Got their classic pancakes with a side of fruit and maple syrup. Textbook pancakes. Wish they had more options.

The Cluck Chub 5/5 Let me start off by saying that this sandwich is absolutely massive and messy but also one of my favorite chicken sandwiches I've ever had. The patty was juicy and well-seasoned without being too salty. The other toppings like the bacon jam, bacon, lettuce, cheeses, etc complemented the sandwich well without overpowering anything. The grits were one of my favorites-- I can't seem to find lots of grits places in Seattle. With all of that being said, I will warn you that this sandwich is extremely messy so be prepared to clean up! Overall, the ambiance, food, and service was all very good but I will have to ding a star for the price. This sandwich was about $20 before tip which IMO is a bit on the pricy side for breakfast/lunch even in Seattle. I would probably still come back though :)

The portions were huge, and everything was packed with flavor. I also had the mac and cheese fire . The French toast and morning potatoes were hella good too. Service was on point our host was super helpful in recommending what to try, and everything hit the spot. When I'm back in Seattle, this place is a must. Highly recommend!

Just across from the church, a lengthy queue of folks stood outside a dining establishment. We didn't know what kind of restaurant it was until we noticed the Filipino Christmas lantern/"parol" hanging on the window. After a week of cruising, we made it our goal to eat at this restaurant. Since we docked early in the morning and the restaurant opens at 7am, we did not wait that long outside around 8am. There were only less than 10 people in line. We only waited less than 15 minutes. There were at least 20 people outside by the time we left before 9am. The interior Filipino household-themed decoration brought back so many memories. White Chicken Adobo Silog | Never heard of this type of "silog" before. Silog is a Filipino dish combination consists of fried rice ("SInangag") and egg ("itLOG"). I got so excited to try it since it's one of the weekly specials' menu items. I was debating between this and Salmon Silog, but I've also never tried white chicken adobo. The chicken was succulent and tender, allowing it to flake off effortlessly with a fork. The generous helping of garlic fried rice was heavenly. Couldn't ask anything more from this dish. Turon | The wrapper were coated with almost like spun sugar instead of being fried in sugar, which made this turon not overly sweet. The plantain that was completed well with halaya filling was soft and cooked well. Menu: In addition to various protein/silog meals, there were also pancakes and omelettes. Service: Eating at this restaurant feels like home. The cashier and service were nice and friendly. We were also attended by Tito Greg the owner of the restaurant. He roamed the dining area, greeting each guest with humor and genuine humility. Parking: There's a big garage by Pike's, unsure how much parking rate was at the time. Since we just came back from the cruise port, we just from there to the restaurant. Highly Recommend!

I waited about 30 mins which was not bad at all considered the day it was. The was kind, friendly and so sweet! I wish I would have gotten her name. Now onto the food, starting off with the latte. It was your typical average latte. I did like how strong it was and it came with a kitty paw! (Barista said he was inspired by his cats that morning lol). I tried both sweet and savory dutch babies, and even though I'm a savory person, I liked the sweet one better. It was creamy and bread was soft! The fruits added the perfect texture and sweetness to it. The savory was okay, keep in mind this is also my first time trying a dutch baby, but I would have liked it to have more veggies maybe? I think I was expecting more of it but it was mid to me. The breakfast plate wasn't anything out of the ordinary. Just your basic breakfast plate. The place is super cute and a bit small! It was a sunny morning so we had a lot of light coming through which I loved!

I vote this the best meal of my 12-day vacation. Granted, nine of those days were on a cruise ship,…read moreso the competition was not exactly fierce. But still. This brunch was THAT good!!!!!!! I hail from San Francisco, where brunch is practically an art form, and I love a little creativity. Give me something beyond eggs Benedict or an overpriced fancy pancake and I am happy. Boy, did this place deliver. First, there will probably be a wait, so don't panic. Put your name down, head over to the bookstore next door, and they will text you when your table is ready. Easy. We may have gotten one of the best seats in the house, too. We were tucked into a far corner by the window with a fan blowing directly on us, which was PERFECT because it was HOT outside. You can also sit at the counter and watch the cooking, which looked like a pretty great option. I ordered the baked eggs with cheese, and my husband got the French toast. I am STILL dreaming about those eggs. That cheese sauce was something else. Rich, savory and absolutely scrumptious. When my husband tried them, his eyes practically rolled back in his head. My one tiny quibble: the eggs weren't runny - more jammy. I'm not even sure that's possible with a baked egg dish, but if they could somehow pull that off, it would take this dish to another level. My husband's French toast was good, but honestly, it was no competition for those eggs. Service was fine, although a little cold, which felt odd in a restaurant that is otherwise so warm and inviting. The host was a charming gentleman, though, and the overall atmosphere is lovely. GOD, I WILL DREAM ABOUT THOSE EGGS. Can someone please give me the recipe?

Instead of being apologetic and "how can I make this right," she acted like I was wrong for having the nerve to complain! Whoever owns this restaurant needs to rein this woman in and teach her what customer service looks like. All I wanted was an apology and all I got was "how dare you complain! We are right and you are wrong!
