posted closing time was 10 PM. When we went inside we were met by a girl who before we could get a word out said "we are closing in 20 min, we are only taking to go orders now. To which I said so we can't be seated? She replied "No". No apology, no explanation just rude and matter of fact. Clearly by saying they were taking to go orders the grill hadn't closed and the cashier hadn't closed the drawer yet. To me that says I am a lazy worker who doesn't want to work or do anything more than I have already done. Employees like that are not worth employing. They will do more damage than good. read more
