I just wanted to take a moment to show appreciation for the extra steps Chick-fil-A has taken to keep themselves and their customers safe from catchin' the 'Rona. For starters, we have extra curbside parking spaces. I think they have like 12 or something. The thing that baffles me is so many customers continue to sit in the drive thru line for an inordinate amount of time, totally ignoring the curbside service. Oh well. More slots for me, I guess. Next, you've got the Chick-fil-A services delivering your food in what I can only describe as make-shift hazmat suits. I kid you not, these folks come out with full-on plastic face shields. They could join the SWAT team. I don't even need to talk about the food because you guys already know the deal. If not, you better recognize! Their chicken fingers alone easily dwarf that of Raising Cane's. No sauce required. But if you fancy that, to each their own. Probably my favorite item on the entire menu though...is their chicken noodle soup. Oh....em.....geee! This soup is fantastic! The broth is slightly thicker than your standard store bought chicken noodle. And the flavors are almost good enough to cure cancer. Seriously. Just check it out. It will change your life. It's a chain, yes. But it's easy to see why this chain is so damn popular that the car line wraps around the building like an anaconda on its prey. My husband and I have been to this Chick-fil-A a number of times and every single time they have gotten our order wrong. They either forget something or give us a completely different menu item. We will not be returning to this Chick-fil-A because at this point I would rather take the longer drive than not get what I ordered and payed for. read more

Chick-fil-a has a dedicated deep fryer for the French fries making this great for folks with celiac disease. When folks have a gluten allergy to the extent they are diagnosed with celiac disease, life changes a bit for these folks. They have to be strictly aware of cross contamination with wheat, soy and other products, so a deep drier that fries breaded chicken nuggets is a no go. They also have grilled chicken "nuggets" which are great for folks following all types of diets- little tasty bites of chicken without breading! Carin first lane goes , second car pulls in, their order gets taken and pull through and still nothing from second lane. This is my local chick-fil-a and they are awesome! Of course there are peak hours, but they try their best and usually the line goes by fast. Also using the mobile app and placing a curbside order definitely helps! My only issue is I wish they were open Sundays! read more

Chick-fil-A is probably the most consistent good fast food restaurant out there, I honestly cannot think I've ever had bad Chick-fil-A, and this location more than lives up to that high standard. El Paso DESPERATELY needs more Chick-fil-As, and though this one is on the fringes, it is another step in the right direction. I LOVE the Spicy Chicken Sandwich more than any other item on the menu, but lately I've been sticking to the grilled options in an effort to prolong life slightly, the Grilled Chicken Club and Grilled nuggets are my favorite. Additionally, Chick-fil-A's lemonade is always on point, especially on hot days, and I'm lucky they make a diet version of it. This location is the biggest one yet, which means a lot since the worst thing about CfA has always been overcrowding, to that extent the 2 lane drive-thru is intelligently designed to minimize getting in the way of those of us trying to park. There's plenty of tables and even free WiFi. Perhaps this location's best feature is that it isn't within walking distance of any High Schools, though I don't doubt nearby El Dorado students won't drive and pack this place at lunch. read more

First time coming to this location and will be coming back again . I came around the dinner rush (6:15) the lines for drive through looked extremely long but they had multiple staff outside taking orders inside it was nice , clean and the person who took my order was also very nice and respectful. When sitting down we had staff come up to our tables and ask if we needed anything more napkins ketchup even refilling our drinks and taking our trash . Chick-fil-A is an amazing chain, very polite, and professional in California -- and during my vacation, I decided to stop by the on in El Paso, and service is exactly the same, on point! Very consistent customer service, and consist quality with their food. The bonus to Chick-fil-A is that there is dual drive-thru lanes and they're very long in length so the shopping center doesn't witness much congestion. I hate to write poor reviews but we have given CFA many chances only to be disappointed again and again. The taste of the food is always good, but nearly every time they get my sons order wrong. I always express my sons gluten allergy when ordering the kids chicken nuggets and make sure multiple times that I ordered grilled. However nearly half of the time they still give my son breaded. I am not always the one picking up so sometimes whoever picks up will not always check the food to make sure it's correct, which is not their fault because CFA should get it right the first time. Customer service is usually always nice and lets us come to pick up a replacement order, which is nice but inconvenient and quite annoying time after time. But this last time they messed up my sons order again with the nuggets, and to add insult to injury no toy in his bag either and the wrong drink (regular lemonade instead of sugar free) read more

I absolutely love chik-fil-a so this review probably hurts me more than them. I have gone to the Montana location probably about 10 times and about four of those times I have seen items fall to the floor around the registers/food area where the employees are getting the food ready to give to the customers either at the window/pickup or dine in. Each time this has happened the employee (a manager twice) picked up the item from the floor and placed it back into the holder/container or onto the counter. One time the items were small drink cups that started coming out of the holder like if the stopper gave out and they started falling out to the floor. The worker placed them on the counter and left them there then another walked by and stuck them back into the holder. I have worked fast food and distinctly remember that in the food handlers class they teach you once something has hit the floor, it hits the trash can. I am so disappointed that I see this happen over and over again. I keep giving them the benefit of the doubt and return especially because it's on the way home but if this is happening in front of customers I can only imagine what's happening in the actual food prep area where they are handling the food. My last straw was yesterday when a sauce fell to the floor and a manager picked it up and threw it back with the rest. I mean come on these sauces are thrown into the bags on top of our food such as the fries that have no top! I'm surprised no one has gotten sick here or maybe someone has and I haven't heard about it. *** Very disappointed. I will go to the one on Montwood from now on. read more
