The biggest issue is the shift from a traditional, full-service dining dynamic to a stripped-down fast-casual setup. With this change, the service quality has dropped noticeably the staff, while friendly, are nowhere near as attentive or engaged as they used to be. On top of that, the food portions have shrunk significantly, and the presentation feels far more basic than before in plastic containers. While the flavor of the food is still genuinely delicious, great taste alone isn't enough to make up for the diminished experience. Charging full sit-down restaurant prices for fast food counter service and smaller portions just doesn't add up. We love this business and really want to keep supporting them, but management seriously needs to rethink this direction. Either bring back the attentive full service model and generous portions we fell in love with, or lower the prices to reflect the new self-service format.
