Fig and prosciutto pizza

Came for Sunday brunch and there were plenty of seatings. They have an open lot right in front of the restaurant with additional parking in the back. Inside is very spacious, good for kids, families, large groups. The space is unique and historical because it used to be a train stop. The current commuter rail runs right behind the restaurant. Service - our server was friendly and attentive but can tell lacked experience. For brunch it was a small menu but has few vegetarian options. Food portion is decent and most can be shared. Odd, they don't have ice coffee and no hot water (at the time we went) so couldn't get tea either. I would rate this 3.5

Such a fan of this spot. Hobson's is fairly new to the neighborhood after taking over Regina Pizza that had been here for years. Hobson's is a super cozy and inviting restaurant. Picture dark wood, and it's got almost a candlelight feel when you walk in since it's pretty dimly lit inside. Also it was literally warm inside which definitely added to the ambiance of it all. Not to mention the extremely friendly staff working. Our bartender waiting on us was so friendly and kind -- I believe her name was Margot? She's so awesome. Shoutout Margot. Eventually our group moved to a table and they immediately gave us bread and better and water (a win - also the concept of complimentary bread isn't even that common anymore? When did that stop happening at places?). Anyhow, we ordered a buffalo chicken pizza and it was delicious. The added touch was the onions on top which I could personally do without, but I ate it anyways and it was delicious with the sauce and cheese ratio. Big fan of the live music as well. Lots of TVs to catch a game, and a big bar to sit/stand around as well. Will definitely be back!

First time here. Will be a regular, I can tell. Amazing lunch special (different Mon, Tues, Wed) $15 includes special bread, choice of salad, pick a pasta, three sauces to choose from, and dessert! I added a chicken cutlet for $5. $20 for a 4 course meal. And the size was so plentiful, I have tonight's dinner! Sabrina was fabulous making sure we had what we needed. And light pop playing on the sound system while tvs were showing highlight reels of yesterday' sports. This is a hidden gem.

Hidden gem! Food is always great! Burger day is every Tuesday. Wish the bun was toasted.

We love Hobsons, they're consistent with their quality of food and drink. I love sitting outside on a nice day, drinking the sangria and watching the sun set. Our favorite is the devil eggs but also love their pizzas and apps. We've not been disappointed. Hope that Hobsons stays as a staple in the neighborhood.

Great new neighborhood spot. Service is super friendly and food is awesome as well. The restaurant itself is very roomy, but is a bit bare and doesn't match the welcoming vibe. They should defiantly add some local flare, as it's just bare brick will with question 5 posters. Beyond that I loved everything. Will 100 percent be coming back and recommend giving the place a try Focaccia bread- free of change. Nice to see some places still do free bread. This bread was awesome with some nice herbal flavor on the bread and a nice sweet butter to pair with it 5/5 Chicken tenders Nice and crispy and has some light seasoning. Chicken was good quality Exactly what you expect from good tenders 4/5 Truffle Mac and cheese Great truffle flavor and very cheesy. This Mac and cheese was awesome. 5/5 Bar steak Perfectly cooked steak. Came with blue cheese butter and some crispy truffle fries, which were also good 4/5

went to Hobson last night for dinner. The place is nice a former train station that had been renovated into a restaurant. We got the Fritto Misto appetizer, which was good. We also got the burgers which are very tasty. The fries were OK. They had a side of pickles, that surprisingly delicious. they had music that night someone on a guitar, which was nice. I'll wait this was just OK not super attentive. We really had to flag her down when we were trying to leave and she never bothered to ask if we wanted to dessert specials, which also look good. This would be a nice addition to the neighborhood, I will definitely go back and try some other things on the menu

Pork chop was scrumptious

I ordered the porkchops with a tequila mule. I get it every time and every time it never fails. Ask for Luis or Nolan. They are my favorite servers. Well versus with the menu and have good drink recommendations. Great atmosphere. Inly criticism is the chairs by the bar get uncomfortable after a while.

The place was crowded but my friend and I walked in with a reservation and had no wait. The service was efficient and friendly. I really liked the street corn, cheese curds and fresh guacamole. The server assured me it was fresh, and it did not disappoint. The only item I could have done without was the steak egg rolls, it lacked cohesiveness and the beautiful cheese pull I enjoy from a Philly cheese steak egg roll. The drinks were solid and at discounted prices. I ordered the green tea shot and mojito. The menu has a Latin Caribbean feel to it and I enjoyed it!

They do lower the lights and turn up the volume to the music after 6pm. It was Tijuana Tuesday so we tried a few margaritas and the beef and chicken tacos. We also tried some of the pastelitos, which we enjoyed more than the tacos. The prickly pear margarita was my favorite and the lychee was my 2nd favorite. The beef pastelitos were also a favorite and really flavorful. The chicken taco was really dry. This place is pretty local and offers a cool vibe. It makes for a good pregame spot before hitting up your nighttime festivities.

From the 2-3 times I've been here, I had to add shrimp to this dish as well! I love the pad thai and I am not really a pad thai person! I also love the pork cheeks here! The service was great! This is not a very large restaurant, with a bar, tables lined up along the wall, and window ledge seating near the front. Probably 20 ppl capacity or so, It's a cozy little spot with a lively atmosphere, especially during dinner. One thing that stood out right away was our server. She was extremely friendly, with such an inviting smile and warm demeanor. You could tell she meant business! She got our order in quickly and made us feel welcome from the start. We ordered the spicy ong choy appetizer (Pak Boong Fai Dang), which came with a serious chili kick and was absolutely delish! If you enjoy some heat, this one delivers. The whole branzino (Pla Lui Suan) was another winner, cooked beautifully to the point where the meat was flaky, tender, and practically fell off the bones. We rounded out the meal with crab fried rice to get some carbs into the mix. I especially enjoyed the nice lumps of crab throughout the rice, and the accompanying sauce was a match made in heaven! My only wish? Bigger portions! Everything tasted so good that I wanted more of it. Perhaps that's why they call it Thai tapas? The portions are definitely on the smaller side, especially if you're coming in with a big appetite. You'll probably want to order a few dishes to share. Overall, Mahaniyom delivers some seriously good Thai food with bold flavors, excellent execution, and genuinely hospitable service. Despite the wait and smaller portions, I walked away impressed and would gladly return to try more of their menu. Quality Thai food in Boston that's worth checking out!
