There is no front counter. Only able to order on the kiosks. NO HAND SANITIZER!!!! All 4 were out. If you're gonna be digital only, the bare minimum is make sure that is filled. The only reason to go in is the Play Place. I was going to eat inside, but the whole McDonald's is focused on the play area. That's fine for some people, but definitely not a childless late 20's. Food was McDonald's, no better or worse than any other McDonald's read more

Ooof, this is hard to write...but dang. Noah and I have been here before without issue, but on the night of 13 August, they must've had only 3 dudes on the cook side...all we ordered were some nuggets. I think maybe 20min into the wait, Noah surmised it was because nuggets were super popular that night. The staff came out to ask if anybody was in a hurry. That was nice of them, but really? Another indicator that it was a busy was nobody came to bus the tables or empty out the trash. Also, the dining area kept filling with people, but no food came out. It was as if they were only focused on the drive thru. It was 8:15 pm, maybe they were changing shifts? We finally got our food and the server was kind. The interaction was simple, she brought our food, check to see if it was correct and then exit stage left. Not long after there was a group of guys that came in, and a team member familiar to them came out and tried to shoo them away. It was all in good fun until the McD team member said get the eff out of here and eff this...she was just having fun, but at the expense of my 12yo son's virgin ears (lol)...but less than professional. These guys can do better, but they own a great location and the service at 8pm prob won't change. Unfortunate. read more

Would be a negative 5 star if available but have to settle with a 1 star because that's the lowest I can go. Waited about an hour for our lobby order. Staff was no help. Only 2 other guests waiting in the lobby for food. 3 door dash runners waiting for food. Same scenario for all of us. One lady waited more than 30 minutes for 2 ice cream cones. JUST ICE CREAM! Drive thru orders kept coming and no slowdown there. I would not recommend coming to this location or any other. McDonald's prioritizes the drive thru and you can even see the timer they have on the orders at the drive thru at some locations. They use this data to say they serve their customers in a short amount of time. That's also why they have you pull to the side to serve others customers quickly. I would not recommend. Oh and yes we all know, the food sucks here. It was cold and they got most of it wrong. 2 happy meals and 4 adult meals. One of our 4 piece McNugget kids meals only had 2 nuggets and no other sides (fries, apple slices, etc ) every other meal was messed up too. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. read more

Alex and Josie were super friendly and helpful. My son got his Caramel Frappe way too much sugar for sure. My son loves their Big Mac and fries for sure. I always use the app as you can gain points and get some great benefits. I have not been inside as I typically use the window's ordering process. read more

This is a 0 not a 1! I'm genuinely appalled at how incredibly irresponsible and unprofessional this location is. My mother, a senior citizen, stopped by to grab something to eat after spending the night with my father at the hospital next door. She waited at the drive-thru for 15 minutes -- with no cars ahead of her -- and received no response. When no one acknowledged her, she parked and went inside, only to wait another 15 minutes before anyone addressed her. That's 30 minutes of waiting just to place an order. She finally ordered a hot coffee and breakfast, but due to time constraints and needing to get back to the hospital, she didn't check her items. When she arrived -- just a minute away -- she discovered that the coffee was cold. This is completely unacceptable. What is going on at this location, and why is basic customer service being neglected so badly? read more

If I can add 0 stars i would. The McDonald's on zaragoza by the Walmart is so much better than this one. The only reason I use this one is because its much closer to me and where I work. I come there for lunch and I waste my whole lunch just waiting in line. Please please please either fix the issue McDonald's or train your team better because this happens all the time I want to have McDonald's! read more

Placed an online order at 8:42 expected it at 9:00 but the manager for some reason started canceling orders at 9:10???? (The order had been "in progress" the whole time the order had went into "now serving" but then got canceled very frustrating) Very confused on to why this lady did this, the drive through was very packed so I waited inside the whole time this was happening A employee walked in who wasn't supposed to be working that day but had to clock in because the staff was messing up so badly. Worse customer service ever... RUDE!!! Supposedly, they're open 24 hours, yeah right. I ordered coffee, pay, and as I drive up to pick up window they say, sorry but machines are getting washed. Do you want a Coke? I say NO, just refund my payment back. And quickly their attitude and tone, turns on. My advice, ask if they have ____ before you pay because these kids nowadays, they don't give a xxxx. read more

Waited over an hour for only two sandwiches and manager claimed it's because the person making the food is falling apart and he just watched. While the lobby is full of people waiting he just gave refunds and free food out. Employee just told everyone waiting that they are understaffed and it's going to be awhile in a rude way. For a graveyard shift 3 people is enough speaking from experience. Manager saw everyone waiting in the lobby and chose not to say anything and ignored everyone by not making any eye contact. read more

I ordered from here using their app, and yes although it's pretty cool to be able to do that, they have forever lost points in my heart. So I ordered two happy meals one for my kid and one for my boyfriends daughter, they are both in the fearsome Five stage, you know the stage where you love then but you also don't like them cause their little s*%ts, and they fight over everything ! I legit have to get the same of every toy to try and avoid this. Anyway we get our order and the girl even repeated it back to me. I said yes thats right and set it on the side. We got home and they forgot my son's drink and toy! You know how hard it is to convince a five year old that he doesn't really want that stupid toy all while my boyfriends daughter is playing with her toy that she got in her complete happy meal. (Someone save me!!!) I really don't expect much from a fast food place, but somehow this really chapped my hide. Yes I should've checked the bag before I drove off and yes I probably should've gone back, but ain't nobody got time for that Lol. I'll still go back again though, cause there can never be a shortage of happy meals in this house... read more

