I came here a few weeks ago to eat here with two nice married couple friends. The server lady here was excellent. The place was really clean. We stayed here a bit to enjoy each other's company and were not rushed. I had a tasty breakfast. I remember having coffee with French Vanilla Creamers. Refills kept coming. I also had French toast, eggs medium well, bacon well done, and all you can eat pancakes. Everything was so good and perfectly cooked! I'm so glad my friends decided to come here with me. Definitely can't wait to get back here again in the near future!

As some of you know, I have a lot of affection for IHOP. It was the go-to restaurant when I was dating Tara and she basically drilled into me its charms. From the sandwiching of the syrups, to the eating the pancakes with the meat--there were a lot of fun times to be had at the local IHOP--both hers and mine. And while the company has fallen off in recent years, I'm glad to know that my local one still is serving good and comforting breakfast food. It's not going to win any awards, but it still tastes pretty good and they still have the deals to make it an everyday consideration if you wanted to. And I must say the service at this location was amazing; our server was super attentive, super intuitive about our needs, and just overall a bundle of joy when dealing with us. She was just a joy to interact with. And while the restaurant itself was pretty empty, making her job easier, I have a feeling that was just her personality or maybe that this was an indicator of how well trained she was in a customer-facing role. All I know is our server rocked. I don't go to IHOP all the time any more, but when I do it's nice to know this one is right my backyard when I need something reliable and delicious.

I really really enjoyed coming to this iHop! I definitely felt very welcomed from the hostess, to the waitress and to the cashier. When I got here Laura was very sweet asking for my name and how many in my party. She gave a very accurate estimate wait time of 15-20min. Super sweet older woman. She then sat us down at our table where Olga was our waitress and was also very sweet. She took our order and was very patient and polite. I didn't get a chance to get the runners name but she was also very nice. Olga constantly checked on us and asked if there was anything we needed to please let her know. Besides the fact that this place was very busy and noisy from all the customers, Our food was served in a good amount of time, it was hot in temperature and taste was good. My chicken strips and fries were perfect and so was my coffee. My family and I were very satisfied with the food and service! Good job to the team here. I will definitely be back!! Keep the positive energy going!

Server Rail was too businesslike, he needs to loosen up. Hell, he only had us as customers.....the food was as usual..., it's ihop. My knife was dirty. Empty for a Tuesday afternoon; we are literally the only TWO folx n here. I tip for the service received. Further, I want to see people of color working in these establishments!

This is an update from my previous review. 1. Poor service 2. Food for 2 was brought approximately 5 minutes apart 3. Syrup was watered down almost like ice tea 4. Waitress on her phone not paying attention All things patrons should not experience.

IHOP's Lemon Ricotta Blueberry Pancakes

My oldest son sojourned back home for an overnight visit so I hosted Brandon and his nineteen yr old brother Brad at IHOP last FRI morning. Trivial Tidbit: I am a Southern California product to my core, born here and proudly living here for 95% of my life, yet this visit marked only the fourth time I've ever visited an IHOP. Despite outward appearances of it struggling to stay afloat (most of the time the parking lot appears emptier than a Sears or Kmart lot), rumors of this location's demise were greatly exaggerated. We arrived at 9:30am on FRI morning and the lot was filled to near capacity and the hostess was busier than a cat playing with goldfish! This IHOP is smartly designed, with exposed wood beam ceilings, gleaming surfaces and a homey but modern design motif that looked like it was personally curated by the folks at HGTV. Our trio of hungry men eager to break our overnight fast were seated promptly ... then had to wait over five minutes for server Jonathan to query our order and twenty minutes for the food to arrive. This being our maiden visit to our closest IHOP, we are willing to graciously concede that 10am on a FRI morning is the IHOP equivalent of, say, 7pm on FRI or SAT "date night" at any popular venue. My youngest ordered a strawberry pancake combo, my oldest selected a protein dense quartet of multi grain 'cakes that popped with 37g of muscle building protein and I opted for a pancake combo starring their Lemon Ricotta Blueberry pancakes. My youngest is a man of few words, choosing to let his actions speak for him. Yet, I felt his post-meal assessment dead-centered the bullseye: "The eggs and hash browns are just like Denny's but the pancakes are much better." The pancakes are fluffy, good-sized and have a perfect mouthful, texturally pleasing as the dough merges with the creamy ricotta, snappy blueberries and the tangy counterpoint of the lemon. Pro tip: Ask for your pancakes to be brought out on bigger plates. Curiously, IHOP sends their signature item out on dainty, small saucers scarcely larger than the 'cakes. Result? A room full of grim-countenanced patrons battling with Suburban-sized pancakes spilling over the edges of Scrooge-sized plates. With all of the studious expressions and fingers contorting with knives, the scene resembles high noon at a Rubik's Cube convention! Another one: Take advantage of the quintet of syrups IHOP makes available. You can choose from conventional Syrup, Vermont Maple, Strawberry, Blueberry and Apple-Cinnamon. They also offer a sugar-free option for diabetics. Server Jonathan was quick, nearly outtve breath from the rush of hungry customers and personally boosted my review score from a 3 to a low 4 by apologizing for the twenty minute wait on our food and for offering me a takeout vessel for my Diet Pepsi.

The service is also top tier. The Highlights for me are the Peanut Coleslaw. This is a game-changer. I usually hate coleslaw, but their peanut twist is the only version I'll actually eat. The Main I always pair the boneless skinless BBQ chicken breasts with the roasted broccoli. The chicken is perfectly glazed, and the broccoli has that ideal char. Short, sweet, and consistently delicious. If you want a foolproof meal, this is it!
