Went to Whataburger tonight. I ordered the Cobb Salad. I didn't know the salad had bacon. When my wife inspected the salad, she saw the bacon. I told the girl at the window that we didn't know that the salad contained bacon. I asked her if she could give me another salad. Another person, the manager, I think, told us that they would make us a new salad. Her name is Catalina and she was polite and professional. Ladies and gentlemen i found my Whataburger. Sadly its one of the furthest from my house but this spot had it all. Cleanliness, great customer service, amazing soda selection (meaning they all worked) and awesome ice. (The cool pellet kind) The food as promptly taken to our table and smiles were handed out to other patrons as well. These kids worked hard and efficiently. The manager walked the tables after first bite to make sure everything was ok and their team member spotlight is one more places should do. Kudos to these hard workers and thank you for such an awesome experience even if it came from a "fast food" joint. read more

Pretty basic burger and fries. I got the avocado bacon burger which was ok. The avocado was not fresh but it had a good spicy sauce that I liked. My husband had the double whataburger which he liked. Oh What(aburger)! Here was our chance to try this Lone Star staple. I got a cheeseburger with green chilies and had to wash it down with a Root Beer shake. The burger and accompanying condiments were on par with other fast food chains, but they have something here with the green chiles. The shake really hit the sweet spot. Service was nice and fast. I dug how they bring your order to you along with a self help tray of ketchup and napkins. Wish we had more room in our bellies to try some other items. Next time! read more

I love going to this location. it's near my house. However, on several occasions they have messed up my order. I haven't called & complained, I have just dealt with it. I stopped there again this morning, I ordered two different items, I got them same thing. I didn't get the hashbrowns with either order. The FDA clearly isn't doing their job if Whataburger is allowed to serve the public. First and last time eating here. This place is the most disgusting place I have ever eaten. I'll describe this master piece of an abomination I received for 9 dollars. The bread taste like card board probably because the employees take turns sitting on the buns during their break. I got a thin cold patty that was probably warmed in the microwave in the morning and then left underneath a heat lamp until someone puts in a order, With 5 slices of tomatoes looked like a dogs chew toy, chopped lettuce and canned jalapeños. Oh and how could I forget the river of mustard that they put on it. So much mustard that when you grab the burger the insides of the burger slide out between the bun because of how much mustard they use. They should reconsider their name to mustard burger. Seriously idk how this place is in operation. The fries were cold and not good how to you fuck up fries lol. The staff was exceptional! Exceptional at being clueless and charging me for things I didn't order only to have to wait for their manager because they can't figure out on how to give me my money back. Everyone in the restaurant (I'm talking about 5 people) looked like they didn't even want to be eating there but they had to because that's what Texas is known for and that's what they were raised on. This is a really nice location very clean especially for it bring lunch rush hour. Our food came out quick just enough time to fill drinks and find a seat. Very slow drive-though service here compared to other Whataburgers. Plus, they got my order wrong. I ordered a double meat with 2 slices of cheese and no pickles. It's on the receipt. What I got was a single with no cheese plus pickles But they still charged me for a double and 55 cents for each piece of cheese that I didn't get. Never coming to this location again. When in Texas you must try Whataburger. This is my second time in Texas and the first time around I was not able to try this place. This time it was definitely on my list. I will have to say that depending on what you get the food here is great. The first time I ordered a bacon cheeseburger but the ratio of meat to bun to condiments was not good. I did not like that burger but luckily the onion rings saved the day. They are the best fast food onion rings I've ever had. The only problem is you only get five or six so you must enjoy every bite. The second item I ordered was the double chili burger. It was two patties with hatch chilies on them. I loved that burger. My wife also ordered the mushroom burger and I had a bite of that and it was excellent. My daughter loved the junior Whataburger. This location is way busy and it seemed it was backed up all the time. I skipped this location once and drove a little further to another location that was not near as busy. I love Whataburger so much! I grew up in El Paso and really miss being able to just go down the road and grab chicken and white gravy. I was out of town on business and was able to stop in. Had a great experience, the food was delicious as always, and the staff was very pleasant. This visit definitely brought me back to my childhood. First of all I like Whataburger but this one is horrible. The service is always slow compared to other locations which usually doesn't bother me if I'm not in a rush. Today the drive thru was packed so even if you got your food before the car in front of you there was no way out. The onion rings were overcooked. When I asked for sauce for my onion rings I was told by the young lady that she didn't know what that was so I explained it which she then informed me that she was new and didn't know what that was. The logical solution if you don't know something is to ask a coworker so you can help a customer and so you know in the future. I gave 2 stars because my burger was good. read more

Brand new Whataburger on the far east side of EP. It was packed, but that comes with the territory for newly opened businesses. For the amount of patrons inside and the amount of cars waiting in the drive-thru, I expected my food to take much longer. I appreciated that the employees were eager to please. Something that usually wears off as the business grows older, so hopefully that doesn't fade --well maybe just a little bit. I think during the time I was eating, I was asked about six or seven times if everything was okay (most of them as I was chewing my food). Usually through drive-thru, the second window where they hand you the meal, they're supposed to request if you would like ketchup, spicy ketchup, picante, etc. Unfortunately, the team members who are supposed to ask, don't. Whenever I ask for ketchup at the window, the team member is always rude, has an attitude, and acts as if it is so much of a burden to hand me a bag of condiments. (The ketchup is located right above the monitors) I can't fathom how difficult it must be to reach over the monitor, grab ketchup, and place it in a bag for customers. Almost all the time, the person at the window tells us that "someone" will bring out the order and give us ketchup, when pulling up to wait for the order, the "runner" always hands us the meal, and almost immediately runs back inside without asking. The workers here make us feel guilty in asking for condiments and are rude every time I ask. As a former worker at this location, I am disgusted in how these team members have been managing this location when management supervision isn't there. If you're looking for a place with workers who don't lack customer service skills, go elsewhere. This place is not worth your time and frustration. read more

I know they are trying to speed things up with having two lanes open but they need a better system. 1st time I went to this Whataburger they took about 4 debt cards inside and charged us inside the fast food place while we all were waiting out side.
