They import their coffee beans straight from PR, so you know you're getting the real deal. Service was on the slower side, but hey... good things take time. I ordered an iced matcha, and it came in a little pouch! Such a fun concept and made drinking it so much fun. Overall, I loved the PR theme, the concept, the drinks, and even all the merch. The options are plenty. They have icy sweet milk teas, mixed fruit, single fruit teas, plushies and smoothies. They have snacks and souvenirs, too. The ambiance was very chill. They had pop country on, that gave that chill vibe. It was cool to just relax in their couches while sipping on some tea. At 3:30ish, the place is well lit and has plenty of places to sit, from loungers to high tops. If you look, you will see plenty of signs that encourage smiling :) The shop is part of a strip mall, that has its own lot. The staff was friendly and efficient at getting our drink and the folks that stopped by to pick up their boba. I recommend.

It's not fresh brewed and the boba had a weird syrup that almost was film like... the chewiness was perfect and the amount of boba given was awesome but just something about eating it made me nervous. There was plenty of options on the menu to choose from but I went with the fresh brew Jasmine green tea with the tapioca pearls. The barista was so sweet and kind allowing me to taste test the sweetness level with the tea! They were very helpful and quick too when it came to the final order. The atmosphere itself was fine. It seemed clean and there was a lot of seating areas for people. Nice patio too. The drink itself turned out to be ok. The tapioca was actually not bad but I think it was just too plain. There wasn't enough brown sugar syrup on them so it tasted slightly plasticy... the tea itself wasn't bad but it could have been maybe instead of 50% sweetened we could do 75%. See what happens then.. I don't know if I like this spot. It was very pricey for average tea so I'm going to have to think on it. It's not a bad option and if you want a wide variety of menu this is the place to go to!

The whole space felt like a real third place, somewhere that invites you to stay a little longer, talk, relax, and just enjoy being present. It had that comforting energy that makes you want to come back again and again. What stood out the most was the kindness of the baristas. They asked about our day, made us feel welcomed, and even took the time to explain the quality of their coffee beans. You can tell they genuinely care about both the coffee and the people walking through the door. That kind of warmth is rare. I'll definitely be becoming a regular from now on.
