Food and service were stellar. Bernice was a pleasure to speak with and had a very friendly attitude.

It's a seat yourself kind of place, so we did. A server came over almost right away and brought some food menus. Drink menus were already on the tables. We ordered drinks and started checking out the food options. The place is pretty big and has a lot of seating. There are also a number of televisions and I believe sports were on all of them. There was also music playing - loud, but not too loud. We placed our food order and it was brought to our table fairly quickly. It didn't all come out at the same time. The gap in timing was enough that we told people with food to go ahead and start eating. We all enjoyed everything we ordered Our server was on top of it the whole time we were there. They also did a nice job of clearing dirty dishes instead of leaving them all over the table. I'd go back when I'm in town! read more

Food: my wings were good and so were our drinks- green tea shot and palette shot. Service: Trash- our waitress was like a human version of Eeyore from Winnie the Pooh... super moody and sad and had an attitude like she didn't want to be there which made our visit uncomfortable. Ambiance: Loud but at least the music was good. Jumbo TV on. Decent sized place. Won't be returning though read more

We were driving back from the dog park and decided to stop in. The bartender allowed us and our dogs to sit on the patio for a lovely evening watching some football. We ate the buffalo wings which were delicious and crispy (also very well sauced. We enjoyed the white pepperoni pizza too. The ricotta was a little much, but overall pretty good food. Service was excellent and appreciated the $5 beers. read more

The service was terrible we walked in sat down table was dirty. Waited a good minute before anyone came. When she finally did took our order. Never came by once to check on us. The pizza we ordered took forever and then the fries we did share were the end of basket fries. Didn't get any refills. Manager no where to be found. Such a shame read more

Love the beer selection and they have a daily deals (pizza one day, boneless wings another, etc). Just don't ever put Love Island on full blast and every tv in the bar when the NHL Finals and MLB is on. Watch that annoying show on your own time Union waitresses. read more

Eastlake Location We enjoyed the Union Draft House. I ordered the brisket nachos for my entree even though it's an appetizer. The portion was large as you can see in the picture. My daughter got a kids pizza and it was bigger than an adult personal sized pizza. The food was good. Lots on tap. I ended up ordering about 5 different sours/ciders before they actually had one in stock from the listed menu. It was a fun place with a cool vibe. Great for hanging out and watching sports. read more

Great service great food. Manager did a wonderful in managing the crowd. He accommodated everyone needing assistance.

The food was good we order pizza by the recommendation of the server and we try a couple of different beers, but the service was awful. The waitresses We're hiding on the Bathroom. We wait for our check for 20 minutes. The manager was hiding on the office. This is the second time. We try this bar the first time What's Grey because they just opened so everybody Was Very Nice Supervisor for out of the town on the restaurant, so everything was great but now really better experience. read more

This is a cool and delicious spot to come to anyday of the week. They offer numerous specials daily from $1 pizzas to $2 beers. The pizzas are delicious and thin crust. I recommend for the price ordering one per person and just taking the leftovers. The wings were also good. They have a large variety of beers to choose from for all flavor lovers. It's a large place where they have pool and plenty of TVs to watch sports read more

Our big family went there Thursday 1/2 and Friday 1/3 after a funeral. On Thursday, Bry was exceptional. On Friday, Desi was just as great. Our group grew, and each night the crew was so accommodating. The food and drinks came out so quickly. There was also a nice gentleman with glasses that was helping every second of the way. It was my first time there and after a tough day the crew at Union made it a very memorable experience for my family. Thank you all for what you are doing and I will recommend for anyone visiting the area. read more

Bartenders are very friendly and prompt. Great beer selection. The $5 1 topping pizzas on Mondays are a steal, enough to share for 2 people. However, just be warned, they charge a 3% fee for using your credit card. read more

Awful rude service, took forever to get greeted and had many managers or people by the office see us and many servers walk past, finally able to stop one that paid attention and right after our server showed up after about 15 minutes, we had just come from tin man which was so much better with one bartender vs all the staff here. Never coming back, after the long waits to get the drinks after ordering and inattentive service. read more

Don't know if we came in on a busy or bad day, cups aren't washed properly, filled with a young crowd. Server took forever to come by. Worst of all, all beer on tap was flat? I like to come here during the day and on Wednesdays for their pizza special. The beer is good and have tons of variety. It's nice and relaxed during the day. Just not a fan of the night part and the crowd it attracts. read more

Food was good, took a few minutes to get service, after that we didn't see the waitress for 30 minutes. You wanna watch a game, plenty of screens no matter what direction you're looking. They have a good selection of beers. Noisy AF. Can't have a conversation, music is way to loud, but they are probably trying to drown out the customers. Prices are alright. I'm sure they have quieter days. read more

This place is awesome for sporting events and just hanging out with the family. I really enjoyed their 1$ pizza deal which where I'm from it's unheard of. The beers were cold but the only problem was the selection wasn't great. Otherwise this place is pretty good read more

