I can't believe I forgot to take pics! Came here with my family of 7 and we threw down! This is our new spot for wings since Hen House recently closed down (sad sad). A little pricier here but the service was excellent and food was finger lickin good. Honestly the wings could have had a little more crisp to them, but maybe that's something we can just modify on a future visit. Taste was on point! My teenage son who always orders the hottest wings off of any menu, ordered the "reaper" sauced wings and whew that was HOT!!! I ate only one of his to try and I would be miserable if I had to eat more lol. His lips were burning by the end. He said next time he'll see if he can order milk. No drink helped the brotha. But he was happy and said those are the hottest wings he's tried yet. The rest of us had buffalo/hot and that was enough. The Arnold Palmer was the truth. Yay! It is hard to come by a good one. It was actually on the menu so I took my chances and was so glad I did. Hubby liked it too! We'll be back. There was a used latex glove under the French fries in my to go box. A used.... latex glove. Literally in my food. Which i discovered after i ate half of the food. I'm not dumb, yall -, it was buried under the food until you got halfway through eating. Wow. I wouldn't even be posting about this , except for the next part. I went to the website 'contact us' area, and you can totally contact them...EXCEPT the website (www.wingkings.com) doesn't actually let you contact anyone. Oh sure, there's a link that says 'contact us'. And when you click it, you can even put your phone number and email. Except there's no area to describe the reason, literally NONE. And so after you submit the contact form you are not actually submitting anything. What a horrible, horrible website and fake way of saying you can actually reach someone (to report the used latex glove buried under your half eaten food). What is wrong with you? Why won't you allow your customers to contact you directly on the website? I have a receipt. I dare you to provide decent (just decent) customer support and follow up with me since there's no way to contact someone through your horrible website. Lastly: the fries and the $15 chicken sandwich tasted like someone dumped an entire salt shaker into my small meal. So, to recap: USED LATEX GLOVE under my food. Came in for the first time on a Thursday evening, around 6 PM. The restaurant feels newer, great spacing and plenty of seating for large or small parties. The employee who took our order was kind and courteous when taking our order. We decided to order our food to go, living only minutes away. We ordered a number of things, but I specifically ate lemon pepper wings with French fries. I can't say they were amazing or great--they were just okay. In my personal opinion the wings could have had more seasoning, you can see in my picture they're definitely lacking. The fries were very oily and flimsy/soggy-like. Was pretty disappointed. I am glad they don't charge for cups of ranch like some other places do. If I decide to try this place again I'll order some of their other options. read more

Family and I decided to give this local spot a try for wings, and walking in the place looked clean and kept up. The young girl in the front was nice, only one guest table of 3 when I walked in and one other person waiting for a To-go order. It didn't seem busy at all. My family and I did enjoy the 20piece bone in wings. They were well presented with good flavors, all cooked well. Fries were ok, but I was pretty disappointed with the order of churros that was $5.99. Was not worth it. It def didn't look like the picture shown online which is what made me order them in the first place. I took one bite and was it was not appetizing. I've been here twice, and it's not bad at all. I sat at the bar both times, and the bartenders were cool. It's chilly for the way the bar is set up, and I don't think they have heaters near that area. No worries. It's going to warm up pretty soon. The food is alright, but I do love their sweet potato fries. I got them both times and ate it all compared to the wings. They have enough TVs to show March madness. I've been here multiple times before and they've never messed up this bad. Our table was dirty, the soda machine drain was clogged so whatever ice or sodas that dropped had it leaking off the edge from overflow. There was also no ice, just little chips of ice and the cover wasn't even on so any dirt or dust fell in through the top. So my wife and I had driven by this new wing place a few times and had never really stopped even though my wife is a wing fiend. So today my wife had her first PT session and I had promised her I'd bring her here.. We parked and had a choice to eat inside or in their patio bar which was open and inviting. I ordered the Tuesday special, the $5 smash burger and fries and then we ordered a 16 piece wing order, 6 lemon pepper and 6 Sciracha Honey and some Sweet potato fries. Our order was promptly served and to say my burger was delicious and big is an understatement as most smash burgers are thin. It came with a green salsa that wasn't hot but was very flavourful. The steak fries were salted just right and the Sweet potato fries were crisp and came with some marshmallow dipping sauce. On to the star of the day, the wings! These babies were big and oh so good. The only thing my wife asked is next time she's going to ask for them to be a bit more crispy but they were so good. You could taste the lemon pepper seasoning and the Sciracha Honey ones were yummy. My wife did say they were a bit too spicy for her but she ate a few none the less. The waitress we had was attentive and not overbearing as were all the staff. First timer here and came with a party of 13. it was not busy yet at 6:30. got a table and was immediately asked for drinks. drinks came fast, and was able to order food quickly. food came out with in 20 minutes and was hot and fresh. I ordered the traditional bone in lemon pepper with sides of mango habanero, and ranch. The mango habanero was great! It had a slow heat that was not over bearing. the wings were crispy (without asking for extra crispy) and were juicy inside. I tasted my cousins burger with hatch chilies and was a great a great combo of flavorful meat and awesomely soft bun. So the food itself was pretty good but the service was less than exceptional. When I came in there was one girl behind the counter who obviously just started. Her manager was standing right behind her and when she looked confused or couldn't answer my questions, he didn't help or acknowledge either of us at all. So it seemed like the manager couldn't be bothered to help out. Then she handed me my cup for my drink (after I had to remind her) and honestly the cup size for the drinks is laughable!! I had to do a double take because I thought she handed me a kids cup. Then I waited for my food and it was brought to me pretty quick so no complaints there. Went on a Monday and I had a coupon for buy 10 wings and get 10 for free... I showed the cashier my coupon and was still charged regular price. Tried calling the following day to ask about the overcharge. was told that a manager would call back to fix the problem. Never received any response. Tried calling for the next four days with excuses saying the manager was out , in the restroom, called in sick. Said sorry and kept going about her business. Later, when asked about the burger coming with items not listed in the menu description, turned into stone and didn't acknowledge the error. I figured at the end there would be some gesture, but nothing was done to acknowledge the mistake after they initially told us nothing else was on the burger and spilled drink. I waited for a while and when I got my ordered I was getting ready to drive back and took a peek at my food and saw that there was no coleslaw on my sandwich. I ordered over the phone, 4 sandwiches in total and 3 were to have coleslaw and one without. They never told me that they didn't have any. Once I saw my sandwiches didn't have any I walked in and told the girl I needed 3 sides of coleslaw for my sandwiches and waited inside for them when the manager told me they had no coleslaw. I was quite disappointed because the pics on IG make it look so good so I didn't even want it without. They just said sorry we don't have any, I drove 36 min to get this famous looking sand which and left disappointed. The sand which and the chicken was good but it did lack. We have been coming to Wing Kings since it opened. This particular day it was just my daughter and myself. The wings are always some of the best in El Paso. What was really incredible this day, and who knows if this is how it is everyday, but at the time we came in, Amber was working the entire floor by herself: bartending, waitressing, cleaning tables...everything.
