I rushed into synaxis and asked staff if they would come out with me just in case and they were incredibly kind and respected my concern. One staff member let me know the man is familiar and harmless but validated my concern anyway and offered to escort me out when it was time to leave. Despite not being an environment intended for babies they were friendly towards my 1 year old and didn't mind her eating her snacks and becoming vocal at times while we were there. When it was time to leave staff checked outside for me and noticed the man still standing near my vehicle and escorted me to my car. Along with that, my latte was INCREDIBLE.
