Came here for a brunch date. I love the ambiance upon walking in, however the food options are VERY limited. We had a choice of three different options. I had ordered a panini but it was just a regular sandwich that was grilled. The service was great and they were respectful which I appreciated. What an amazing little gem to have stumbled upon during a daytime date with our toddler! We stopped for the coffee and were dazzled by the tea house charm, hats included! The outdoor seating areas are nice with plants around, including a pear tree and some flowers. Excellent customer service and a fun menu with teas galore. A charming little cafe. Fabulous choices of tea, daily sandwich specials, along with soup of the day. The white tea we sampled was delicate and smooth. My guest had the chicken salad croissant. She loved it. I had the panini. Very nice. We opted to try the cherry and were not disappointed. The crust was soft and flaky. The filling not too sweet. Stopped off at Caffe Fioretti for a hot beverage and a bite, and I REALLY enjoyed their warm chai :-) Tip: A really nice combo is their spicy pea soup with the chicken salad crossant sandwich.  It's delicious, and totally hit the spot! If you want a cozy, centrally located place with decent prices and good food, it's tough to find a better place in El Paso than this. read more

I came here for the first time early this year, and now it is one of my all-time favorite coffee shops. Their mocha is one of the best I've ever had! What a cute tea shop! I was happy to find them open on a Monday. They have a small parking lot in the back and lots of hats if you wanted to wear one! I was also working on my computer for a few hours; they have plenty of tables near outlets and I had great experience with their internet. Plus, the woman working there (owner?) was lovely and super helpful. I absolutely adored my island coconut black tea. I got a medium pot which was a huge jump from the small. I must've poured myself 6 cups or so. I saw they have some loose leaf tea they sell, and I am considering going back to take some home. Monday around 10am was pretty quiet, but it seemed like a few people began trickling in closer to lunchtime. At lunch, I think they have a rotating menu. I had the chicken salad sandwich on a croissant and it came with a vegetable soup. Both were pretty good! I liked the texture of the chicken (shredded) and that it included grapes. read more

We came in on a Saturday for a tea party. Our reservation was for 3 of us. It included 2 teas of our choice, soup, and a tower of finger foods that had sandwiches, fruit and sweets. When you arrive, you're greeted personally and offered a costume hat of your choice to wear to the party. This part was so fun and inviting! You pick your 2 teas from the menu. We chose English breakfast and mothers bouquet. The English breakfast was perfect. The mothers bouquet was so flavorful and delicious! A lovely blend. We ended up taking some loose leaf to go. Then comes the soup course. We had a delicious tortilla soup. This was my favorite food of the day. It had a generous amount of fresh toppings. It was piping hot and flavorful, with crunchy chips, gooey cheese, and fresh avocado. The best! After soup comes the tower of finger sandwiches, fruit, and desserts. We had veggie croissants, cucumber and cream cheese, and spinach grilled cheese paninis. The desserts were cookies, banana bread and chocolate muffins. Once the tower comes out, you eat, drink more tea, and the best part is no one bugs you to leave! It's such a relaxing and special time. Very kid friendly as well. They'll give you a small teacup if the standard ones are too big for little ones. Can't wait to go back and try the other teas, soups, and goodies! read more

This place is ADORABLE!!!!!!! My friend asked me to meet her here and I couldn't get over how cute everything was. They had inside and outside seating. When we were there the room in the back had an event going on, you can reserve the room. The food wasn't bad. The tea was great. I had a caramel frappe as well which was good. They did forget about our orders and I asked for my pumpkin pie after my meal. I kept asking for it but eventually paid and got it to go. Not the same, but oh well. Will be back read more

I spotted this place on my way to an appointment. I loved all the greenery in the yard and just knew it would be a great spot for a relaxing lunch. This place is so quaint and cozy. I was really surprised at the amount of seating on the inside. They have a good selection of tea, coffee, pastries, and sandwiches. A meal also comes with their soup of the day. The portions are a little smaller but very filling. I was pleasantly surprised by their Spanish garbanzo soup as well as their pepperoni panini. Perfect place to unwind or catch up with friends. We were just there today and it is a lovely tea room. I had made reservations and chosen the menu ahead of time. The ambiance is charming with three different rooms reflecting European countries. We were in the France room with a Parisian decor. The food was delicious, and the teas were wonderful as was the service. A last minute request for gluten free bread was accommodated quickly. I had a lovely conversation with the owner and shared our experiences about traveling to France. It is definitely a place to go back to in the future. This place is a great find in El Paso. There's a lot of loose leaf teas, WiFi, homey decor and a really sweet owner. Not to mention that it's cheap -a small teapot runs at around $3 and has enough tea for two people. Only thing I'd add is that your tea comes with a little honey bottle from the store. I've been coming to this place for years, the owners/co-workers know my daughter by name. Coincidentally I almost named my baby girl Fioretti, well her middle name because it means Little Flower and her first name is Jasminne which is a small white flower. Anyways, the desserts are tasty especially this Ukranian cake, but currently the lady thats makes them is in ukraine so times are rough. The selection of teas are exquisite and coffee as well. Not much for coffee but i do like tea, I would recommend the butterfly lavender with jasmine. Patio in the back, inside a two story home and there are different settings for each room. Walk in through the back and you will see a selection of hats for a true tea party. I hope this place stays open forever. read more
