Wow wow wow! My brother and I stumbled on this place and literally went 6 days in a row after that. We ordered each tea iced but took hot teas home to our loved ones as well as tea in bags to make at home. The staff is so patient and helpful and will let you smell everything and make recos. Here were our faves - also - don't sleep on the breads! Teas - eternal being - sweet lemon - Hipton - strawberry moringa - cookie crumble flakes - strawberry cheesecake - kiwi king - enchanted heart Other Maca Smoothie Yogi bowl (huge!) Banana bread Pineapple orange bread

I love it here. It took me forever to make it to the East Side Tippi Teas, but I have gone twice on the past week. They obviously have tons of loose leaf tea, but they also have juices, smoothies, smoothie bowls, a few baked goods, and vegan rolled ice cream (heck yes, dairy free options!!) They also sell tea accessories, local honey, incense, and other fun things. The ladies working in the afternoon the first time I went we're charming and fun-I ordered some tea to go and have tried them all since, and they were fabulous (Skinny Tea, a Rooibos Strawberry Cream Tea I am in love with, and a Yerba Mate Chai! Of course none of these are truly "tea", but wonderful nonetheless). And I came by during the week as well-I got a large Ginger Sky juice with agave (that was really good....but, wow, way too huge) and also a black tea that was Cookie flavored. It made me a little sad it was forgotten about and oversteeped, so it was a little bitter and just short of hot, but I would get it again. I like adding almond milk to bring out the sweet flavors, and it was still very good. I stayed to get some work done and it was cool in there despite the hot day and the large windows in the front, and they had solid internet and plenty of outlets. There will be more workdays spent here.

Finally had the opportunity to drop into Tippi Teas and see what it's all about. Walking in, you know right away that this place knows their tea! A wall of several dozen tea options meets you. For a simple consumer of black tea, green tea or matcha tea , if I'm feeling adventurous, I wasn't quite sure where to start so I asked for a recommendation - "what's closest to a simple black tea"? Golden Monkey and Silver Phoenix were recommended so I asked for one of each, sweetened with guava. After individually brewing both, the teas were served cold over ice, as requested. The sitting environment seems very calm and relaxing. Obviously the COVID issue has changed their setup but still several options to sit and enjoy your tea. The teas were high quality - stronger brews than I generally drink but with a little more sweetener or maybe some milk/cream next time will fix that. There's plenty to work with for future visits!

Okay, I will just get down to it. Picture a Starbucks but with healthy smoothies, juices and teas. When it's steadily over 100 degrees in El Paso it's the perfect spot! The vibe you get is bright, airy, zenish, floral and open. Are the drinks overpriced? Sure! But so is Starbucks right? They are also healthier and more nutritious! Along with the great atmosphere and yummy drinks there is wifi without the crowds at other coffee shops. Tippee Teas is definately my summer spot. I have tried about three different drinks and all are good. My only complaint is the budgeting I am gonna have to do to be a frequent customer. Oh. And they have a rewards program. Something about getting stars to add up until you get a discount or freebie. Also, if you have the cashapp it will tally the stars for you without any signup or anything. Yeah for AI?!?

I've been wanting to try this place forever and it did not disappoint. They have an extensive amount of loose leaf tea options. I tried the coconut chai tea latte. It was very good. You able to specify how much sweetener you would like from honey to sugars. I also tried their verde bowl. It was super yummy. I thought the cucumber would be weird, but it added a nice texture to the bowl. As with most bowls, it was a little on the pricey side, but it was super filling. I'm looking forward to what I will try next time I stop by!

I love this place! This is actually my first time here and the moon bowl was so good I actually came again later the same day, it's an unhealthy addiction I also love the amount of tea they have on display I loved the jasmine tea I believe they were pearls. I also like the different assortment for spiritual items like candles and incense.

The place is beautiful and full of art. The menu options are wonderful you can get a tea, Matcha, smoothies vegan ice cream (which taste fresh and how real ice cream should taste). The staff is wonderful, the young lady had wonderful suggestions and my tea was delicious. Kindness goes a Llooooong way I would give you 10 stars if I could. They also have some nice items you can purchase to help with meditation and spirituality. namaste

First time there I got the Ninja Turtle so good! And my sister got the iced Latte Matcha with an added peppermint flavor - she said a little too much peppermint. It's a chill place I like it. This will be the first time she tries this loose tea.

