We appreciated the positive interaction among the servers, cooks, and manager. Everyone made us feel comfortable and valued. Our server, Javoli E., provided excellent service, and the Old Fashioned he made was on point! Thank you to the entire Twisted Fork team for such an enjoyable experience. What really bothered me was seeing the sandwiches being placed on receipt paper instead of the counter or cutting boards. That seemed extremely unsanitary, especially considering receipt paper contains BPA and shouldn't be in direct contact with food. Then at checkout, I mentioned they had run out of pink lemonade and asked if I could just grab a Gatorade instead after already spending $45 on three sandwiches. The cashier looked at the other employee, they stared at each other awkwardly, and one of them said, "I'm not doing it." The other finally rolled her eyes and said, "Just give it to her." The whole experience felt unprofessional and uncomfortable, like customers were inconveniencing the staff just by being there. This location seriously needs higher standards when it comes to customer service and food handling.

The Jenga, ping pong and other games are lovely. The outdoor padel court is great and has a two seating areas outside if you're with a group where some want to play and some do not. There are several outdoor pickleball courts, and more indoor (A/C) pickleball courts. Service for the courts is especially friendly and helpful. Food and beverage servers are also usually solid. I like the option to order from the QR code menu when you're outside/playing. Needs improvement #1: the beer selection is mediocre to bad -- and they are often out of what people want. If you're a beer drinker, odds are you end up settling here. Get rid of most existing beers except the majors, add a popular beer like Shiner Bock, and choose an entirely new slate of crafts on draft -- and offer some more variety in bottles. Needs improvement #2: the food. It's uninspired and really mediocre. I've been here with a group as large as 18, and no one especially loved their food. It's all very OK. (I think the food caters to a bland family/child palate more so than it should for a place that is usually 80% adults.) I would be here 1-2x month if the beer and food menus improved.

The kitchen is a scratch kitchen, they have some hit and misses. Nachos were good, burgers were less good. Let's mention the obvious - pickleball. They have four outdoor and five indoor cours. They also have a padel court on the south end of the courts. Very new, no saggy nets. When the sun is on the down side the courts get busy. If you are outdoors you don't have to suffer, there are four cabanas supported by the bar right behind the courts. They are nice, and with the roaming servers it's full service. Game on!
