I got the quiche of the day, which was ham and cheese, and it was amazing. It came with a side (salad was fresh and crisp) and a muffin -- their raspberry streusel muffin was so delicious and a perfect dessert to tie the meal together. I would definitely get this special again, and look forward to trying their other versions of both quiches and muffins. You are free to talk to the cook while he does his thing. The whole setup is kind of like a home style grill party. The burger features a very tasty beef patty, possibly a lean chuck, but plenty juicy without being messy. The patty extends beyond the bun and is not a paper thin massacre like other smash style burgers. While I'm a fan of a perfectly cooked thick burger, this burger passed the test of taste, texture and size. The bun was decent, and held up well through the entire devouring process.
