It's not fresh brewed and the boba had a weird syrup that almost was film like... the chewiness was perfect and the amount of boba given was awesome but just something about eating it made me nervous. Flavor is bland and if anything tasted old. Freshness level is below for me. Maybe next time!

The two taking my order were really sweet, and the drinks came out right away. While they made our drinks, we took photos at the decor wall. The menu is extensive with so many possible combinations so I had to review it beforehand so I knew what to order before I came in. This would be my go to place if I lived in the area. It's spacious enough to bring friends and family to hang out as well! 22 Oz Ca Phe Bac Xiu With Mini Pearls: This was really good. It's a lighter version of Vietnamese coffee so less strong in terms of coffee and sweetness from the condensed milk. It went really well with the mini pearls which is rarely offered at boba shops these days. I only took 2 sips so the caffeine doesn't mess up my sleep. 22 Oz Taro Coconut Smoothie With Taro Pudding: This was a really great combination. I didn't really taste how sweet it was until a few sips in so you have to constantly stir the drink as the ice melts so the sweetness doesn't concentrate at the bottom. The coconut flavor does stand out a bit more than the taro but you can still taste it. The taro pudding was soft and complimented the drink since it didn't give an overpowering taro taste.

There wasn't enough brown sugar syrup on them so it tasted slightly plasticy... the tea itself wasn't bad but it could have been maybe instead of 50% sweetened we could do 75%. The Matcha and Taro drinks were also made with way too much milk and barely tasted like what we ordered. No one asked what type of milk we wanted, which was especially concerning because one person in our group is lactose intolerant. When we asked to have the full order refunded because none of us were happy with our drinks, she again said she didn't know how to issue a refund. We asked to speak with a manager, and she told us that she was the manager, which made the situation even more confusing. A manager should know how to handle a basic refund or at least know how to get assistance. What made the experience even more unprofessional was that after taking back the first drink, she drank it in front of us and then walked away. We also noticed what appeared to be a lot of cross-contamination while the drinks were being prepared, which was concerning, especially for anyone with allergies or dietary restrictions.
