Blake's green chile cheeseburger is prob the best fast food burger in existence. However, you usually have to than stellar service to get it. Noe here though, service was great, food came out piping hot, and it was everything I dreamed of. read more

The food at Blake's Lotta Burger is out of this world! The hamburgers are perfectly cooked and delicious, as are their seasoned fries. The restaurant is clean, well-lit, and inviting. The staff is very friendly and very inviting while also following safety protocols. There is outdoor seating for when the weather permits. We most definitely will be returning! Bon Appetit! read more

Good experience I've seen in a while, workers are absolutely amazing and their customer service is immaculate, food is amazing I ended up getting a burger and tomorrow I'll come for more, the interior itself is good I'd recommend a group of 3-4 if not bring more and it's perfect in total read more

My usual spot for breakfast. Love the service and food. Rick is awesome. Service with a smile.

Drive through service needs improvement. . Ordered 4 meals but when I got home there were only 3 meals in the bag. This isn't the first time this has happened. Wanted to give this location a second chance but the same thing keeps happening. read more

Great food esp bacon breakfast burrito. rest is usually dead, which doesn't explain why the dinning area is messy with tables and chairs all over the place. food on the floor napkins also on the floor on seats with crumbs all over tables chairs and floor. BUT my biggest gripe is Melody the person up front helping people. horrible service. no smile. seems she hates her job. been here other times and she al has that bad service attitude. meeds to at least to the back of restaurant. no business serving people the twins are excellent and cute. manager is awesome. read more

When I pulled up to the drive thru window, I was met with a casual drive thru discussion until the employee began to speak erratically to me because he misunderstood that I wanted to place an extra order. As he spoke to me in a completely unacceptable way especially as an employee I told him to not get an attitude with me as I had done nothing wrong to him and I was literally the only person in the drive thru and he began to talk back as if he was in public. I then told him he was a ugly a** dude and he started arguing like he knew me so I proceeded to tell him to fight or shutup and when he realized I wasn't kidding he took out his phone and proceeded to call the police. Completely unacceptable !! P.s he was a tall Mexican guy with weird teeth and black hair. Please get this man fired. read more

Was charged extra for an item that's already in their burrito (eggs), was told it's because they're limited stock so we have to be charged for just ordering the burrito (no extra anything). Very disappointed with the quality also, tasted like it was yesterday's leftovers unfortunately read more

Ordered 2sausage burritos with jalapeños and didn't get the jalapeños. Even tho I was right there in person an only had one person in drive thru. Overall the food was pretty good. And cheaper then ordering by this app an $2 dollars cheaper per item, if you order by DoorDash. So it's better to go in person. read more

Went to order my burritos this morning on the phone order. The location is closed. It's a good thing that I didn't complete my order online because then I would have lost almost 20 bucks Now they have 4 breakfast burritos and no one there to pick them up. Sign on door said open at 6am. read more

Horrible fucking attitude. Pulled up 40 minutes before closing, employee tried to get us to leave by saying they were only taking cash at the moment. I had cash. I proceeded to order and got nothing but a shit attitude. 4/14 @ 9:24 PM read more

I had tried Blakes years ago (different location) and I wasn't wowed. We recently decided to have it for lunch and I'm kinda mad at myself for waiting so long to try it again. This particular location makes the prettiest burgers, they're not messy or rushed and never have they gotten my order wrong! I usually order an Itsa burger which is the perfect portion for me. I tried it with mayo vs mustard today and I think I'll stick to mustard. I think my favorite part is that their bread is toasted and you usually wait a bit which only means they're cooking it fresh. So overall, I think Blake's deserves more hype because every time I go there's never a line and honestly In think it should have one. read more

As great as the food is, they consistently screw up the order. I don't know if it's their app being poorly integrated with their order tracking system, or staff not paying attention, but pretty much every time we've gone they leave off one or more drinks in the order. Sometimes they leave the fries out too. It's a bummer, because as much as I like their food, this poor quality control on orders going out the door is making it harder for us to continue to patronize this establishment read more

I'm writing on behalf of my in-laws who went tonight with our children while my husband and I had a date night at Union Draft House. They said the dining was closed, no big deal so they ordered from the drive thru. What was ordered: 3 Junior burgers and one of them they requested PLAIN(meat, cheese and bread) which wasn't plain once they brought it home. All three burgers were all made the same so my son wasn't able to eat his. The fries were subpar and the food was a bit cold as well. Overall- it doesn't seem like we will be back, not worth the visit. read more

Ordered the LOT A Burger with green Chile, Cheese and Bacon with a side of Onion Rings, large drink... just over $8.. Not a bad price at all. This location is close to a High School but I'm still curious why so many teens are here at 1315... hmm who knows. As for the chow... Burger... excellent flavor... good crust from flat top, right balance of toppings and bun to burger... Rings... damn tasty. I'd certainly eat here again! read more

We went through the drive thru on a Thursday night and got burgers to take home. The green chile burger was good as usual. Blake's Lotaburger - Shout out Isaac and his crew for taking care of us! - Burgers Near Me - El Paso, Texas

