    French Latte
    Marzza C.

Decided to stop by this place off of Zaragoza - we love supporting small businesses in El Paso! Pretty comfy inside with good seating and their menu includes sandwiches and pastries plus coffee and teas! Love their wide variety of options, to include non- dairy milk for the unique coffee lover! The service was very good, we were the second couple in the entire place....not busy for a Tuesday at 2:30pm! I ordered the French Latte with Oat-milk, it was delicious and creamy!!! Check it out! Enjoy!

Some of the menu. They also offer pastries.

*Dined-3.22.24: Found this local spot while in the plaza as my dad was getting a haircut a couple doors down. Saw they had Affogato and I KNEW I had to give it a try (I've only heard of it as a treat you order in Italy). It was DELICIOUS & much larger than the servings you'll find online. It had its El Paso twist-4 scoops of vanilla ice cream (you could also get cookies & cream), topped with a shot of expresso and cinnamon over everything. It was tasty and def worth getting again. My mom had the French vanilla latte and she enjoyed it as well. It's a cute mom and pop shop, w/ a couple of tables if you'd like to work remotely and they have "take one, leave one" book library. Would gladly return whenever I am back in town.

Delicious signature latte, Arroz con leche latte. Bagel with prosciutto and tomato also delicious! Service a little slow but they attend to each order carefully.

    Arroz con leche latte

Arroz con leche latte is delish. They serve sweet and savory crepes. They also have flavored lattes ranging from hazelnut, caramel, walnut, vanilla, coconut, and amaretto. Signature lattes include arroz con leche, peanut butter, rompope, and mocha. They have free WiFi and plenty of seating area. You can also order to go. Service was fast ( but I came at a non-peak time)

First time trying this place today and I was very pleased. Not only is it family owned but the menu is the perfect mix of items for coffee and light meals. The prices are reasonable, the service was very friendly and the ambiance is unique with local artwork in the walls. I think what took us so long to visit is the location is that it's on the East Side, near all the usual traffic which I do my best to avoid. However, I will be back for more during off-peak hours. I highly recommend the Arroz con Leche Latte.

Arroz con Leche Latte: DESSERT FOR BREAKFAST

PAYING HOMAGE TO NATURE AND THE OLD EARTH Sometimes going to a coffee shop or cafe means that we want time to stand still. Coming early to get a nice cup of coffee and getting our minds right for the morning is starting to become more important with the changing times. Here enters Sand Dust Coffee, which sets the calming mood with cafe jazz music; rustic, wooden chairs and tables; and a full bookshelf taking us back to the past-a time machine of our era. Now, let me deliver my experiences while you sit back and enjoy a latte or two. The DRINKS: Arroz con Leche Latte: DESSERT FOR BREAKFAST Lattes named after desserts always have high expectations. The spirit of arroz con leche lies in this latte through the fragrant, perfectly burnt caramel notes, rich scents of ground cinnamon, and a background of earthy espresso. Like an addiction of the tastebuds in taste as well as texture. The creaminess of the warm milk adds to a delicate and airiness that touches the lips. Hot and heavy in flavor, but soft and mellow in taste. Rompope Latte: EGGNOG SEASON ETERNALLY Tastes like Mexican eggnog on a winter evening...and it serenades like a song. With light, frothy milk foam and hints of cloves and nutmeg, this latte embodies eggnog in a background of espresso. There is a cheesy taste and scent to this that works well with the bittersweet espresso. Winter comes and winter goes, but eggnog season is here to stay eternally The VERDICT: LATTES WITH A MEANING OF LIFE Coffee is more than a morning drug to keep us awake...it is a history book of culture and culinary brilliance come to life. Each sip has slowly lost its meaning as a miracle of the Earth and only regarded as an adjunct to our food. Sand Dust Coffee brings meaning back to coffee and a chance to experience the humble coffee bean at its best. Arroz con Leche Latte combines fragrant, charred caramel notes with cinnamon and espresso, while the Rompope Latte fuses the spirit of eggnog and espresso into one. I highly recommend both as they are unique offerings that will satisfy any coffee lover's soul. I will definitely return to this perfect study spot.

We came here yesterday for the first time. The gentleman that took care of us, Jorge. He takes so much pride in what he does, to me that's golden. He Was amazing, very attentive makes amazing coffee, friendly, welcomed us like he knew us. To me that is a plus! Plus! Is a small bakery. Was clean, they make amazing crepes, Sandwiches much more. This how every day we learn not to judge the book by its cover. Service excellent, food yummy. We will be back! Thank you Jorge.

The crepes are very good, we got the chicken avocado crepe and the banana nutella crepe. They were freshly made and very big! The staff was super kind.

Some of the food we tried today. Delish!!!

Best place!!! Anything that we have tried has been outstanding and I also like that they're committed to give you one of the best customer service in town.

The drink in the middle is affogato with oreo ice cream. I wish I could post the video but they pretty much make it right in front of you.

Good coffee , average prices, and friendly staff. Dated decor and old uncomfortable furniture. If they fix that it would be 5 stars.

Is this a good place to study?

Yes. There are few tables and usually music is not loud. I would say it is a very pleasant place to study.

We weren't sure what to expect driving up to it for the first time given that it is located in a shopping center. Inside isn't super big so if you're coming and it's busy be aware that there are 5-6 2-seaters (can probably be pushed together) and a couple 4 to 6-seaters. We came in at about 7:45 in the morning on a Thursday and were the only ones inside at the time. As time went on more people ended up showing up and taking tables. I ordered an "Iced Pistachio Latte"--not a big fan of the metallic straws, but thankfully they had regular straws available. The latte was good, but not great in my personal opinion. It was creamy and sweet but something was lacking. Loved the cup it came in, going with the Halloween vibe. I will definitely be coming back next time I'm in EP, and I definitely recommend this spot!!

Can't believe I've lived here in El Paso for almost 7 years and I just discovered this place a few weeks ago other than oh my God oh my God oh my God there are no other words.

They said, we can't do 12 (I figured as much) and our new hires generally start "low". During the hiring process, I was NOT told the actual starting pay was $8/hour during a probation period. (I assumed "low" meant the $10 on the 10 to 14 range I saw on the posted job listing. Shame on me for not realizing the use of logic was optional ). That only came up after I had already accepted the job and started onboarding. It was actually my coworkers that said the new hires started $8 an hour. That's when I asked about pay clarification. "$8" never came up during the interview. When I brought it up, it was THEN confirmed that all new hires start at $8/hour for a few weeks and can get a raise after that. I was also told tips factor into "effective hourly pay," but tips aren't guaranteed and fluctuate too much to realistically count on when you're trying to budget your life. Telling me that I "technically" make $10 an hour with tips is BS. I "technically" have bills to pay and I can't budget my finances based on a technicality. **And if any of you reading this are teenagers looking to get a job here, she specifically told me she doesn't like hiring teenagers because they're unreliable. Yet when I approached her with a very professional message regarding my pay concerns she ghosted me for 3 days, and counting. Who's acting like a teenager now? (No offense to any of you, just running with what she said). I'm not mad about there being a probation period or a starting rate. I'm frustrated that the actual starting pay wasn't clearly communicated upfront compared to the advertised range. I took the job based on that posted range, and the reality didn't match what was presented when I applied. If the 10 to $14 an hour range doesn't match the pay in El Paso then that needs to be the very first thing you bring up during the interview. She said that that posting was from corporate and doesn't reflect the local pay. Maybe lead with that next time. If you just need a few extra bucks on the side, or you're just starting out with your first job, then as Krusty the Clown says, "It's not just good, it's good enough."
