Regardless of the ambiance which is really nice. But they change their recipe and it no longer taste like ramen. It tastes like watered down broth with noodles. It's missing that creamy umami flavor it used to have. I have no idea why they changed it but I won't be returning anymore because of this. It's such a sad thing because me and my family loved it here but the ramen went from being the best in town to literally the worst ramen I've ever had. I could literally make shin and be more satisfied than the food here. I hope you read this and change the recipe back to the original. I don't know why you changed it but I can promise you if you don't change it from where you're at now, this business will go down hill. Service 5/5 Ambiance 5/5 Food 2/5

Their noodles and broth are amazing. The service is the best. And the ambiance is pretty laid back and hip. My only nitpick is how popular this place is, yet their restaurant remains small. I would definitely recommend this to someone looking to get their Ramen fix here in West Texas. I had the flavorful Mandu fried dumplings, Gom Ramen Spice level 2 and a Hot Yuja. I love the flavor and the freshness of both dishes. I will definitely be back to visit next time I am in town.

The rolls here are much bigger in size than most places and it felt like it was harder to eat without it just falling apart. It was my coworkers first time trying sushi and sadly it didn't really impress him much. I also picked this place due to the reviews but it seems like the name has been changed and maybe the business owner as well because it's now called Sushi Gang. I would say my favorite thing was the Eel nigiri. The dragon roll didn't meet my expectations from other Dragon rolls I had before. The Golden California roll was better than the Dragon roll. The staff was nice but they recommended something else to try and honestly it was very good. I don't even remember what it was but it was like a rice ball. I can't say I would go back here but give it a try and see if it meets your expectations. They seem to short staffed and that could be what went wrong that day but not sure.