Lotaburger, why you gotaburger keep making Lotaburgers a lotasmallerburger? That's the language of Lotaburger in case you didn't know and it roughly translates to: The first El Paso Lotaburger is rather small, why in the world would they make the second just as small? But the design is very fast-food modern and is spacious enough for the long lines this business attracts. Anywho, on to the review. Oh, but before I start...I just want to take the time to say that it did not take me five minutes to get to Blake's from across the street...it was maybe two and I didn't frantically try to cross...it was more casual and then eventually I just got tired of being a polite driver and even though I just wanted to go straight across (yes, sometimes laziness extends to my driving) I hauled ass to the light and made a U-turn in my boat. To the review! Still in it's first month open and you know what they say about us El Pasoans and shiny, new things. The line wasn't too terribly long, but then again it wasn't really lunch-time per se so taking that into account it was pretty long for the hour. I'll put it this way, Adam G. could've ordered in the "five minutes" it took for me to get across Edgemere. And that statement/observation is a mixture of the validity to my previous driving statement and how truly fast these employees work. Well that and the fact that they have a ridiculous amount of people working. The #1. It's what you do. And I didn't really listen to what the cashier was saying when she rattled off all the options so I just said, "All of the above." She didn't really understand what that meant so I said it again as though it would make things clearer...I assume I got all of the above. You always do seasoned fries. Always! I never noticed the whole ice setup at the other one (and I haven't confirmed that it's actually done that way at the other one), but I don't like it. I don't like it at all. What if I didn't want ice? What if I wanted to know exactly how many cubes were being put in my cup? What if I wanted easy ice? What if I wanted ice to the brim? What if I'm getting a refill and I need more ice? Can I have more ice or do I have to pay for a new cup? All of this is so confusing...I kid, I kid. I didn't get a refill on ice, but I assume I could just ask them for it and they would oblige. But people were dropping those cups left and right. My booted foot may have even been hit with a mop while I was ordering because of all the ice on the floor. Of course all of the seats were taken and since it had been raining on and off for about a week I wasn't about to risk sitting outside and becoming drenched in the matter of seconds, but we were lucky enough to be able to snag two bar stools adjacent to the kitchen, behind the soda machine. Even though this is a small building, I didn't feel overwhelmed by the crowd...although I was tempted to redirect a small wandering child that was hoovering around me. After our food arrived I bit into a spicy, cheesy, bacon-y burger and I enjoyed it for the most part. I love a juicy, greasy burger, but these were a little heavy on the grease...like to the point where it was all a genuine hot mess and made it impossible to stay clean while eating. This would be perfect after a night out! The seasoned fries are really all I need in life though and even though I had literally just ate a butt load of fries before getting here, I had to finish these fries! They're just that damn good! If you haven't read my review for the other EP Blake's just know I'm in love with the staff there so hard (and no, I don't know any of them personally)...specifically Jose who was the most charming and friendly staff member I've ever seen in a chain. They need Jose at this one. Don't get me wrong, everyone was nice, but no one was really standout, spectacular. There was one guy (I'm pretty sure this is his very first job) that was supposed to be taking tables their food, but was calling numbers out a little above a whisper and kind of blamed us for the fact that we didn't get out food immediately (we never even complained about a wait so that was kinda out of the left field)...I just want to know, if I'm supposed to be listening for a whispering kid softly speaking numbers, why the hell do they give us those stands with numbers? Another employee came by to make sure everything was right and let me know about a weekly giveaway Blake's does on Facebook (basically just post a picture of a Blake's burger and cross your fingers). And we Texans are going to continue to compare Blake's to Whataburger and really I'm gonna put them on the same level, but Blake's still doesn't do one thing I love that Whataburger does. No not Spicy Ketchup, but I suppose Blake's doesn't do that either. 24 hours! Can we get a 24 hour Blake's? You know we're good for it. We promise to come by at 3 am to order a #1 all the time! read more

Blake's Lotaburger - #1 with chile, cheese, and bacon - Burgers Near Me - El Paso, Texas

Great food. Chile cheese fries are bomb! New Mexico Style lato burger has so much flavor. Fair price for the amount of food you get. Very clean. Very friendly staff. Definitely going to be our go to spot for the family when we want some good burgers read more

Blake's Lotaburger makes a fantastic Green Chile Burger, it is without a doubt the star of their menu, just don't expect the Chile to be bland because it is muy caliente, so be advised if you or someone in your party are weak sauce consumers. I also recommend getting the seasoned fries, they're quite good. One thing I don't recommend is dining in during lunch hours, there aren't many tables to begin with, most of them are for 4 or more people, there's very few single seats available, the outside benches aren't really an option during the day since they lack any shade, plus keep in mind that there's a high school right down the street. Fortunately they have a 2 lane drive-thru if you are a fellow not lover of crowds. If you are looking for something a little bit different from your routine fast food burgers, Blake's Green Chile Burger is a nice change of pace. read more

