My husband and I had an amazing anniversary dinner last night. The atmosphere was exciting, the service was excellent and the food was one of the best meals we have ever had. We enjoyed every bite. The scallops and beef Wellington were my favorites. So fresh and cooked to perfection. Hell's Kitchen has been on our want to try list for a while and it didn't not disappoint. We will most definitely be back for our next special occasion. Thank you for such a great experience. read more

I took my fiancé to the restaurant to celebrate his birthday. I chose Gordon Ramsay's restaurant because I am an avid fan of his shows. What a disappointment.... The food was bland and underwhelming. The scallops were cut in half..... $437 later on a teachers salary it was very disappointing read more

Everything we had was delicious. The service was great. We will be going again and I recommend it.

I would give 4 stars for the food but 2 stars for the service. The food is really great, portions are pretty large as well. We ordered the foie gras, scallops, lobster risotto, ribeye, beef Wellington, and sticky toffee pudding. My Fiance said the ribeye was overcooked but other than that it was good. At both this location and the Vegas location that I went to recently the scallops and risotto were almost cold when they were served to us. It felt like because they are frequently ordered dishes the kitchen just has them ready to go and so they sit around for a bit. Considering the high quality of the food, it seems like a disservice to it to not be served fresh. My disappointment really came from the service. Our waiter was very nice and he was pretty attentive at the beginning of our meal. However at the end we had a personal emergency and needed to leave ASAP and he was nowhere to be found. We eventually saw him working with another table for quite some time (looked like issues with the check, which in hindsight is not surprising) so it took about 20 mins to finally get the check. When we did get the check, it was clear he mis-charged us for some items. He admitted he forgot and quickly fixed it. I then gave him my card, which he charged and we were ready to go. However he returned right when we were headed out to say he charged us for the wrong check. It took about 15 mins of waiting for him to charge us for the correct bill and I was promised the wrong charge was refunded. It's been several days and I checked my card and I have 2 posted charges for around $350 with no reverse charge. I then had to spend quite some time with my cc company to dispute the second charge. Wish this was handled better and more efficiently by staff. read more

So incredibly sad about this review - been stewing for a few weeks! as we'd been looking forward to it for months! The lobster risotto was decent but served barely room temperature. The beef Wellington was SALTY - and I love salt. It was over the top inedible. The regular filet mignon was completely unseasoned - such a contrast. The sticky toffee pudding was extremely dry - needed the sauce to barely enjoy. However, the biggest issue is on a Friday night they decided to turn the restaurant into a CLUB. Booming, loud, pumping music during what's supposed to be a fine dining experience? The noise was insane!! Couldn't hear our servers or each other. For dessert I ordered a tea with milk and sugar. Tea didn't arrive until well after the desserts were served - and then it was a completely wrong order with just tea and the server saying I forgot your honey? At that point I refused the tea since desserts were already done and we just wanted to leave due to the awful noise. So sad, we were huge fans of Hells Kitchen, but this was a disaster. read more

Excellent service and food! Their sticky toffee pudding is 5 stars. It's a great place for date night or dinner with friends. I love that it is a huge space you don't feel like you are on top of each other. My favorite dishes were the beet salad, filet mignon, scallops, mac n cheese. They also have a delicious espresso martini! read more

BEEF WELLINGTON, that's all that needs to be said. Everything I had was great except the corn. I will be going back just for the wellington and the sticky toffee pudding. read more

I am going to start with a 5 star on service. The appetizers were as good as it gets! Mussels, lobster risotto and pumpkin soup were all 5 star. However, the beef Wellington, the filet mignon, Mac and cheese, salmon dishes were 2.5. Beef was more medium well than medium rare, salmon was missing flavor and the filet was overcooked "requested medium got served a more well done and which took all the flavor out of the filet. The ambience was studio set equivalent. Aside from the appetizers, I would not recommend spending $400 at Hells Kitchen! Someone bring the fire extinguisher! read more

Well first off. The Bloody Mary was made from something that was not tomato juice. Ordered a Tom Collin's which was gin water and lemon juice. We asked the bartender. The shrimp cocktail was shrimp mush. The beef Wellington had boxed potatoes four hard vegetable pieces and the sauce was not as described. The Caesar salad had way too many croutons. The burger was okay. I have had better. I went with a party of six. No one was happy. We would not go back. A good sign was a nice clean restroom and restaurant. read more

What' a total dump !! This place will close before Easter !! Over priced average food .. you get better at Applebees !!!!

