This past weekend my husband & I decided to try a new place. We wanted to give Panda Burgers a shot & let me just say I was so impressed. When we went it, the atmosphere caught my attention. The walls are filled with amazing art. The ceiling has Mexican colorful banners. They had live music, which set the atmosphere to a perfect date night. The menu consisted of many different burger options. We got the Pastora Burger, which was delicious. We also got some campechano tacos, which are shaved carne asada, carne al pastor, grilled onions, cilantro & red salsa; they were my favorite. Lastly, we tried the rajas fries. Everything was so delicious. Our server was very attentive nice. He made sure to give us recommendations and we actually got served very fast. Huge homemade burgers. Actually probably the most homemade style I've had maybe ever.

I wish I could give it more stars this was the best burger I've had in a long time and by far the best in wast texas. The service was amazing extremely friendly and knowledgeable of the menu and pleasant to interact with and the beer selection was awesome and pares great with the burgers!!! Food is great but service is lacking. Ordered a micheloca but they forgot the peanuts and frituras. They also gave me a straw that was too short for the tall trumpet glass so I only was able to drink like 3/4 of the way. They also put too much ice into the beer. Minus one star. The super panda burger lives up to its name. Very filling and the chorizo goes very well with the quesadilla, 2 seasoned burger patties. Tastes almost like a chili cheeseburger. The avocado wasn't necessary since the burger was already rich. Be warned those they add a 3-6% tax to every item if you use credit card, then charge you sales tax again. I thought it was highly sketch for them to do. So minus another star for tryna cheat their customers. I don't like being cheated especially for something I'm paying for so I'd stay away from here. Fantastic burgers and fries for indulging your inner fat kid. Unusual selections; we've liked all the burgers we've had. The meat is great quality and the food is spiritually not greasy. The fries are wedges but crispy and flavorful; they surprisingly appealed to a firmly-fan-of-skinny-fries-only me. Go with your gut on what to order...I've had a half-dozen different burgers at this point and they were all great. Unexpectedly cool ambiance, solid service and great playlist for what is an unassuming strip mall-esque looking spot. Highly recommended! read more

Just drove 30 mins to eat at this location keeping in mind they close at 12:00 a.m. two hours before they close. As we are trying to open the door to enjoy some food both doors are locked while people are still eating inside. No one came to tell us they were closed as we are trying to open both doors. Keep in mind their open light was turned on. Please do better and have the courtesy of telling your customers you are closed. read more

We came for their Wednesday night special- burgers only $6.50 each- can't beat that price! But I was really wowed by the quality of the food itself. They are really worth their full price. Burgers are definitely made fresh, and the amount of delicious toppings that they pile on is extraordinary!! I tried the Kuwaii Burger - my first time ever having a burger with a hot dog on top! It was fun and the flavors were great! My husband got the Gzuss burger- so different from mine, and packed with great flavor. We really enjoyed both of them. We also got the al pastor fries - the "special sauce" they serve it with is amazing, spicy and delicious We were totally gluttonous and finished with the Churros. Yum!!! Holy pandas batman!!! Ok so pandas are one of the most highly considered endangered species, so naturally i would be more than happy to support any cause to help out WWF. Great customer service! I dropped in on a Wednesday about 515pm to find the entire front of the restaurant packed!! I'd recommend asking for one of the tables in the "back" to get a more private dining experience at this restaurant. I tried the famous "Super Panda" which has been highlighted on the Texas Bucket List show. My thoughts on it were that the chorizo was overcooked and dry. The beef patties were just the right thickness and size. The Super Panda is so big, you might as well ask for a knife to go with it so you will be able to eat it in sections. The Super Panda with a glass of water will run you $16.82 and it does not come with sides, but heck... It's so big you won't need sides! I'm interested in coming back here and trying more of the options on their menu. I would pass on the Super Panda, it was good for TV, but that's about all. read more

They used to have a deal on Wednesdays where they served $5 burgers. Not 100% sure they are still doing that, but with that said know that this placed used to get PACKED on Wednesdays. Came here with a friend because it was one of her favorite burger places in El Paso. First thought was that the burgers are HUGE. Ambiance - Dimly lit and very dark. I wish they had more natural sunlight. Food - I can't remember which burger I got but it was HUGE. The burger was decent though, with nothing special but I was able to take half of it home due to the sheer portion size. I found it a bit expensive considering that the price of the burger only included the burger, no drinks or fries were included. Our waitress Jakie was rude, not friendly, didn't smile or check up on us, didn't come to refill waters, we ordered a Clamato with jerky and jakie took 20 minutes to let us know that "there's no beef jerky" the food itself was MEDIOCRE, El Paso fries taste like a 5 year old made it. The Panda Melt was delicious the grilled onions were on point , also got the Kuwaii cheese burger also delicious and they had jalapeños toreados. Oh Panda Burger, you never disappoint. I ordered the kuwaii burger that has cheese, grilled ham, avocado and pineapple. Also includes grilled onions but I'm not a fan so I skipped on those. I love that they are never stingy with the avocado, because if you know me, you know I love avocado . The whole burger had so much flavor, even the bread was buttery...so good! We also ordered some raja fries. Deeeelish! My husband got the Hawaii burger and initially said it wasn't juicy but as he kept eating he said "whoa that hit the spot". I have had several burgers from places in EP so I can say with confidence this was the best burger I have have had in EP hands down. 1. Be warned you're likely to wait (we got there at 6:30ish) waited about 20 minutes. My bf told me the story of how they started as a food truck outside of a popular night club, hence their Romeo burger (cheeseburger with tripitas). I had Mar y Tierra (surf and turf; cheeseburger with grilled shrimp). Their agua fresca de mango is by far the best agua I've had. We also ordered their fries with Rajas and Cheese and WOW! I'd love to come back and try more menu items. They also serve beers and micheladas and they have dessert but idk how you can fit it after all their huge servings.