I dont even know why I keep trying ...... I lived in New Mexico for 20 yrs and Blake's was our weekend breakfast place since it was around the corner from our home so YES I know what Blake's is suppose to look n taste like. With that being said .... I've tried this location more than once this is about my 3rd or 4th time since they opened. And I am disappointed every time. I miss home and I go for my fix... not. El Paso food is very different from NM food. El paso hand holds their burritos and NM eats them off a plate because of the chile. Everything is SMOOTHERED which means ur food is soggy in red or green Chile. YUMMO El paso adds chile as a compliment to food. NM. Chile is the food I love love love the carne adovada breakfast burrito smoothered in green Chile. Yes hot on hot. And green on red. It's the bomb Disappointed why........ dry dry dry burrito. I can pick it up and eat it with my hand a...hand held No.... smoothered Yes. I guess u have to tell Blakes to extra smoother in el Paso..... I dunno. 2 star cause carne adovada is still bomb. But 2 cause it wasnt floating like it should b read more

A good, perfectly serviceable burger. I like mine NM style. Drive through is quick and accurate. Keep it up.

I'm from ABQ and just found out Blake's is in El Paso. I ordered a Lotaburger with green chili. The burger was cold and the the fries were just ok. I plan on giving it another try tomorrow and I'll trying the breakfast burrito because they are the closest thing to Golden Pride I can think of while in El Paso. More to follow. read more

Honestly, I'm not a fan of fast food burgers, and avoid even Whataburger. The burger was fine. Not spectacular, but decent. I'd caution you before adding the green chile; it's actually got a spicy kick to it. I know the restaurant can't control it, and while I enjoy spicy, it was slightly too spicy to enjoy. One observation and tip: the soda fountain area has no ice machine. Ask one of the very friendly workers for more ice if you need some. Stop by if you like burgers. If you're like me, and figure you'll pass, is say you give it at least a shot. read more

El Paso's newest honeymoon just opened! And well, it seemed like all of El Paso decided to come check it out at the same time. Okay I'm just as guilty as the next person, I had to go and check it out. For starters Blake's is located in probably the poorest designed neighborhood in EP's booming east side. Anyone who has to put up with that traffic on Edgemere deserves an award. I pulled in to the new shopping center and waited for my lovely friend Freckles to join me. I got a good laugh as she frantically tried to cross Edgemere in her car. It only took five minutes to do so. We got in and the line was long, but that was to be expected. It wasn't long before we were next in line, service was moving rather smoothly. The customer in front of us spilled the ice out of her cup, I would normally put the blame on her but, without her knowledge the server had already put ice in her cup. This has had to be the biggest head scratcher for anyone going into Blake's. Is there an Ice Shortage? If you are going to serve me my ice, why not my drink too? The Ice and the soda fountains are not even located in the same place. Why do I have to go to two different places if I want a refill for my drink? Poor design, or Ice Socialism, you decide. By the end of our visit we had noticed more than three customers had dropped their cups because they had no idea they had already received their ice. We sat down and didn't wait long before our food had been brought over to us. I had a single Blake's burger with green chile, and seasoned fries. (Why would anyone get regular fries when you have the option of seasoned?) I think Freckles had a quadruple burger because hers looked big. Or maybe it was just loaded with bacon. Either way the burgers were okay. Not the best or worst burger I have ever had, just Okay. Will I go out of my way to eat at Blake's again? I'm not sure I would. But that's just me. I think this Blake's honeymoon is over. read more

As a long time El Pasoan I would always here about Blake's. Even after living in Albuquerque in the late 90s I never attempted to eat one. Finally this location opens about 5 mins away from home. I ordered the 1 combo...cheese and green chili along with chili cheese fries and a Pepsi. The green chili is a good addition however, It doesn't mask the awful tasting patties. Little to no seasoning. The usual culprit is a frozen patty. Can't say for sure if they are frozen but patty definitely didn't taste fresh. Overall really not bad but definitely could be better. Fries where OK...Chili wasn't anything to brag about. Honestly the highlight for me was the fact they use that awesome crushed iced on their drink that many places stopped using. I will definitely try again...only for it being a quick alternative ( and closer) than Whataburger... read more

This location has a weird drive thru your car almost goes vertical and it's hard to place an order but the food is consistent with what you can expect from Blake's Lotaburger it was quick I think my drive time was in and out and about 10 minutes 15 minutes it was good , shakes are great but the drive-thru and the exit from the drive-thru is a little tricky you might want to walk in and order. read more

This place gets three stars since we can not make a review a half. Yesterday my boyfriend and I decided that we would divulge in a cheese burger. As yelp elite I hate to admit that this place was chosen more so on location than facts:( my BF got the green chilli burger. I had a bite of his burger it was delish and I was pissed that I didn't get that one. My cheeses burger tasted like some school cafeteria dinning. It was gross:( I don't even finish the whole thing. The flash frozen French fries once fried and perhaps twice removed were a diss appointment as well. I fact I am only giving three start because the green chilli burger was ok. I haven't had a Blakes since I left New Mexico several years ago. I had the Lotaburger with Green Chili. It was very delicious. Onion rings are Nathan's, and are superb. Fries - mmm, well, I don't like seasoned fries so I didn't care so much for their taste. Chicken strips were great, but very expensive when compared to other fast food places. Come for the burgers! I would rate Blakes right up there with In-N-Out, 5 Guys, Steak n Shake, Culvers, or Freddies. read more
