This place is a joke with their customer service. I waited over 10 minutes to seated. Watched 8 people leave and the one server on the floor seemed more interested in waiting on this one table and taking care of their needs than seat others. It's almost like they were intentionally making customers wait then leave rather than serve them. Losing money. read more

Service was very good by the entire staff, but especially Amanda, my server, was great with nice smile and cheerful demeanor. I appreciated that since sometimes I get some grumpy servers in the morning at 24-hr operation joints. I was very hungry and "free" food tasted very good, though I had to add some salt and pepper to my eggs, no problem. I took my family here before they're plane ride home. Thought I'd order pancakes caused the pic showed that they actually put the bananas in the batter. WRONG ANSWER! They were nothing like the pics on the menu. They sliced them n stuck them on like a sticker on paper. N tell me why they tasted like dog! You know, that after a bath smell. Thank goodness the girl comped my ticket. The tea was stronger than coffee. I hate coffee. The shake was good, and the young lady with the fancy nails was nice. Not sure what the problem is here, but in the last couple of weeks I've gone twice and no one ever comes to seat us. This last time I counted at least 8 employees..a few who looked at us and left us standing there. They must not need the business if they're willing to ignore customers. We stood there close to 10 minutes on both occasions and on both occasions we left..I don't think we'll be back! read more

My granddaughter and I were out shopping and decided we were hungry. Since we were both in the mood for breakfast we headed over to IHOP. We were seated quickly and set up with our drinks right away. The food came out without too much of a wait and looked good. I ordered the Sr. 2x2x2. The eggs were just like I ordered them but the pancakes were cold. Without much of an option when it comes to breakfast places in the Northeast, we found ourselves here at 8am this morning. The place is pretty new but not a lot of parking. Not sure why everyone was here today but ok. First impression? Very clean and friendly staff. Got seated right away and our server was very friendly and fast. It didn't take 2 minutes and we already have our coffee. Coffee was not strong enough for me but tasted decent. Ordered some egg combo that came with pancakes. To be honest I already forgot the names but two eggs with bacon and hash is pretty standard. I did get the harvest pancakes. Eggs were perfectly cooked, bacon were nice and crispy, the hashbrowns were surprisingly tasty! Perfectly cooked and they had flavor! My hubby pretty much had the same except order but his came with French toast and sausage. I didn't hear him say "wow this is good" but there weren't any complaints either. The harvest pancakes were very fluffy and they melted in my mouth. They also had enough walnuts and the flavor was spot on. All in all, it was decent, nothing spectacular but portion sizes are deff on the smaller side. read more

Waitress brought out food and it was very cold. Upon my group finishing eating we have not seen any staff or workers for the past 20 minutes. To include that the table behind us has been waiting for 30 minutes to pay and the table next to us has been waiting to order for 20 minutes. Their was also a full row of people in the front waiting to be seated. When a member of my table tried to call somebody the waitress then came out and argued with him. The manager doesn't teach his team of young servers and attendees what a good work ethic is all about. I wonder how this person is at home with his children, if he or she's even married. Today, June 1st, 2021, my daughter wanted to have breakfast from iHop. I ordered at 7am and it says that the approximate delivery times was 7:39. Time now as is 8:45 am. What the hell is that ?! I called 30x already and not a soul has answered the phone ? Is everybody having a bad day at iHop Hondo Pass right now, after being so drunk yesterday? There are homeless people now because they don't have jobs and these people who have a job are not grateful enough. My friends and i stopped by at 2am, there were two tables talking OBNOXIOUSLY LOUD and were never addressed. I understand its drunk hour and rush hour, but pussy conversation is not something i wanna hear while trying to enjoy some breakfast. I was here for breakfast at 5am in the morning on Sunday and you'll mostly just see military and boarder patrol officers there but I do not recommend the steak and eggs. The thin steak was extremely tough and had small bones in it. It's not worth the money. When the food was made I saw it just sitting on the counter for a little while before it was brought to the table. There's was only one waitress working at the time but the food was made quickly it just for some reason was just left on the counter maybe she forgot about it I have no clue. Then as expected when my food got to me it was not hot at all. Really disappointed because if your not ordering pancakes nothing else is really good at IHOP. The corn beef hash is good that's really what saved my meal I'm glad I ordered it. My side of links sausages was not even hot, none of it was hot except the pancakes. But it's not the quality breakfast you want to experience early in the morning. Honestly a hot well cooked breakfast is a perfect start to your day and I hope someone gets a better experience then I had here because I wouldn't want anyone else to go through that. read more

Yesterday was my first time ever going to an IHOP. We were seated immediately as they weren't busy at all. My husbands order was wrong, we got the wrong condiments, our waitress only checked on us once although we were the only table in her section.. there were maybe 4 tables in the whole building. We waited ten minutes for her to come back, before my husband decided to just go ask for a box so that we could leave. The food was good and the prices were amazing though. If I could leave a 0 I would. This is typically the better Ihop in the area, however a specific server, Adrian seemed to have a problem serving people in uniform. He told someone that he couldn't bring out one of the customers cokes until the food came out since it'd get warm (tell me how that makes sense), and then another customer ordered 2 orange juices, but split them up on two separate checks, which made it so my husband was charged for one. Adrian claimed he couldn't take that off his check, which was absolute bullshit it is not impossible to do that. I don't know if this server was up all night or woke up crazy early, but he needs retraining of some sort. That is absolutely ridiculous :) read more

For breakfast dishes, go for the chocolate chip pancakes with bananas and maple syrup or the cream cheese stuffed French toast with strawberries and either orange juice or hot chocolate is so delicious. Pros: Same good old pancakes as always! Yum! We were seating right away at a good size table for our big group. The balloon animal guy came around and entertained our kids. And lastly our food came to the table fairly fast for how busy they were. Cons: One of the forks had a cut in the metal and resulted in a bleeding lip. Our food order was incorrect and had to go back to be fixed. But the manager came over multiple times to check on our table and make sure everything was fixed to our liking. read more

Its a typical IHOP. Which means clean, friendly staff, and cheap average food. The problem with this food chain is that everything is super sweet. I asked for a vanilla coffee and without telling me, it came covered in whip cream. I just wanted a regular flavored coffee. I ordered the 2x2x2 which is cheap and filling. Its two eggs, two pieces of protein, and 2 pancakes. It was all decent and there wasn't any other option in the area for that early in the morning. If I road trip to that area again, I'll be sure to have breakfast here unless something local opens up. read more
