Look it's hard to not like Texas Roadhouse, because dem rolls amirite? We stopped in while waiting for meds at the Pharmacy, and we were pleasantly surprised! It was five pm on a Friday night, so not yet busy - we were greeted immediately by super friendly staff. They even held onto our stroller for us. We were also seated immediately. Our server brought us bread basket after bread basket, we never had to ask. The steak was perfectly seasoned and cooked, the mango margarita is HUGE and well mixed/made, our food came out quick too. Only reason I'm docking a star is the my potato was super hard and my daughters' kids burger was cold and a bit hard too. Everything else was pretty good!

Our family went for dinner, 7 of us. We got seated pretty quick, server was okay, we had 1 drink order, 1 took our food order, and anther 2 people to bring our dinner. It was all good. It was kinda busy, buy all in all it was a good dinner service. Perhaps I'll go again ‍

I am in between a 3 and 4 Stars for Texas Roadhouse in Freedom Crossing Fort Bliss. First of all I love having the option of eating in a Steak House on post, you simply do not get that in any post. The staff is caring and I love their T Shirts. I enjoy the restaurant setting/ambiance. Their steak and sides meet expectations. I didn't love the drinks, and their salad is mediocre, but I guess thats my fault for asking for a salad in a steak house. Their drinks can improve, I got a margarita and a pina colada and both tasted "cheap" a combination of cheap liquor and too sugary. Next time I am there in advance I'll request better liquor regardless of cost.

We love this location for dine in or a quick to go meal. Customer service is always wonderful and we love the to go family meals they currently offer. No complaints here! A great place to try on Bliss!

I can't say I haven't been here before because I have but this would be the very first time sharing my thoughts . This one is conveniently located at one of the biggest Army Base in the country which is Fort Bliss, TX. The dim lights give it a cozy ambiance. The staff were really friendly, they greet you at the door with all smiles. And they are very attentive. Now let's talk about the most important thing food and drinks. The finger licking good BBQ Ribs with it's tasty sauce, so tender it was falling off the bone. We also ordered their Wednesday special the sirloin steak. I wanted it cooked medium well just with enough pink in the center and not so rare! But, I think that was a mistake because it was a bit on the dry side. Lesson learned. I have to say they had a great variety of sides though: sweet, mashed, and baked potatoes, green beans, corn and more!!! But we all know that their bread is to die for! So soft and warm then add that butter and you're in heaven!!! So, the drinks is where the moneys at. You have got to try their Sangria's I had the Sangria Margarita on the rocks with sugar around the rim. I chose sugar not salt because I wanted something sweet. It was delish! Gave me my buzz.

Order: Texas Size Combos - Ribeye with Ribs with Steak Fries and Buttered Corn Result: AB.SO.LUTE.LY.AMAZINGGG Their bread and butter at the beginning. Legit blew my mind as to how warm and soft it was! The food we ordered was cooked to perfection. Medium steak. LUSH. Seriously. Servings in the UK are small, so this order was shared between 2 people. But with how the taste is, i could finish a whole serving on my own. Staff were absolutely charming and friendly! Love the texan accent! I would definitely recommend this place to another newbie!

Service was great but the food was just ok for what you pay for. Blooming onion was good but the main course food wasn't anything amazing.

Good overcooked. Attentive service but my card info was stolen. Hope it wasn't from here. The orders were incorrect on two occasions.

The brisket was perfect with a great salt and pepper bark, juice meat with some great marbling. The Habanero sausage was pretty mild but had just a little kick while allowing the fruity notes of the habanero come through. The sides were also excellent as was the complementary corn bread. This is the barbecue that does not need the sauce it's that good! Service was really good. Considering what they are doing here with regards to helping homeless people get back on their feet it was excellent service. The staff are all polite and friendly and all seem to be happy to be there. The decor is pleasant with lots of pictures and decorations like the wooden Stars and Stripes flag, longhorn horns and a mounted pheasant. If you are in El Paso and looking for great BBQ. I highly recommend you try this place out.

