This place is a jewel! I always get the Tanaka with double meat and extra hot sauce!! It's the only place I eat buffalo chicken from! My goal is to honest. I've only ate the buffalo chicken sandwich and the Philly cheese steak. Both are awesome, but I prefer the tatanka. The fries are nothing special but they are good. The sandwiches outshine everything! Bacon and cheese is the way to go. Service is good, nothing special, but good. It's nice to find a find a place that the treats everyone good. It's a chicken sandwich with hot sauce, but it's not your regular Buffalo sauce. I always ask for extra sauce and ranch to make it the perfect killer combo. I'll keep this fairly short . Steakpedos is a El Paso hidden treasure . It's been around for a while and it hasn't changed one bit , which is for the better . This place has the best torpedo sandwiches around and I can't find anything close even in Austin where i live now . Yes there's a place very similar in the mall but it cannot compare and is pretty bland . Steakpedos has a huge variety as well but my most favorite is the Tatanka which is a thin sliced Buffalo chicken torpedo style sandwich topped with provolone ranch lettuce and tomatoes. I personally get double chicken and extra ranch because why not . I'd recommend the Philly cheese steak sandwich if you not a fan of Buffalo chicken but always double up on your meats no matter what you get, you'll thank me later. I love Mexican food don't get me wrong but in a city where it's on every block and sometimes for breakfast lunch and dinner in some house holds it's nice to have a change of pace and steakpedos always hits the spot when you don't know where else to go but want something delicious and that will fill you up . read more

Today was one of those days where I felt like trying something new, takeout style. So, off into the Batmobile I went and headed down the street to Steakpedos to satisfy my hampering for a Philly cheesesteak. As you can tell from the picture, this is not your typical Philly cheesesteak. They should just call it a cheesesteak, because last I checked, you don't usually put lettuce and tomato on a Philly. But whatever. It wasn't terrible. Actually, it was pretty okay. Reminded me a little of the cheesesteak over at Firehouse subs, so it works. I'd give this one a 7 out of 10. Oh, they also give you about a pound of fries so...if you ever need to gain 5 pounds in one sitting, this is the place to go. Also sampled some of the lemon pepper wings. My Gawd! These things are huge! Looks like they were doused in the mutagen from TMNT. But they taste hella good! Such a delectation makes me wanna try their hot wings next visit. Though this was a takeout order, I did get a chance to scope out the inside of the place and it looked clean and cozy. I will definitely return for those hot wings. You always have a good seat here. they now have wings! with tantanka sauce!
