I love this place! Friendly service and great food. I just wish that there was more free space for people in wheelchairs. Other than that, I love this place! read more

Staff standing around kitchen area laughing and being loud. Tables are dirty and customers waiting for service. Turned and looked at staff. They just looked and went on being loud. Manager was among staff being extremely loud. read more

Not good ether that all the wait staff that was there and only seemed to want the larger party's. read more

The hamburger that's advertised is good greasy and 1/4 th of the size shown. They also put it together wrong way...Patty on top of lettuce & stuff.... weird.... Service very slow at 3:00 pm. Maybe 6 other tables. Whataburger much better. read more

I order food here and they didn't follow the instructions to change the corn to broccoli and didn't include the salad.. when I went back to tell them they forgot it they said it was still the same price if I didn't want it.. always slow and not good service every time I come .. they can't even apologize. read more

The waitress was so pleasant the first day, my husband and I liked it so much that we returned a few days later, we had the same waitress and she remembered what we wanted to order! That was my idea of excellent customer service! The parking was a bit tedious as there were no available spaces on site and we had to park nearby and walk over. read more

One of the best ihops I have been too ! Food was perfect , the service was on point . My waiter was amazing and timely ! I think our whole trip took about 30 minutes at the most ! There's a good amount of Parking and the waiting area is also a good size. Overall this is a clean and awesome ihop read more

When it comes to take out one would expect to be in and out. I rate this a three as this is more geared to take out than eating in. I got there about 08:10 and waited thirty minutes for my food and then this guy walks in and gets his right then. read more

My wife n I ordered "Chicken Florentine and Chicken Fajita Omelet" online, and on the Florentine they didn't substitute what we wanted which was pepper jack cheese... they also added tomato's when I said NOOOO tomato's. They don't give you options like they do in the restaurant like add melted cheese, easy ice, hot or cold coffee, or an extra egg so I would prefer to eat in the restaurant from here on out...! read more

I had a small hiccup of ordering to different delivery orders, and unfortunately the team mistook the second order as a mistake, so they cancelled the second order, but still the full payment went through. Spoke to Victor, had made a vague promise of refunding my money of doing whatever he in power could do. Luis on the other hand, went totally above and beyond to speak to ones above him and outside his store to guarantee this customer to continue to return buying breakfast. Undoubtedly did not waste any time to fix this error his team may have made, and I'm sure he wasn't there when the incident happen, but stated he took full responsibility. What a wonderful man to even do that! I send my great appreciate and hope you all can realize that his leadership is pushing continual business to exceed due to his valiant efforts. Hats off to you Luis! read more

Today was our first time ordering online which may be irrelevant, however, the food was not very good. Maybe it was the fact that it was afternoon but the crepes tasted like they were cooked right after onions. The fries were not seasoned and looked white maybe undercooked. I guess just stick to going mornings? read more

With IHOP, it's all about timing. You get there when it's busy and the service suffers. I think it's a universal fact here. My hubs and I came in early-ish one morning before the start of our day and the restaurant was half empty. We were greeted immediately, ushered to our seat, and our server appeared within minutes. The overall inside appeareance seemed clean. There were a few crumbs in my booth seat but the table had been wiped down. Our server did her job adequately. She was polite and made sure our drinks were refilled for the most part. I don't necessarily have five star restaurant standards at the International House of Pancakes or anything but the dinnerware and utensils looked like they'd seen better days. I had to switch out my fork for a clean one. Most of the servers congregated in open view, goofing off. I mean, it was slow so whatevs. But all in all, the coffee was hot and the food was reliable. I can honestly say I have never eaten anything other than breakfast food here. I usually get the same type of meal (bacon, eggs, and pancakes - hello!). As always, the final check was inexpensive. I'd go again. read more

Staff Friendly and competent. Cooked my eggs perfectly as I ordered. Food tasted amazing. Comfortable atmosphere. Prices are competitive.

Best service I've had at any Ihop, great hostess, waiter was attentive, food fast.. Manager greeted and checked on all customers.

Always a great place to get a bite at any time of the day. The customer service is always good. You're seated and served promptly.

Good food. Typical IHOP food; although, service was bad! It took 20 min for our server to bring our drinks. Food was pretty quick. Tried to find our server for the check but he was MIA! I asked another person for the check and paid with her. Might have been that one server but bad first impression. read more

My husband and I came to this IHOP after being ignored at the Denny's on Fort Bliss. We were in and out of this restaurant faster than we sat being ignored in Denny's! This IHOP location has yet to let me down and anytime I want some pancakes or waffles and don't feel like making them myself, I will surely be taking my business here!!! read more

They put poorly trained wait staff on the floor by themselves. I don't blame the waitress, I blame the manager. The worst service ever.

Nice and spacious compared to other ihops I've been to from Pennsylvania. Food was sizable. Our waitress was average. Service was ok. Fair

This would've been an enjoyable experience had we actually been served. Instead our drinks were empty, the food looked awful, when we asked for a refill she slung the glass across the table, and then she took my husband's plate away while he was trying to eat off it, literally still trying to eat half of his meal. I would much rather enjoy my meal and actually get the service we came here for than to watch the servers do the douggie, dance, and chase each other. We won't be coming back to this location. read more

I just got the yelp app and thought I'd post my experience from there from a couple of months ago. We had a wonderful waitress that was great at her job and didn't even care that I breastfed my son at the table! She was super friendly and the food was amazing! read more