Thick slices with a beautiful smoke ring, deep flavor, and that perfect balance of tenderness and structure. It was juicy without being greasy, and the bark had just the right bite. The brisket sandwich was equally satisfying. Simple, honest, and generous, with crisp onions and a soft bun that let the meat shine. The ribs had great flavor, but were a bit on the dry side during this visit. Still enjoyable, but the brisket definitely stole the show. Sides were a mix. The green beans were outstanding. Easily some of the best I've had at a barbecue spot. Full of flavor and clearly cooked with care. The beans and cornbread were solid and comforting. The coleslaw, though, didn't quite stand out and was the only item I'd probably skip next time. The space itself adds to the experience. Open, casual, and unpretentious. It feels like a place focused on doing barbecue right rather than trying to be trendy. FYI: You order first & they bring out the food to you. Overall, Hallelujah BBQ is absolutely worth visiting, especially for the brisket and those green beans. I'll definitely be back.

It was only a mile away from the hotel up a hill, so I made my way there. The A-frame building has very limited parking, but I was lucky to find a spot right out front. I would imagine on a Friday or Saturday night it gets kind of crazy, so you're going to want to get here early. I walked in and was told to sit wherever I would like, so I grabbed a table so I could take a look around and see what I was getting myself into. The place had a nice charm to it, it felt more like an old Tavern than a rib joint. Lots of bent seating and plenty of tables all around the facility. Waiter came up. Got my drink order and brought it back within moments. I had also asked for a water, but that never arrived. I decided to go for the rib Hut combo which was one beef rib, two spare ribs and three baby back ribs. They came out to the table pretty quick. I also ordered fries and onion rings, since you can't really have barbecue without fries and onion rings. Dish of barbecue sauce..... Vinegar-based, which is perfect for the area. The beef rib was definitely the star of the show. Had a great char on it, super moist, and very flavorful. Flavorful. Addition of the barbecue sauce definitely helps, and that was gone in moments. Honestly, the baby backs were not that good. They were pretty overcooked and had very little meat on them. The spare rib was pretty tasty, had plenty of meat and was incredibly flavorful. Was this the best barbecue I have ever had? No. But it was darn good, and I cleaned my plate. I definitely think they could step up their service a little bit, my waiter only came by to check on me once, I had run out of ice in my iced tea early on and he never came by to replace it. After I was done, I was sitting and waiting for my bill for probably an easy 10 minutes or so. The place wasn't super busy, but I'm a pretty forgiving person. Bottom line? If this place stepped up on their service it would be a five all the way around. I would just sell the kitchen to take a little more care with the ribs as they definitely were overcooked.

We ordered the special three meets with two sides to share between two people. The potato and beans were excellent as always, the turkey was tender and delicious. I'm a fan of the baby back ribs, but this time they were very tough and so was the beef rib. I guess you can't have them all. I would still go back here, but possibly just ask about the meats before hand. They are usually falling off the bone tender. There was a big group but the noise level was reasonable. Reasonable price.

I decided to go with the two meat platter, picking Sausage and the 2nd cut Brisket. Everything looked good and fresh. Portions were a pretty good size. The slaw, potato salad and beans were good. The service was good, my server did a great job and was polite, friendly and professional. The restaurant itself has music playing and there are a lot of pictures and stuff on the walls. Very clean establishment and good vibes with shoji screens and lighting. Our service was very good too! We explained how we have never been here before and our waitress explained in full detail the how to and their menu. She came back at a good rate and was very nice. Me and my partner got the standard course for two. It was around $68. That's a lot in my opinion for not that much food compared to a Korean bbq. The galbi short ribs for example, they only gave us 3. They couldn't even give us 4? Two each? That in general is also crazy small. The rest of the meats were flat pieces like brisket and little steak bits. That's not a lot of food. It looks like a lot but when meat shrinks it's just tasters. I'm not impressed with the amount I'm spending with the amount of food. It's honestly not a lot when you really break it down. We did try the mochi and me and my partner agreed that was probably the best mochi ice cream we have had. Plenty of options, very delicious and tasty. If you want some sort of BBQ experience, I would not come here as my first option. You're just wasting money when you can go to an all you can eat and order practically everything. If you wanted Individual plates of soemthing, for example the galbi short ribs for a plate was around $14. Cmon now. We wouldn't come back here. It was decent, too expensive for what you're getting.
