One of my favorite quick food spots reminiscent of the East Coast where I grew up- the soups are fabulous to the point that my sister gets the soup and puts it in a pot to warm it up and serves it to company for a nice beginning to dinner . Their crispy baguette sandwiches are filling and let's talk about the cinnamon bagel! It is like a dessert bagel....now I am craving one!

This was our first visit to Panera Bread, and might be our last, but my hubby still has a Christmas gift card to redeem there, so we will likely have to return to redeem it. Anyway, my daughter and I were really looking forward to the visit. Well, the food was decent, not fabulous, but what really stands out is the wrecked service! Horrible service! The cashier was rude! She was not nice at all. She was yelling at customers to move to the other side of the cash register bellowing that the right side of the register is for ordering. How are we newbies supposed to know that? Now, I was willing to give Panera a break because they are relatively new, and perhaps are going through some growing pains, but there were no excuses. It was loud, workers were yelling, the door was constantly being opened and slammed. Whataburger is quieter! The restaurant was also quite filthy! The tables were never wiped down, the floors were wet where the fountain drinks had spilled, and my salad had humongous chunks of white lettuce, and the avocado was brown in certain spots. My daughter's sandwich was good, but she said that the bacon was tough to chew! I was very dissatisfied and very disappointed. 1/5.

Visiting El Paso for the weekend I found myself needing one of the famous super charged lemonades. Talk about night and day. In Albuquerque it's rare you see Panera use the rapid pick up shelves. Most of the time you have to ask for your order at the counter. In El Paso I saw my order along with others waiting on the shelves. It was a pleasant surprise. I ordered my usual large mango super charged lemonade and boy it tasted a little different. I was a bit disappointed. I still drank it and for the most part it gave me the boost I needed to get the day started. The door in the front slams shut so you gotta move quick entering and exiting otherwise you might get hit. It was very scary. Other than that it was alright experience. The restaurant was nice inside. Staff was pretty friendly. You can tell it's fairly new. I'll definitely be back the time I'm in town.

I went in last week. To mid rivers mall saint peter's panara. The bathrooms were horrible. I informed the manager. He rolled his eyes at me and said he'd take care of it i went back in this week.I thought I'd leave a little picture for y'all.. I wonder what their kitchen looks like, but they can't clean their bathrooms. Clean up your act.. this is gross!!

I made a good choice with chicken bacon rancher sandwich. Ordered drive thru during lunch hour and this was my choice along with a side of chips and pickle spear. The line wasn't too long but behind me it got longer. wasn't much of a wait but they apologized and hooked it up with a delicious oatmeal raisin cookie. Got back to work and my sandwich was warm and fresh. The ranch sauce was thick and full of flavor. Bacon is always good with everything. Good lunch!

I was dropping off my kids the other day and realized I was starving! Luckily, I had this sweet deal--a $4 off take two coupon and a free bread bowl because they ran out of bread bowls during their grand opening. I figured it was the perfect time to hit up Panera Bread in El Paso again. I decided to swing by the drive-thru, and man, it was a pleasant surprise! The girl on the speaker was super cool and friendly. She answered all my questions, and when she didn't have an answer, she didn't hesitate to ask her trainer for help. Talk about service! I ended up making a couple of orders because I had these Sip & Save rewards alongside the coupon and I guess they can't do it on one order.. Oh, by the way, you gotta be careful with their Charged Lemonades (my flavor was Mango Yuzu)--it's got a serious caffeine and energy kick! I gave it to my husband, and even though he said it tasted a bit weird, it totally fueled him up for the entire day. Now, here's the best part--they didn't forget about my bread bowl! I got the one I paid for plus an extra one as promised from the grand opening mishap. I even scored some bonus stuff like a tub of cream cheese. It was so convenient, you know? For my take two, I went for the Turkey Club sandwich and the Seasonal Autumn Squash Soup. Let me tell you, they were spot-on. And guess what? I couldn't resist trying their French Onion Soup too, and it was absolutely delicious. I'm a sucker for soup and bread, so being able to grab them through the drive-thru, especially when I'm feeling sick, made me one happy camper. It's been a long time coming, but I'm stoked that Panera Bread finally made its way to El Paso. They've really stepped up their game with well-trained staff and making sure they keep their items stocked, including those awesome bread bowls. All in all, my visit to Panera Bread in El Paso was top-notch. The friendly service, the yummy food, and the convenience of the drive-thru made it a kick-ass experience. Can't wait to go back for more tasty treats!-TODOELPASO

I think Panera Bread is just perfect! I had a Mac N Cheese bread bowl, tuna sandwich, chips, and a cookie! I enjoyed it. Everyone there is very kind, even offered us catering! This is the kind of place to relax, perfect for breakfast and lunch. For my first time ever there, I loved it! I will be returning!

Great food, hopefully they will have a eastside location soon. Dog friendly outdoor seating.

Almost empty cinnamon crunch bagels. Very sad. Panera, Google what they SHOULD look like!

Long wait times. Not the full Panera menu like other stores. E.g. no flat breads. Have been running out of stock. Food is good.

We had wonderful meals of BBQ, Southern, American and Mexican food but we started to miss our Ramen meals back home. This place was great. Ot had a youthful, edgy vibe with cozy and nice colorful decor. We ordered the Thicc Boi and Birria Ramen, and ordered sides of the Thai Peanut Cucumber Salad, and Pork buns. The salad was a nice appetizer. We wished we had this back home. The dressing tasted peanutty with black sesame seeds and a nice acid balance. Kaemada's Ramen has El Paso influences. The broth had full bodied flavor, the meat was cut thicker with grilled char! Please also try the Birrea Ramen! We eat Birria broth and tacos at home and this ramen bowl was a great marriage of the 2 dishes. The thick cut and grilled char feature was also included in the pork bun. It was so tasty and satisfying with the thick pork cut, which I often thought was too thin anyways in the original version. They took the best El Paso meat flavor and Japanese presentation influences to make Kaemada's dish unique and their own. Don't expect the delicate and refined dashi broth Japan has. Be open to the bold flavors of the pork and broth. Expect a Southwest and Japanese fusion of robust and evolved flavors. Personally, I like firm noodles so request it cooked this way. Izzy, our server was friendly and attentive. She made our meal there more pleasant. Don't forget to order the Yuzu Cheesecake, light and not so sweet with a strong presence of Yuzu. A great finish to our meal. 10/10.

Everything was super tasty highly highly recommend the kimchi pancake. Flavor was spectacular and perfectly crispy/crunchy. The squid entree was very tasty too just a little too many peppers for me. Would get again if I didn't want to try other things. Value is really great for how much food I got. Yes we really over ordered (2 apps 2 entrees for 2 people) but still all the plates were big. Perhaps only downside is that the dining area is pretty small. I would expect them to outgrow their little storefront quickly. I'd come back next time I travel to El Paso.

It was a bit uncomfortable with how loud it was and sitting next to strangers not being able to have a comfortable conversation with the person in front of you. The food was really good! I enjoyed the tteokbokki so much and I feel like as simple as this dish is, a lot of places sometimes miss. Again I know it isn't their fault maybe the day I came in it was really busy and maybe it's not that busy usually but I would have liked to be in a bigger space.

The dishes were very well made, as if the owners were preparing them for themselves. We could tell a lot of care went into preparing them. I ordered Gom Bibim. The bedding of mixed greens were very fresh and paired nicely with the spicy noodles. My daughter ordered Gom Tang. The dish was good. The broth was a bit saltier than the traditional gom tang.
