They have shrimp cocktail specials on Monday's and other specials during the week only. Our server was really attentive and awesome because she made sure we were good and checked on us often. I got the combinacion plate of fish and shrimp de la diabla. It was not spicy at all but really good and is a lot of food so I had to take half of it to go because it was so much. You get mash potatoes but you can change them to fries just make sure to let the server know because they won't tell you that. Not sure where a three star comes from. The young ladys at the bar, Arline and Noeme were so helpful. My menu was all in Spanish and Arline smiled and found one in English. I wanted to try something I had never had and she suggested the octopus. It came grilled with a spicy sauce, salad, mashed potatoes and rice. It was five star awesome. Me and my friend visited this location tonight, after we were seated I noticed that the manager (Rebeca) was not wearing a mask. I mentioned it to our server (Pablo). I came here for lunch . They have a $6.99 4 taco special. There are about 10 different kinds to choose from - I opted for the grilled fish- they were okay. You can't mix & match and the tacos are a bit on the small side but enough to fill you up. The side of mashed potatoes were good and fresh. I also tried the cheese queso with grounded chorizo. The cheese was so thick and stringy I could barely get it separate to get a bite. Maybe that's how they do it here in El Paso. Also, the menu is in Spanish but if you're a gringo like me, they have an Americanized version. Most of the staff only speaks Spanish as well. My first time and definitely not my last. I first knew of this place from Ciudad Juarez, Chihuahua years ago and loved what they did with the Clamatos, "Pa la cruda".
