Ordered 3 different times at the drive through and wait in line 15 minutes to get to the window and they completely botched my order. luckily the guy was nice at the window but the experience was very annoying that they messed up my order so bad that they had to refund me something and re charge me again. I was on my way home after New Year's Eve Mass and I was starving. I had already reconciled that unless I was in a sequined outfit at a swanky downtown restaurant, listening to live jazz and enjoying some celebratory champagne, New Year's Eve would just be a dud! I pass West Town Marketplace on my way home and pulled in. The lights on the trees and all the people milling about in their cars trying to decide on one of the many eateries here, actually lifted my spirits- I was able to see civilization out picking up party snacks for an at home evening with family. To keep the family vibe going, I got on line in the drive up for Chick-fil-A. They actually had two young ladies outside under really good heaters taking everyone's order and payment on the spot, so by the time you pulled to the window, all you had to worry about was getting you great smelling food into your vehicle. Amazing service! So, now for the food- crispy, perfectly cooked juicy chicken, and a side of waffle fries- for someone who watches their diet all year, this was truly party food. I took my booty and opened a good bottle of Prosecco when I got home, made myself comfy on the sofa with my little Luciano and FaceTimed with family all over the globe. So yeah, it was a pretty good New Year's Eve after all and I didn't even get blisters on my feet from uncomfortable party shoes! read more

Chick-fil-A is great but- the drive thru at this location sucks! I have been here several times recently, and my order is wrong or missing items every time. Last week I ordered a chicken sandwich and they gave me a fruit cup. Today I ordered a salad. I got the right salad, but they didn't think to put any utensils, dressing, or toppings in the bag. I only get drive-through fast food when absolutely necessary, because I am in a rush. Having to get down each time really defeats the purpose of using the drive-through. Each time I ask them to correct my order they look completely annoyed like I am crazy for wanting a fork with my salad. I will not be returning to this location. read more

I have always loved Chik Fil A but man, this spot in particular is the bomb! Why so exactly? Well partially because the layout of the area is very nice and roomy for lots of people. The condiments were ridiculously organized for every packet. And best of all, their southwest salad had the most generous portion of chicken i have ever had the pleasurr of finishing lol. No joke, there would be times when i still feel hungry after a salad, especially for their location at the mall. But this place made sure to pack their salad containers right! There was even a well mixed ratio of all the fixina such as the corn, beans, peppers, and all that jazz! I was beyond elated! I also had to try some of their nuggets. Their breading always taste so fresh and delicoous from their seasoning! It was hard to resist a lil bit of their more unhealthier side. So i had to balance it with my salad of course! Another chick-fil-a? I have only been here to go through the drive through twice and each time I had no issues. I was presently greeted by the first person to collect the money for the meal. Then as I went to pick up the meal, I had no issues as well. Overall great service for this relatively new restaurant. read more

I love this location! The crew is amazingly friendly and constantly walking around making sure your experience is wonderful. My food was fresh and hot and I was able to get extra dipping sauce at no extra charge! Friendly staff and quick service. The chicken nuggets we're good, but the chicken strips had a funny taste and weird color. Also the frozen lemonade is more a lemonade milkshake and pretty gross. They had a small kids play area for the kids while waiting for food. Each table had a vase with a real flower in it. read more

I love Chik Fil a restaurants. I ESPECIALLY love their customer service. It's always top notch, which ever one you go to. But this location was phenomenal. We have been driving in our RV for two days from north Texas to CA & really needed to stop for a break. We have 4 children traveling with us, one who is 7 & has Down syndrome. Sometimes being out of routine & tired can really set him on a downhill spiral. While we waited for our order our son started crying. He was tired. didn't like the noise, the smells, the wait, his siblings arguing over a straw-we don't know, as he's nonverbal. Lol! Our food arrives & I suggest to my husband as he comes over from the restroom, that we eat in the RV because of his meltdown. As we're gathering up our food to head out our two year old drops my lemonade & breaks the cup. Lol! I try to clean up with our napkins & then I'm scrambling to hold my 2 year old so he doesn't play in it & find a trash can, my husband gathers our 7 year old & we delegate tasks to our other two. There is NO trash can in sight. None. I walk to the registers & say "do you have a trash can?" Two employees rush over to help me. Two. Then we are out the door. An employee rushes after us offering me a new lemonade. I decline. She offers it in a few other ways, I decline. I tell her I'm sorry but I'm flustered & we need to get back into our RV because my son desperately needs a change of scenery. She offers to deliver a lemonade to our RV waaay across the parking lot. I just wanted to hug her. She was terribly concerned with our experience & tried several times to make sure we left happy. We did. I love THIS Chik Fil a. They love people. I wasn't impressed. The cashier was alright. However, the girl who brought us our food rolled her eyes because we asked her for barbecue sauce and ranch for the nuggets. The place looks nice and new but the trash was stacked up in some of the trash cans. It also smelled weird inside. It might have been coming from all of that trash. My partner was feeling sick so we just had to get up and go home during our meal. I didn't even get to finish my food. I took it home but didn't want to eat it anymore. I sort of lost my appetite after those experiences. Would I return to this location? Probably not. I prefer the one on North Mesa by Home Depot, etc. I miss the one that was in Sunland Park Mall! They'd send me coupons for free food every once in awhile. This location is out of my way so I'll stick with the one on North Mesa. I sometimes visit the one on the eastside on Zaragoza. I'm craving their peach shake. It's a seasonal shake. I'm also a fan of their grilled nuggets and waffle cut fries. 2.5 for this location. read more

This is the best Chick-fil-A. It is always clean. There is always someone running around wiping down the tables. If it's your local Chick-fil-A and you have the app well then you know how spoiled you are with free treats almost weekly. This was such a treat when I was pregnant and postpartum. I've been here several times and they have been absolutely great! They come out to the dining area asking if anyone needs refills, asking to take away trash and offering condiments. Friendly courteous service and that will make me choose them over anyone else, good food doesn't hurt either. The only recommendation I would make is they should put out the fountain drinks so we can get our own and not have to wait until someone offers. But overall, excellent service by the excellent staff! read more