I had heard about this place but never ventured to it. The kiddo and I were driving by and she right away asked if we could try it. U know me I can't say no to my kiddo lol so we stopped. Cute place with a wall teas. It's confusing for a first timer but the staff is somewhat helpful but not very explanatory. I think they should have a menu of the types of teas not just look at the teas on the wall as u get overwhelmed like that. The kiddo got a juice and fruit bowl that was packed and so so yummy! We both ate from it and still had some left. Will we be back? Probably.

It was about noon after I had finished helping a mate with his shed and was cycling Southbound on great George Dieter when this newly-opened eatery (Tippi Teas) at the junction with OK-in-places/pitifully-poor-in-others Pellicano made my stomach growl louder. There is a bike rack, but it was in full Sun, so I parked close by in the shade. This was my first time ever here, and it was absolutely delightful; great waitstaff, healthy food, and its first Eastside location, though owner/operator Jose told me the Westside site had been there for seven years. Regardless, I was ecstatic about this wonderful restaurant, and certainly give it my enthusiastic "Wheel of Approval!"

Highly recommend an iced matcha tea latte for my matcha fans. My order sounded complicated but they nailed it! Super nice customer service and if they didn't have the answer to my question instead of assuming they'd confirm to ensure I got what I was asking for. Oh, and their immunity shot was just what I needed while having just traveled as I'm visiting from La!

This magical concoction called Tropical detox, required 30 minutes of creation time. Unfortunately, I do not have 30 mins to wait for a smoothie. It tasted ok, very earthy. While waiting, the employee continued to take multiple tea orders and fulfill those orders prior to mine. I wasn't given a reason for the wait time or an apology. The place is super cute, maybe I'll go again in a couple of months.

The beach bowl hear is AMAZING!!! My husband and I love a good açaí bowl and this place has it!!! We also had slices of lemon poppy bread, pineapple orange and zucchini bread!!! I can't wait to come back and visit. The vibe is relaxing and they have the place decorated in cool and inviting colors and decor!!

We weren't sure what to expect driving up to it for the first time given that it is located in a shopping center. Inside isn't super big so if you're coming and it's busy be aware that there are 5-6 2-seaters (can probably be pushed together) and a couple 4 to 6-seaters. We came in at about 7:45 in the morning on a Thursday and were the only ones inside at the time. As time went on more people ended up showing up and taking tables. I ordered an "Iced Pistachio Latte"--not a big fan of the metallic straws, but thankfully they had regular straws available. The latte was good, but not great in my personal opinion. It was creamy and sweet but something was lacking. Loved the cup it came in, going with the Halloween vibe. I will definitely be coming back next time I'm in EP, and I definitely recommend this spot!!

They said, we can't do 12 (I figured as much) and our new hires generally start "low". During the hiring process, I was NOT told the actual starting pay was $8/hour during a probation period. (I assumed "low" meant the $10 on the 10 to 14 range I saw on the posted job listing. Shame on me for not realizing the use of logic was optional ). That only came up after I had already accepted the job and started onboarding. It was actually my coworkers that said the new hires started $8 an hour. That's when I asked about pay clarification. "$8" never came up during the interview. When I brought it up, it was THEN confirmed that all new hires start at $8/hour for a few weeks and can get a raise after that. I was also told tips factor into "effective hourly pay," but tips aren't guaranteed and fluctuate too much to realistically count on when you're trying to budget your life. Telling me that I "technically" make $10 an hour with tips is BS. I "technically" have bills to pay and I can't budget my finances based on a technicality. **And if any of you reading this are teenagers looking to get a job here, she specifically told me she doesn't like hiring teenagers because they're unreliable. Yet when I approached her with a very professional message regarding my pay concerns she ghosted me for 3 days, and counting. Who's acting like a teenager now? (No offense to any of you, just running with what she said). I'm not mad about there being a probation period or a starting rate. I'm frustrated that the actual starting pay wasn't clearly communicated upfront compared to the advertised range. I took the job based on that posted range, and the reality didn't match what was presented when I applied. If the 10 to $14 an hour range doesn't match the pay in El Paso then that needs to be the very first thing you bring up during the interview. She said that that posting was from corporate and doesn't reflect the local pay. Maybe lead with that next time. If you just need a few extra bucks on the side, or you're just starting out with your first job, then as Krusty the Clown says, "It's not just good, it's good enough."