So, I'm here not to talk about the food or McD's itself so much (I mean, any fast food joint you go to is literally the same, food wise), but to instead discuss the newest feature this chain has introduced which will revolutionize attaining obesity status in America and the world over: mobile ordering. I have to admit...the McD's app is pretty frickin' amazing. Matter of fact, my only complaint is that it unfortunately means making the battle against teen obesity an uphill one. Both ways. While walking barefoot in the snow. Actually, this app is kind of a terrible idea, now that I think about it. Are we sure we wanna release this thing to the public, America?? But seriously, folks...if you absolutely HAVE to have fast food in your life, then please...for the love of Gawd and all that is holy...use this app instead of the anemically slow drive thru. Honestly, I feel with mobile ordering in general, this concept will soon replace the archaic ritual that is known as drive thru service. Because let's be honest here: drive thru service is absolutely abysmal as of late. Starbucks can't get it right. Whataburger sure as hell can't get it right (they currently have the slowest drive thru service in all of El Paso and STILL don't have mobile ordering via their app). And McD's doesn't fair much better in that regard. Since the introduction of this app, I have never (and will never) set wheel into their drive thru service. Sooo, yeah...I'm pushing the idea of taking advantage of this technology because...well...because it's 20 frickin 18, people! If you're still using the old school services of drive thru which now seem to operate at a snail's pace, when much faster and more accurate ordering services exist, then you are absolutely insane! Trust me when I say...it's super convenient and easy to use. I only hope this doesn't mean we're doomed to become even fatter as a nation. I mean...McD's delivers now, too (albeit via UberEats). Seriously, what the eff is going on?! I am (very dubiously) gonna give McDonald's 3 mobile ordering apps advocating imminent cardiac arrest out of 5. read more

Very disappointed that I ordered an unsweet tea and it was a sweet tea. My receipt had it correct so the order was not entered wrong. Unfortunately I did not take a drink until I was back on the freeway and about 11 miles away. Could not drink a sweet tea- wast of money and left me with nothing to drink. When I arrived at my location, I had to ask the people I was meeting if they could wait so I could get some water, doesn't sound like a big deal but considering the company I was meeting- it was awkward. read more

Extremely slow for a fast food restaurant. Isnt that why they have numbered spots so they can park you? Seems like they don't want to send anyone outside and the line is taking forever. If you need fast food, don't come here unless you want to wait more than 20 mins. read more

McDonald's - Lobby - Fast Food Near Me - El Paso, Texas

On the last three occasions of me going to this establishment, it seems to me that I have been waiting exponentially longer. You have the problem of the self-serve kiosks that have been installed. Nobody uses them, occasionally there is the one person that does and that is it. You have employees that go and help customers that don't want to use them. This is fine however, they leave and go back to their original post in the kitchen. Another problem is the cashier, they serve one or two people, then leave their post to go to meal prep. This is one I do not understand, especially when there is two or three people already handling this task. The third time going to this location, I arrived at around 11:50am-12pm or so and did not receive my order until around 12:30pm. Fast food should never take this long, especially since I order small things on the "dollar menu." They really need to fix these specific problems that way food can move quicker. read more

The employees should be paying me for every minute I have to stand there and watch them bumble around not getting anything done. After 30 minutes, you'll get your food and it will taste awful. Besides the fact we had a medical emergency going on and needed ANY DRINK AS FAST AS POSSIBLE, the staff did not care, told me to order through a kiosk and walked off. As I tried the explaining the situation the lady just rudely walked off.. This was heartbreaking. McDonald's has lost all interest in seeing, helping, or serving any customers. Thank GOD the hospital was 1 block away. Because of one ladies heartless actions, McDonald's has now lost a lifelong customer.. And I do mean life long. I have been going there for over 40 years. Whenever I come visit El Paso for my drill weekends, this is the closest McDonalds that I frequent relative to when I stay. I have never received bad customer service here when I have used the drive thru. Maybe I've gotten lucky. I alway order the same thing. The person who gave me my food was equally kind with a smiling face. Will continue to keep coming to this McDonalds :) read more

12:47AM Saturday morning, I had to wait on line at the drive through. Waiting more than 10-15 minutes in the middle of the night when you know that there is a such thing as the weekend rush is just poor business. I understand that there is a pandemic going on but they should be grounds for improved customer service through the drive thru. Not recognizing such situations that is Common practice is a failure to prepare and understand your customer base. Waiting in line at the 35 - 40 minute mark requires explanation of failed service and optional refund and or store credit. McDonald's is a multi million dollar organization that should be running like a million dollar Rolex.. Smooth and effortless. The example displayed by this particular franchise was clearly a poor example of preparation staffing and customer consideration. There is no formidable excuse for their operation should be so incredibly poor. Change is clearly need to be made by senior staff or they need to be an audit of employee work affairs. read more

Well where do I begin I have gone to this location multiple times and I feel like it has gone the shit hole. There are some good workers there but the majority of them aren't friendly and it seems like they hate their lives. I get it it's McDonald's but still they could smile at least. The past 5 times I've been there I have waited 15 + mins for just 2 mc doubles, and while I wait the people behind me are getting there food faster than me and they have only waited for 2 mins. As usual this location is ignorant to the restaurant promotions and plain old quality policies. After having gone there a few times and never getting my order right I have to wonder who is the regional manager that makes sure franchise quality is up to par. I personally would not want people like this representing my business. The latest promotion as advertised on current Google websites states that the promotion going this week only is $.50 double cheeseburgers. Simple enough, but if you ask them they've never heard of it and if it is true according to them it would be on the app. They don't honor anything unless it's on the app and they don't have to deal with it. Sounds to me like we got some lazy people that either don't want to do their job or just don't know how. Much like the English language they just don't have time for it. My phone conversation with whoever answered was broken at best. If anyone knows of a quality Mc Donald's let me know I'd really like to get what I'm paying for. read more
