I don't usually go to Chili's because I am primarily vegetarian and occasionally pescatarian and they don't offer options. On Wednesday night my wife and I went to pick up some friends arriving at the airport. We arrived early in El Paso from Las Cruces and we wanted to watch the Mexico vs Czechia World Cup match in a bar so we came to Chili's before their arrival. We sat at the bar where they had multiple TVs tuned in the two games playing at the same time. My wife ordered the Santa Fe Salad with grilled chicken, pico de gallo, guacamole with a house-made Ranch dressing. I ordered their Veggie Santa Fe Burger, black bean pattie, guacamole cheddar cheese served with a side of fries. I also had a Blue Moon draft beer. Our server was also the bartender, Jacobo who was outstanding. The place was full of Mexican team fans and we all cheered to the goals scored by them. It was a great experience. read more

They keep removing items from their menu. The fajitas meals used to come with Chile Toriados, but not any more. They charge extra for them now. The three for me options used to allow you to upgrade the 6oz steak for an 8 oz with an extra charge. You can no longer do that. Rather than removing perks, you should be revamping your menu. It's been the same for so long, I'm no longer excited to come here. Change the way you make your fries, add onion to your salads, change up the menus and make things more exciting. read more

What is going on here? This is the third Chili's that I have been to in 2 months: New Mexico, Arizona and Texas. No matter where I go, I see the decline of Chili's. Is this the new T.G.I.Friday? Went in on a weeknight and it was dead. Limited number of servers and a whole lot of empty tables. There was just me and I got right into the bar. Seems that kid behind the bar was waiting the whole bar. He did a pretty good job. As for his old fashion, it could use a little work. Don't forget the drink has a cherry in it...even if you don't you the good ones, use something! The food was hot and reasonably priced. When you get a good black bean burger, you know. This was not it. Can't really tell you why. WYKYK Will this experience stop me from going to Chili's? Probably not. I believe this place can turn it around. read more

Super service from server Sergio!! Hot food, never had to ask for refills. Price put a smile on my wallet!

Do not recommend delivery. I ordered a triple dipper with a burger, eggroll, and mozzarella. When I got my food there were no mozzarella, no avocado ranch for the egg rolls (which the menu states it comes with), and broke open my burger to raw meat. I called and they wouldn't fix it because I ordered thru door dash. I called door dash and didn't even get enough of a refund to order the mozzarella. Not happy after waiting an hour with hungry kids. read more

Eva provided exceptional service during my visit to Chili's at Fort Bliss, and truly made the experience enjoyable. While I was disappointed that I couldn't order chili at a place called 'Chili's,' the food itself was good, but it was Eva's attentiveness, friendliness, and professionalism that really stood out. Her great service alone makes this a 5-star review, even though the menu didn't fully meet my expectations. Eva truly made the meal memorable. Thanks Eva. Told you that Leon was gonna leave you a review. read more

Chili's--probably one of my better choices for chain restaurants. I always have liked this chain since 1980's. I came here for a late lunch simply because I had an e-mail invitation for free guacamole, salsa & chips (normally $5.00, but I'm a member of Chili's reward club and occasionally receive these complimentary deals as well as I earn points for free food.) Also, Chili's generally offer very decent salads IMHO. My favorite is Quesadilla Explosion. With very good amount of grilled chicken and simple quesadillas, this salad makes a very filling meal. Today I was feeling like a burger, and I ordered Old Timer with cheese burger (classic) and fries. Besides the burger was a little crispy around the edges (therefore, a little crunchy) and a little more done (well-done) as I like, it tasted pretty good. Chili's burgers are generally good. Service really depends on who your server might be. Frank was very nice and frequented my booth to make sure I was doing well. This location presents itself as a contemporary, updated restaurant wanting to broaden a support base especially towards younger crowds. If you are a type of person who avoids chain restaurants, you might want to give Chili's a try! You might be pleasantly surprised. read more

I had a business lunch today and enjoyed my meal, service and the atmosphere. It's Chili's and their menu is pretty routine from other Chili's. My colleague also enjoyed their meal as well. I ordered the lunch special and they offer many different options to pick from for a reasonable price. I normally eat at other restaurants but was looking for a good Wi-Fi connection. I have to say the Wi-Fi worked perfectly here. No stalls or delays and a good connection speed. read more

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. Everything was delivered wrong. How can get online order wrong when it's written down on a computer? Also the wrong food delivered was not edible. I wont even feed it to my dogs. There isn't enough meat on it for them. I called and asked for manager. First manager didnt do anything then sent me to another manager who wanted me to reexplain the problem all over again. Seriously! Then they hung up on me. Worst food and service ever. DO NOT EAT OR ORDER HERE. Horrible experience. All food is going in trash! read more

Chili's - Not edible. There is barely any chicken meat. Its just breading. I wouldnt feed it to my dog. - Bars Near Me - El Paso, Texas

