Enjoy Ultimate Endless Shrimp (coconut, scampi, Rangoon)
    Fetima W.

My sister and I have a tradition of going to endless shrimp every fall. So when she visited me in El Paso, we kept the spirit alive. We came on a weekday late afternoon. It was empty and we were seated right away. The customer service was excellent. Even the bar tender walked out drinks over to the table and expressed his excitement about making them. Our food came out quickly and the shrimp were of a decent size. I was not a fan of the flavors I picked and the tiny baked potato but my food was fresh. My daughter also enjoyed her popcorn shrimp and crab legs. I became full quicker than I would have liked but overall, I was pretty happy with our experience and ai would return to this location.

Great experience! Not only was the food delicious but we had the best server, Kevin. Nice young man who provided excellent service!! AND.... my son forgot his birthday cards on the table with $100 cash. Kevin turned them in to his manager. We will definitely be back! Here's a picture with Kevin.

I was pressed for time and needed to catch a quick bit with a friend who was also pressed for time. We took a look at the parking lot at Red Lobster and saw available parking so we went in. We spoke to the server and let her know we had to eat and run, so she recommended the lunch specials. They have a great lunch menu and the prices are a relief compared to the ever climbing costs of food. Our food came out very quickly and it was good and tasty. How can you beat a giant piece of cod, battered and deep fried sitting on a buttered top brioche bun...with a side of your choice? My friend got a special that included a salad, rice and a lot of large coconut shrimp- bam and double bam! I will be back! We have so much here in El Paso we forget sometimes; my sister's family lives in "upstate New York" about an hour outside of the City. They have to drive 45 minutes to get to a Red Lobster! I will do my part to help keep El Paso businesses open!

Good ol'Red Lobster never fails! Had the new Sesame Soy Salmon bowl with crispy Brussels sprouts, quinoa rice, edamame, spring mix and crispy onions with sesame vinaigrette. Pretty good and very filling! It's Lobster Fest so don't miss it!!

Ever since my family moved to the westside of El Paso, this has been our main Red Lobster we go to for lunch and the occasional birthday celebration! They are always giving constant great service! I can't think of one time where we have had a bad experience here. From 2013-2016, we used to come here once a week after I would get my chemotherapy and they always were very accommodating with my situation and made sure to it us away from people since I was immune compromised and to this day, with my newly diagnosed CVID, they still are very accommodating to my disability. They have life long customers in my family and I!

Went on a Sunday afternoon and they have lunch specials on the weekend! Most restaurants don't allow you to order the lunch specials on weekends, so that was great. The portions are a little smaller, but that allows you to have dessert! All of the food was good, service was excellent. Total bill for three adults, with 18% tip, was $61.

    Coconut Shrimp

I really held off on giving this Red Lobster a review because I've only been to this specific one once, but the service was so horrendous that I'll never be back (and that's saying something because normally one person's bad attitude won't deter me from giving a place another go). For the most part, any RL is just average food to me. Portions could be bigger, less iceberg could be used, but all around 3-star eats. I really have no complaints about the food at this location. Started with the Coconut Shrimp, plating wasn't that nice, but it was good (although the huge ass pineapple seemed like a waste when the sides weren't completely cut off). Then I ordered The Fish & Chips, which is actually one of my favorite seafood dishes, that came with a salad. Salad was not putting their best foot forward, but I ate it 'cause I was hungry. The Fish & Chips arrived some time later and they were okay. The batter should've been a little crisper, but whatevs...it's a chain, they can get away with it. So average food. What the hell was up with my server though? And more importantly where the hell was her manager. I honestly don't remember my server's name, but I do believe she is what would happen if Regina George and Ellen Page's character from Hard Candy had a baby. First off, I was with a friend who happened to be a dude. Not my boyfriend, not a potential suitor, just a male human being who happens to be my friend and basically begged to eat at RL. Just pointing this out so you understand that there was no annoying PDA or staring madly, deeply into each other's eyes as we laughed about an inside joke and made the waitress feel ridiculously uncomfortable. There was absolutely none of that. We were just two patrons that were hella hungry. Our waitress was friendly and even bubbly to my male companion. She went as far as recommending a beer for him (although I was unimpressed by her beer selection, I didn't say so) and complimented him on his choice of entree. Then I ordered. Everything I said was followed by a remark about how silly or strange my choices were. Funny...I can't have been the first to order Coconut Shrimp and Fish & Chips from a flippin' Red Lobster, but maybe I was and if that's the case...I'm still waiting for my award in the mail. Her laughter when I ordered the House Salad with blue cheese dressing was quickly followed by, "Excuse me?" and a stared own from me. She informed me that only the elderly ordered blue cheese dressing. I'm pretty sure that blue cheese dressing isn't age specific, but even if it is...I'm confident in my age and youth that I don't think anyone will be offering me the Early Bird Special any time soon. I get it chick...you have the hots for my friend. Take him. I am not trying to stand in your way. Ask him for his number. Heck, you can put your number on the receipt. No craps will be given. Eventually she left to get the drinks and place the order. She returned a few minutes later with the drinks. On a tray. She seemed to be balancing them fine, but as soon as they were within a foot of me, she dropped them. Now, I'm not saying she did this on purpose, but she could've offered some assistance cleaning it up instead of walking away casually back to the kitchen to grab another beer. Seriously I had to sop up the mess with what I could find around me until another waiter who saw the whole thing came over and helped me. At this point I would've normally asked to see the manager, but usually in the instance of a spectacle like this (many other tables and servers did notice) a manager would pop up on their own. Never came and I never asked because eventually I just stopped caring since I knew I would never be back. And I just want to point out to servers of the same sex as those they are serving, how big your tip is from me does not depend on your sex, it comes completely and totally down to your service. After finishing my meal I paid for my okay food and left a shitty tip for some shitty service.

Adjacent to the The Tiki Room, Pearl Divers features a rotating list of oysters from different regions at $3 a pop. We had the chance to try all three oysters that they were featuring for the day and we really enjoyed the palette. The oysters featured might've been limited but they had a major punch to them with flavor. My favorite were the ones that were a bit more briny, truly small but mighty. Your oysters are brought out with the traditional crackers, hot sauce, mignonette sauce, horseradish, and lemons. It was nice for them to all folks the chance to order in any quantity as I'm sure a few folks might be trying oysters for the very first time in a landlocked city. The had a finessed menu featuring carpaccio, tartare, and about ten to fifteen dishes encompassing appetizers to main entrees. We had ordered the carpaccio but it never came out (no biggie, again it was soft opening so we came in with an open mind). Since we got there a bit later in the day, they were out of frites and I am a loyal fan of oysters, frites, and bubbles (wine at the minimum). This just means we'll have to be back. What was most important to me though was the service and how friendly the staff was. We opted to sit at the bar (as one should at an Oyster bar) and be as close to the oyster display as possible. I used to live in New Orleans for a few years so sometimes when it's busier and you're chatting away they'll shuck an extra one to you every so often to try. I'm pretty stoked to see the dining scene continuously elevating and Pearl Divers is a nice rendition. I'll be certain to come back and can't wait to see what a five-star experience is out of their soft opening phase. *** If there is one piece of feedback I'd provide is to have smaller spoons for the mignonette and forks for the oysters. The current sizes are a bit too large and can easily ruin the integrity of the oyster when making sure it's been properly separated and not intact, as well as, not being able to have the right ratio of mignonette sauce for each oyster. The spoon was constantly hitting the mouth of the condiment cup.
