Gotta give a slow clap to Landry's for one hell of a happy hour. Not only does it allow you to walk away full, but you can get a decent tasting of their drink and food menus within more than enough time. Whether you're sitting near the bar or in the restaurant itself, during their happy hour you can take advantage. I really enjoy how you can time it to listen to live music. Entertainment and dining... count me in. I've been here twice and have enjoyed myself each time. The staff is always super friendly and you will definitely walk away a happy camper. Don't get too distracted when on the access road or you might miss your turn. They have plenty of parking on their hill btw.

The best part of this dining experience was our waiter Isaiah. He was so sweet, patient, and accommodating to a group of 6 chatty women. This was my first time at Landry's and I am a seafood lover. The decor is nice and the inside is spacious. I went out on a limb and ordered the roasted oysters as an appetizer. The oysters were the size of clams and covered in too much topping given how small they were. I ordered the broiled seafood platter. The shrimps were very small and very overcooked. The scallops were flat like pancakes and overcooked. It was disappointing considering the entree is $34. The sauce on the shrimp was good and the rice and broccoli paired well. However, the main star of the dish (Seafood) was underwhelming.

Came here from Las Cruces for our Anniversary. Everything was perfect and delicious. It's nice to go in the evening as you'll get to see the city lights in the distance. Food was delicious! Our waitress was amazing and always checking in on us to see if we needed anything. Great for dinner dates or group outing.

We came here for a date on a beautiful spring Friday night. They host some great local Jazz talent.. We had a wonderful time taking turns speaking in rhythms like the piano and drum solos. The smiles she shined, nostalgic and timeless like the standards. And when it was time to take her home-the view of her staring at the city lights... thanks for an amazing night.

We decided to have lunch here. On the menu they have a combo plate, where I was able to order both of my cravings Gumbo and étouffée. We also shared some fire grill oysters that were delicious. My husband had a seafood gumbo which was delicious. Our server was very attentive and she recommended some drinks but, I ended up ordering a glass of wine. We finish our meal with a yummy creme burle. Best place to feel close to New Orleans with great tunes.

Food was incredible and while it is upscale portions were all large, you get what you pay for. Our server was so funny and nice, and was very knowledgeable about menu items when we had questions on taste. Hard to find good creole food down here but this is a good spot, haven't had crawfish étouffée in awhile and it was great here.

My wife and I enjoyed a delicious meal at Landry's Seafood House today. We started off with fried calamari that was perfectly cooked with a light breading. Next we enjoyed a bountiful fresh salad with balsamic dressing. The sauce on the shrimp penne pasta was silky smooth and plentiful. The chocolate cake and ice cream sundae was the perfect way to end this extraordinary meal. The meal was exceptional but the service was even better. Mike's service displayed several skills that we don't find in other restaurants. His demeanor and conversation made us feel very comfortable and that we were going to be well taken care of. He was very attentive without being disruptive. When he saw we needed something he delivered without interrupting our conversation with questions. This experience made my wife's birthday extra special.

It was my first time here and I was very impressed with the meal. I ordered an appetizer and the chef's special, the mahi mahi. Dinner was great and very flavorful. The atmosphere is excellent for this restaurant. This is quiet and a very nice dining experience. I highly recommend this place.

Felicity is an absolute doll. Friendly and answered all our question. Came to check on us during our visit. Very accommodating and very helpful.. if she's her for our next visit we will ask to be seated with her. Great time!!!

Had the chance to visit during their soft opening this past weekend with one of my friends who…read moreloves oysters just as much as me, and we both agreed that it is super refreshing to see an establishment like this come to town. Adjacent to the The Tiki Room, Pearl Divers features a rotating list of oysters from different regions at $3 a pop. We had the chance to try all three oysters that they were featuring for the day and we really enjoyed the palette. The oysters featured might've been limited but they had a major punch to them with flavor. My favorite were the ones that were a bit more briny, truly small but mighty. Your oysters are brought out with the traditional crackers, hot sauce, mignonette sauce, horseradish, and lemons. It was nice for them to all folks the chance to order in any quantity as I'm sure a few folks might be trying oysters for the very first time in a landlocked city. The had a finessed menu featuring carpaccio, tartare, and about ten to fifteen dishes encompassing appetizers to main entrees. We had ordered the carpaccio but it never came out (no biggie, again it was soft opening so we came in with an open mind). Since we got there a bit later in the day, they were out of frites and I am a loyal fan of oysters, frites, and bubbles (wine at the minimum). This just means we'll have to be back. What was most important to me though was the service and how friendly the staff was. We opted to sit at the bar (as one should at an Oyster bar) and be as close to the oyster display as possible. I used to live in New Orleans for a few years so sometimes when it's busier and you're chatting away they'll shuck an extra one to you every so often to try. I'm pretty stoked to see the dining scene continuously elevating and Pearl Divers is a nice rendition. I'll be certain to come back and can't wait to see what a five-star experience is out of their soft opening phase. *** If there is one piece of feedback I'd provide is to have smaller spoons for the mignonette and forks for the oysters. The current sizes are a bit too large and can easily ruin the integrity of the oyster when making sure it's been properly separated and not intact, as well as, not being able to have the right ratio of mignonette sauce for each oyster. The spoon was constantly hitting the mouth of the condiment cup.

The pico wasn't included in my order, instead they have me some sort or brown gelatinous sause. I passed on that. The tacos were good. They don't offer a grilled option so I had to get the battered version. The batter is very heavy and retained quite a bit of oil. The cabbage, pico, and crema were delicious, just kind of lost in all of the heavy batter.

The restaurant is tucked into a small strip center off of Lee Trevino - it's not a huge dining space but there are plenty of tables and bar seating available. Board games such as Connect Four, Checkers, etc available to play. Lots of menu options to choose from. The crab nachos caught our attention to start with as an appetizer. For the main courses we ordered Fish & Chips, Shrimp & Chips and a plate with three tacos (asada, shrimp & fish). The nachos were unique but I think I'd opt for the chips & queso that I saw the table next door enjoying, next time. For the main courses, our favorite was the shrimp (alone & in the taco), followed by the asada taco and then the fish (alone & in the taco). Fries were crisp and good too. Overall, solid 4 star rating, with good service from the staff.