We've dined at this location numerous times but recently the service and food have been declining. Today was something of a snowball rolling down hill. It started with the strawberry lemonade that was watered down. We asked for a replacement and the guy looked at us like we were crazy for a moment before walking away. When he returned he dropped off the glass on the table and took off like his pants were on fire. It was clear why when I took a drink and found the same watered down lemonade. The appetizer was decent. A little on the cool side but not so much that it was an issue. Our meals however were another matter. The quesadillas with my salad and my husbands pick 3 were more like tostadas. Mine was so dried out they were crumbling as I picked them up. The ribs on the pick 3 were fair but the crispers and the fries were cold and greasy. The chicken on my salad was dry and smothered in half melted cheese. Our daughters Cajun pasta was all over the place. The chicken was the best thing on the table and the sauce was as expected. The past however was so overcooked it was like eating gooey paste. Normally we would have reported these issues to a manager but we never saw one in the restaurant. You would think we could just ask the server for the manager but she bounced by our table so quickly we couldn't get her attention. We finally gave up and just paid the bill and left. We won't be going back there any time soon, which is a disappointment as this used to be one of our go-to places when we were out in town. Going to try and add the picture I took of my 'quesadilla' read more

The waiter was alright. He was friendly and nice. But when he served my cup of water the cup was nasty and unclean. It was absolutely disgusting. It looked as if they just grabbed it from a pile of unclean dish and filled it with water. They also took about 20-25 minutes just to serve my friend her chilli. Literally a small bowl of chilli and it took that long? The waiter and everyone was nice it's just the fact that our order took awhile and the cup was nasty. read more

Ate here for lunch with my youngest daughter Charity since we just came back from DEERS to finally get her a military dependents ID card. Played a lil hooky just to eat and spend time with her since I'll be gone for 9mos. Gotta cherish these moments. She's getting bigger and I want to continue to create memories with her. I have mixed feelings about this establishment. Now I understand we are coming out of this pandemic and places are starting to open up, and we ha e to get used to new way of working and the establishments have to get used to start getting back to a new way of treating customers and working. So when it came to the restaurant itself it was somewhat dirty. Seem so.e what disorganized and the service took for ever. Our server was nice but slow. Once we placed our order they kept bringing the wrong items. Once we got our food, the food it was very good. I would go back for the food but the service is what would keep me away. read more

So, I ate here the evening of Easter Sunday. This is a typical Chili's, just like any other as far as the layout, and the food goes... For the most part. I ordered the Cajun pasta with shrimp and have had this dish at a few other Chili's locations. It's certainly one that I enjoy from Chili's. This particular time it's simply didn't taste the same as ones from the past. Also the temperature was off a bit, just barely warm. That said, it was still okay. As usual the waitstaff were very attentive, and friendly. The restaurant was clean and up kept well. I'll be back to this location "if" the stars align, and the situation is perfect. The only reason I wasn't at Trattoria Bella Sera just a couple short miles away is they were closed : ( ... But, it was Easter Sunday after all. read more

Ordered the fajita dish for delivery. I've had this a few times while dining in at other locations and it's always good . I was disappointed that the meat looked and tasted microwaved with no flavor. Completely unacceptable that they would serve such a low quality product. The onions and peppers were extremely bland and unseasoned, some pieces were crunchy while others were slimy. I could not finish this dish, waste of money. Please be careful with delivery. I hope their quality is better with dine-in. read more

It's a Chili's.... just like any and all other Chili's in the world... yes I said world, as I have eaten at a Chili's in both Korea Republic Of / Doha, Qatar / Okinawa, Japan. Same prices, same menu... some Bar/Grill ambiance as the weekend night grows older. Sports on the TV in the bar area... booths with the tile tables in the main area... they do have the cool little video game personal tablet things at each table though. You can order with it, play games with your group, pay the check... its actually ultra convenient... loved it. Anyways... it's a Chili's.. You really don't know what to expect? We love Chili's! This one was horrible today. Walked in AC was so low it was FREEZING not just myself my grandson was chilled also. They ere not at all busy. Maybe 5 tables in the whole place had people seated. Several waitress's around. Soda had a funky taste. We ordered 2 burger plates. One was lunch combo and included a salad which the cucumbers were soggy and gooey. We then waited for a long time for our order. Waitress came 2 times to say it was up next. Then my burger came the other order was "lost" . She offered us free chips and salsa. My burger was very over done to the point of being black on the edges and hard. Finally the other burger came it was cooked good. Asked for a side of Mayo and received a teaspoon of mayonnaise. Took forever to receive a bill to pay out. Will not go here ever again read more

Normally we always have such an awesome experience. There was no host to greet us. It took about almost 10 minutes just to get us drinks. The first server we had didn't acknowledge us and kept dragging her feet. I ordered the Cajun Chicken Pasta and had to send it back because it looked like either some water was dropped on the plate or was water from the actual plate. The only reason why I'm giving them more stars is because our server was changed and he gave exceptional service. We got the chocolate chip cookie skillet and it looked and tasted great. read more

Put in an online order for curbside pick up. The House salad was fresh, greens were crispy & red onions and croutons were crunchy Its one salad I would rate at the top. Foods was up to par all though the salads came out basically same time as our entrees. It took awhile for the salads to come out of the kitchen. Service was decent, Angelina was ok. But one intolerable incident happened by another server that will cause usb it to return.... The male server was carrying two entrees in his hand and dramatically sneezed all of these poor ladies meals and still he serve them this. How disgusting is that.
