Pretty good burger. Landed here on $6.00 Burger Tuesdays. Basically almost all burgers are $6. Comes with Fries. I liked my burger. They stack two 4oz patties with that beautiful cheese in between. I like my burgers 'classic' no sauce, all the veggies and smashed. They did just that and it was good. The service was okayyyyy.....the server was attentive and explained the menu to us, but they definitely need to work on their timing of getting food to customers...look...im not complaining. I wanted to chill, have a few beers and then enjoy my tastey burger....but I think I spent about an hour and a half in there. Speed it money. All in all I'd definitely come back! read more

i ordered and my order was incomplete, i called them to see if they could bring what i was missing, and they refused even though they made the mistake, they put my call on hold and for them not to continue the call i got disconnected, sadly i even heard everything on the call, cause the girl didnt bother to put it on mute. first time we order from here and they treat us this way. this employees have to understand that people only have 30 minutes to eat and after a long day, people need to eat. read more

Went last nite for the first time and we're glad we did. Rodrigo was our server and made great recommendations and the food was great. We had burgers which were all beef, nice soft buns and very fresh ingredients. The corn dip was a game changer that was so yummy and the hand cut fries were surprisingly good because I usually don't like them. They also definitely don't skimp on their portions. The only thing I wish they had was a nice spicy green salsa but other than that... we were pleased and will return! read more

Food was great, just a turn off when you ask for a glass of water- and then the response is "We don't have it". You can purchase bottled water. I know it is not legally mandated, just a courtesy for the restaurant to provide . They did provide a glass with ice for my bottled water. Ironic!! read more

I get not having shrimp, but not having flour tortillas for a quesadilla? In a Mexican restaurant? on top of that the server has us waiting for 20 minutes before he comes back and tells us that there's a problem with the frier and therefore there is a problem with my partners order and that they are barely making it now. I ordered a Cubana torta, and it was very disappointing. The torta was falling apart because they had too much grease in it, so with that being said, the bread was also falling apart because it had too much grease. So everything was falling apart, so I couldn't really finish my torta because the bread was so greasy that everything was tearing up into little pieces.. Also they always run out of everything. They never have any rice or they never have any chili, very disappointed in the tortilla was really looking forward to my torta. read more

Even tho I have a long gap between classes, it took a while for waitstaff to notice our table, took long to receive drinks, and EVEN LONGER to get our meal. I first visited Chelitos on 6/4 in a quick hurry up and pick up something before my nightshift at one of the medical facilities nearby. Convinced by the good ratings, I decided to make a pit stop. I'm so glad I did! I really wanted the flautas plate but was tempted by the Tuesday $6 burger deal! I ordered the guacamole burger and it was amazing!! Great taste, very filling, juicy and home fries! The red salsa is out of this world, so incredibly good. Be warned, it has a kick!! I stopped in today, picked up the flautas I'd been craving and again not disappointed. Delicious. The employee Hector was amazing, attentive, friendly and welcoming. Hip, very cool restaurant and clean. Not your typical "Mexican" place. It has its unique vibe. Love it. My only concern is it was very warm at the restaurant today, but the high was 105! The service was good and the waiter was nice. However, the food was like warmed up freezer food and not as good as what you would bring home from Costco or the grocery store. And the food was lukewarm, not even heated enough to be tasty It was dried out there was very little taste. I had the flautas, and my husband had the pastor. Rice was very greasy. We wanted the black bean salad, but they were out of it so we ordered the Charro bean and it was lukewarm and just OK We would not go back there. It was pretty empty so that should've given us a clue. read more

I found this place on Instagram and it looked pretty great, so I tried it for lunch. As soon as I walked in the staff looked like chickens without heads, no organization what so ever. It took 15 minutes to get acknowledged, another 10 minutes to get drinks, and about 20 minutes to get our food. The food is good and has potential but after the slow service it leaves a sour taste in your mouth. We asked for the check and after 20 minutes we had still not received it, we left cash and left. The guy helping us was super friendly but the service was just way too slow. While it was lunch rush the restaurant was about half full, I can't say that should be an excuse for such slow service. read more
