I'm on the fence if I liked it or not…read more Today I came in and looking for some tasty boba and tea. There was plenty of options on the menu to choose from but I went with the fresh brew Jasmine green tea with the tapioca pearls. The barista was so sweet and kind allowing me to taste test the sweetness level with the tea! They were very helpful and quick too when it came to the final order. The atmosphere itself was fine. It seemed clean and there was a lot of seating areas for people. Nice patio too. The drink itself turned out to be ok. The tapioca was actually not bad but I think it was just too plain. There wasn't enough brown sugar syrup on them so it tasted slightly plasticy... the tea itself wasn't bad but it could have been maybe instead of 50% sweetened we could do 75%. See what happens then.. I don't know if I like this spot. It was very pricey for average tea so I'm going to have to think on it. It's not a bad option and if you want a wide variety of menu this is the place to go to!

Although the boxes of random supplies and cleanliness seemed a bit off for me.. even when ordering looking into the back looks all sorts of messy.. Service was amazing! My barista had a great conversation with me and got my order out in speedy time too! Very sweet and very helpful! 5/5 for service. The boba itself was good. Nothing too sweet nothing too dull. It was a jasmine green tea with brown sugar boba. I wasn't impressed because it wasn't brewed. So it lacked freshness for me. The boba itself was the best boba I've had so far. But even then I just want more flavor. It was average boba nothing special. If I wanted boba again I'll probably come here just because it wasn't bad but it was fair. Thank you!

Both people that were tending the counter didn't greet me or looked remotely happy to be there when I walked in, and even after I said, "Thank you" as I walked out, no words were reciprocated. On top of that, their "Vietnamese coffee" does not taste anything like what it is advertised to be. I do not recommend until they can get their people trained up on how to make customers a tad bit more welcomed.

I'm leaving this review to share a serious safety concern with a recent takeout order…read more I ordered a soup and a dessert through DoorDash, and the soup container (it was a DRINK container sealed with TAPE) melted from the heat, causing the food to spill and burn my husband's leg. This resulted in an actual injury, his leg is blistering from how bad it was, it is not just an inconvenience. We only received a $5.00 refund and a $10.00 credit for a $19.00 product that didn't only ruin our night, it caused an injury. What was most disappointing was the response when I contacted the restaurant. There was no apology, no acknowledgment of the injury, and no indication that they would even review whether the packaging met appropriate safety or legal guidelines for extremely hot broth. I was simply told to go through DoorDash, which felt dismissive given the circumstances. I understand accidents can happen, but situations involving injuries should be handled with care, accountability, and basic concern for customer safety. I hope this feedback encourages safer packaging practices and a more responsible (and empathetic) response when issues like this are reported.

First, my friend ordered a frappe and was never told that they were out of whipped cream. We only found out after the drink had already been made. He wanted a refund because the drink wasn't what he ordered, but the employee (Camilla) said she didn't know how to process a refund. Instead, she printed another receipt, seemingly as if she done a refund and expecting us not to notice that it was just another receipt. The Matcha and Taro drinks were also made with way too much milk and barely tasted like what we ordered. No one asked what type of milk we wanted, which was especially concerning because one person in our group is lactose intolerant. When we asked to have the full order refunded because none of us were happy with our drinks, she again said she didn't know how to issue a refund. We asked to speak with a manager, and she told us that she was the manager, which made the situation even more confusing. A manager should know how to handle a basic refund or at least know how to get assistance. What made the experience even more unprofessional was that after taking back the first drink, she drank it in front of us and then walked away. We also noticed what appeared to be a lot of cross-contamination while the drinks were being prepared, which was concerning, especially for anyone with allergies or dietary restrictions. Overall, the customer service, drink preparation, and handling of the refund situation were extremely disappointing. I would not recommend this location based on our experience.
