Service was exceptional. The atmosphere was pretty cool! Miso soup was super salty I had to send it back and they "remade it" tasted the same. The Ramen and chicken rice bowl were super salty as well. Our appetizer was just perfect! The karaage was delicious! Bubble tea was way too watered down.

If you want to talk about an interesting and unique place, this is it! It isn't for everyone though as it gives off a "club vibe" with the music blasting pretty loud and lights are low. They had a ton of TVs playing different things! My husband and I really enjoyed the vibe of this place. The food was also so good! We would definitely come back when we are in El Paso.

The vibes here are amazing! There's american television as well as anime playing on multiple tvs in the background. There's lighting is awesome, wall art is cool, seating is great. I always get the black garlic tonkotsu! This time I tried the Tokyo Old Fashioned drink. So good! they have traditional sake as well.

Service was decent, ambiance was really nice. The food was pretty good. Ramen was pretty good. The soy egg was perfect! When I visit again I'm going to ask for an extra one. The Chasu was perfect also. Perfect serving of Chasu. The sampler, the shrimp had thicker batter than traditional tempura but it was pretty good. The chicken pieces were too small for the thick batter. The portions were really good. One of the better Asia establishments in EP.

Such great service, ambiance and food!! Love the theme that this restaurant carries and I have to say the food here is 10 times better than what it looks! Meaning it's extremely delicious!!

The food here is beyond amazing! Definitely worth bazillion stars! The $10 black garlic tonkotsu ramen lunch special is indescribably scrumptious...and plentiful! The furikaki fries are your tastebuds' delights! Lovely waitstaff and atmosphere. This is definitely at the top of my dining out list now.

Food was delicious! The broth in the ramen was definitely the star! The shiitake broth in the Nagasaki ramen was very creamy and smooth! The Takoyaki was crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside! Absolutely perfect! The server was great and suggested flavors for sake. She was very helpful since it was our first time here! This place has a very trendy anime vibe and is exactly how I'd imagine a millennial would decorate!

I think i finally found a place that makes me feel old! This is by no ways a diss to the establishment but the first thing we got when we entered was the suttle rumblings of the music they were playing. I get it, its a bar/restaurant and they have to build an ambiance of cool and japanese hipness since that seems to be their whole schtick. The drinks are good and cheap, the food is well prepared and their ramen was good, their spicy tonkotsu was good, because their regular one just tasted bland. Also they charge you for chili oil...now I don't know if that's the new cool thing to do in an establishment but...man, that kinda killed it for me as far as wanting to go back and eat there. I always saw chili oil as complementary with a meal in most asian spots and have gotten it for free beforehand so this was just kinda off-putting. Service was chill by the way, not perfect and the drinks took a bit but nothing out of the ordinary. But i would come back here again for their awesome happy hour and their delicious mixed drinks! Also its technically a 3.5 on this one. just fyi.

I saw this spot on one of El pasos IG accounts, and let me tell you, it didnt disappoint. The fried rice spicy tuna appetizer was as delicious as I was expecting. The ramen was also very good and my friend had the fish rice bowl, which was satisfying. The drinks were a little on the weak side but refreshing. The prices were decent, the staff very attentive, and the vibe was pretty relaxing. They played good music while we were there so I was entertained dancing while eating my food! I'm definitely going back to try their spicy lobster tail ramen soon!

Good vibes, and even better food! Definitely worth trying if you like ramen. Not the wannabe Asian food you get in most places.

I thought it was so good. Excited to have a good Ramen place on Zaragoza . It taste just like Silverlake Ramen, which I love but it's so far and I live Far East. I will return definitely. Also, fun atmosphere here, playing cool music , super young vibe. Picture after I stirred it up but had Tofu Tonkotsu w Shitake

We had wonderful meals of BBQ, Southern, American and Mexican food but we started to miss our Ramen meals back home. This place was great. Ot had a youthful, edgy vibe with cozy and nice colorful decor. We ordered the Thicc Boi and Birria Ramen, and ordered sides of the Thai Peanut Cucumber Salad, and Pork buns. The salad was a nice appetizer. We wished we had this back home. The dressing tasted peanutty with black sesame seeds and a nice acid balance. Kaemada's Ramen has El Paso influences. The broth had full bodied flavor, the meat was cut thicker with grilled char! Please also try the Birrea Ramen! We eat Birria broth and tacos at home and this ramen bowl was a great marriage of the 2 dishes. The thick cut and grilled char feature was also included in the pork bun. It was so tasty and satisfying with the thick pork cut, which I often thought was too thin anyways in the original version. They took the best El Paso meat flavor and Japanese presentation influences to make Kaemada's dish unique and their own. Don't expect the delicate and refined dashi broth Japan has. Be open to the bold flavors of the pork and broth. Expect a Southwest and Japanese fusion of robust and evolved flavors. Personally, I like firm noodles so request it cooked this way. Izzy, our server was friendly and attentive. She made our meal there more pleasant. Don't forget to order the Yuzu Cheesecake, light and not so sweet with a strong presence of Yuzu. A great finish to our meal. 10/10.

The dishes were very well made, as if the owners were preparing them for themselves. We could tell a lot of care went into preparing them. I ordered Gom Bibim. The dish was visually pleasing and delicious. The flavor of the noodles was light. Often, the noodles in bibim kooksoo are drenched in sauce. These were prepared just right. The bedding of mixed greens were very fresh and paired nicely with the spicy noodles. My daughter ordered Gom Tang. The dish was good. The broth was a bit saltier than the traditional gom tang. She said that the egg was good. My sister-in-law ordered Gom Ramen. She said that it hit the spot. Delicious! We also ordered mandoo. They were served with a light kochojang sauce, and were hot and crispy. I highly recommend this restaurant. We are in town for the BTS concert. We regret that we will probably never get to eat here again.

Food was prepped quickly and I can't see any differences of spicy noodle between here and Korea. The egg inside of spicy noodle wasn't just regular boiled egg, it was soy sauce marinated egg with beef the same as well. The rolls here are much bigger in size than most places and it felt like it was harder to eat without it just falling apart. It was my coworkers first time trying sushi and sadly it didn't really impress him much. I also picked this place due to the reviews but it seems like the name has been changed and maybe the business owner as well because it's now called Sushi Gang. I would say my favorite thing was the Eel nigiri. The dragon roll didn't meet my expectations from other Dragon rolls I had before. The Golden California roll was better than the Dragon roll. The staff was nice but they recommended something else to try and honestly it was very good. I don't even remember what it was but it was like a rice ball. I can't say I would go back here but give it a try and see if it meets your expectations. They seem to short staffed and that could be what went wrong that day but not sure.

VERY fresh and tasty. The prices? I still cannot believe we ate so much delicious food for that amount of money. My wife wanted a Salmon Steak. They did not have the right sauce and therefore the dish was not in the menu. I asked if they could do a grilled salmon instead without the sauce. They did. My wife thinks it is probably the best salmon she had since we moved to El Paso. We are definitely going back often.