So this is a review of the Eastlake store-phenomenal vibe! The music and lighting were at peak performance! Greeted by the staff, sit anywhere you want! (on a Sunday evening) The store is clean and ready for anyone that walks in the door. Cassie greeted our table and took our drink order and appetizer. Her smile lit up the table and she has a great customer service attitude! We order fried pickles that were crispy and hot! Delish! My husband and I try these wherever they are offered! Pretty good at this location. My husband's tea glass did get filled after it was empty for a few minutes, but it's ok! Our flight got delivered and we tried each of the beers...have to say the pear(the alternative to the watermelon was my favorite, the bosque my next..the mango and the guava I could live without). My husband ordered a pound of naked hot wings with spicy garlic (he said the buffalo waffle fries had more heat)...oh well, he can try something different next visit. The plate was cleaned of wings, so they must've been good! The side of waffle fries were big enough for two or three to share-just in case you needed an awesome side! I ordered the Philly Steak with regular waffle fries...and extra mushrooms! I love mushrooms! This thing was killer! I like salt on my waffle fries, but guess what? I didn't even NEED it! Woot! So, in closing, the new Union Drafthouse on EASTLAKE DRIVE is stellar! Give ''em shot and enjoy great food/customer service! read more

Service was súper slow, we went on a sunday for a pizza specials. The order was wrong so we have to wait over 30mns for my son pizza and she said that they wouldn't charge for that pizza but at the end when I asked for the check she did charge it. And also I ordered a beer and it was super flat no gas on it. Didn't drink it. read more

We went to their new location. We went on a friday night and found a 4 top luckily as the place was pretty packed. Would be a good place to watch sporting events. The food wasn't bad. Our waitress was nice and kept coming to check on us to see if we were OK and if we needed any refills. read more

**This review is for the Eastlake location** We called and placed an order for pick-up, a simple order for wings only. We went 30 minutes later to pick up, only to find out that the order was never put in. No apology, no nothing. We asked for the manager and were told he was at another location. Yet so many of the personnel were on their phones when we walked in. We go there almost every Friday, will not be going back after this experience. read more

This place is within walking distance to my house and I love it so much I submitted it to be a Pokestop in Pokemon Go. Their $1 pizza community nights are such an amazing deal, I can get my favorite pizza for $5.50! Service is great 98% of the time, but when we have had service they have given us a beer to make up for it so I won't deduct a star for it! This place is great to take the kids for lunch, you can bring your dog to their back area since it's astroturfed and they have water bowls. I love hanging out at night with my adult friends playing darts and having great beers too! The only thing they could improve is their social media presence since they don't have an up to date website! read more

Friends of mine have been recommending this place for months. I thought I'd finally give it a go on St Patty's Day. Around 3pm, the venue wasn't even completely packed, and it took over 15 minutes for someone to ask if we have been attended to yet. To tie in with the sub-par service, their wings are severely over-priced. From someone who rarely complains about the price of food, I have never paid 19$ for 8 bone- in wings. read more

Union Draft House is a pretty cool place. They have a huge selection of beers on draft and a full bar. They don't have a huge selection of food to eat but the pizza is pretty good. When we went with another couple, we split the dirty tots, two pizzas and each had the mac and cheese (and we were all full). I wish the mac and cheese had a little bit mor cheese though (I love cheesy mac). They have shuffle board, a pool table, and a couple of dart boards. Theres plenty of televisions so you can watch the games. The only issues I have is the parking can be really horrible when it's busy and like any restaurant/bar, depending on how good your server is, the quality of service. The first night we went, we never really saw our first server. We then moved to a bigger table and switched servers and then received better service. The second time we went, we we had better service. So it just all depends on the server and how busy they are. Other than that, we wish this bar was closer to our house because we really like it and recommend it. Next time, we will check out the patio seating. read more

I love this place. Wednesday is $1 pizza night. Isn't that crazy?? I highly recommend this place. The female bartenders are very pleasant to look at. Unlike most places in town like Wing Shack and Wing Daddy's where you constantly ask yourself "what were the hiring managers thinking??" Guys, I know you wonder that most times. Here the hiring manager should be given a raise. The pizza here is incredible. Perfectly crisp. Less crust. Great flavors. My favorite is the Pizza Rustica. Fresh tomatoes. Jalapeños. However, I'm not a big fan of pickled jalapeños. I would only eat a pickled jalapeño on nachos at the movies w that canned cheese. So ask for fresh jalapeños. I ordered the GOAT pizza which has double mushrooms pepperoni however my main complaint is that they dice the mushrooms too small that you can't taste them. Disappointing. If the owner is reading this, go to peter piper pizza and ask for double mushrooms on your pepperoni pizza and see what a fresh mushroom pizza tastes like. Fresh and whole. Delicious. I highly recommend a pecan beer or Turkey Drool beer with these pizzas. Great combination. The music here is perfect. I love this place. No place like this in El Paso. Parents. Bring your kids here. Great pizza and u can teach your kids to play shuffleboard. My sons love that. Have the fried donuts. My sons love to use the syringes to inject jelly flavors in the donuts. It's fun and tasty. They do that while you polish off your last beer. What a concept!!!! I highly recommend this place read more