Gordon Ramsay does it again with a new incredible restaurant in Miami. The food was amazing. We got the Caesar, beef Wellington, Mac n cheese and sticky toffee pudding. All dishes were perfect. Service was also exceptional read more

I had high expectations based on the menu and the high standards of Gordon Ramsey on TV. However, the food was slow (1.5 hours before we got our salad), too rich, and now I am sick. Really disappointing way to spend $350. read more

The service was unbelievably on point. We had the BEST ribeye and Mac and cheese in my life. The beef Wellington was my first time having it and it's absolutely delicious. read more

Absolutely HORRIBLE that we were sat upstairs on the 2nd floor for a birthday celebration! I was completely shocked they even had a 2nd floor for dinner. The point of this restaurant is to have a view of the kitchen! I would never go back to this location. So extremely disappointed. Never again!! Service was average at best I guess the least experienced waiter's work upstairs too. Ugh read more

The place is beautiful the food is good. My problem is that the menu is limited, not enough choices. It's also a bit pricey. I liked the experience however I will not return there are better places to go to. read more

A surprisingly wonderful experience! I am always skeptical about "fine dining" because it usually results in overpriced yet underwhelming food that doesn't leave you feeling full. While Hell's Kitchen still has a decent price tag, the money was well worth it. No one in our party finished their entire meal and we all took home leftovers! The risotto, Beef Wellington, and sticky toffee pudding stood out to me and I have been craving it ever since! Considering how much preparation goes into a Wellington and the fact that you essentially get a 8oz sirloin in addition to the rest of the meal, the price is completely reasonable! There are far more expensive and mediocre places to eat in Miami. Will try again! read more

"Was looking forward to the Hell's Kitchen experience as a local bringing a guest from Colorado. Unfortunately the atmosphere is loud and chaotic. The food quality was mediocre at best - every item we ordered was a disappointment. For the excellent culinary landscape Miami offers, Hell's Kitchen is a colossal mistake." read more

Overall we enjoyed our visit. The short rib was super dry. Only took a couple of bites. Lobster risotto portion was tiny, luke warm but delicious. The filet was perfect. The beef Wellingtons were excellent. The Mac and cheese was barely warm and therefore the cheese was like glue to serve. The sticky toffee was amazing but had a tiny dollop of ice cream. Not like pictures I saw on yelp. Key lime pie was good. Not excellent. So the food gets mixed reviews. The service was really lacking. While our server was super nice, we only saw him a couple of times and then would disappear for 20 or more minutes at a time. Overall, glad we went but probably not returning. For $500. + there are much better options. read more

Great service, great ambiance, and delicious food! I definitely recommend, and would go again!

A truly disappointing dining experience. My husband and I, with our 21 and 18 year old children, went to Hell's Kitchen to celebrate our 25th anniversary last night. As fans of GR, we were excited to celebrate this important milestone event at HK. Upon arrival, we noted how beautiful the main dining room was and the great view of the chefs working in the kitchen. The staff was advised of our anniversary at the time of the reservation weeks in advance, and we were hoping for a view of the action in the kitchen as that is what HK is famous for. Instead, we were taken upstairs and sat in the far back corner with literally the only view from our seats being the waiter's station and the glow of 2 bright red emergency exit signs. Needless to say there was no viewing of the kitchen from the upstairs corner. Noting my disappointment, my husband tried to save the day by asking the hostess if we could move to the main dining room since it was our 25th anniversary. Unfortunately, we were told, "sorry, it's a busy Monday night." We decided to let it go and enjoy our meal with our family. Unfortunately, numerous mishaps ensued. Mistimed appetizer and soup service, soup cold as we waited for waiter to come by to inform him we were not given a spoon, cocktails missing garnishes, and main meals being served on the heels of appetizers being cleared. Frankly, small things that would have been no big deal if not for what came next. My husband had ordered a medium rare filet. He cut it open and it was well done (hockey puck well done). We showed the waiter, he said "Yes, that is definitely well done. I am sorry". He took it back to the kitchen. It took approximately 20 minutes for them to bring a new steak. The manager came over and apologized while my husband was waiting but made no offer to get him a drink or anything while he waited. I was completely done with my entree and our children were on their last bites when my husband's steak was finally delivered. So, he sat and ate his steak with the now ice cold a la carte sides he had ordered (no offer to replace) while the 3 of us sat with our dirty, finished plates in front of us. The one highlight of the meal was the short rib entree both of my kids ordered. Truly an exceptional dish- meat was fork tender, wonderfully seasoned and served with fantastic spinach and potato accompaniments. We ordered two desserts to share, sticky toffee pudding and key lime pie. They brought a candle in one and acknowledged our anniversary. The waiter delivered the bill and said he did not charge us for the dessert. We looked at the bill and saw they had taken off my husband's steak AND THEN PUT THE $55 CHARGE BACK ON THE BILL!!! We are not "not scene making people," so we just thanked everyone and quietly left. Insult to injury, valet ($20) lost our car keys and delivered us the wrong car. My husband had to go through the valet box and find the right set of keys (after over 25 minutes of waiting for the car). I am upset that instead of enjoying our 25th anniversary celebration, we now will only have negative memories of the disappointing table with no view, eating our meals separately and paying over $400 for this experience! Hell's Kitchen simply did not make a special night feel special at all. read more

Gordon Ramsay Hell's Kitchen - Check with filet removed and returned to bill - New American Near Me - Miami, Florida

Precooked food. Nothing like the TV show. Disappointed. I cook the beef Wellington better

Food was delicious, on point; properly seasoned BUT all except sides were room temperature on the cold side.

My experience was spectacular. I've been to many places in Miami. Ramsays place was fun. The staff were knowledgeable. The food was exceptional and on point. I'm very happy my husband and me chose this place for our Christmas dinner. I can't wait to go back. Everything was truly amazing. One of my new Miami faves. read more

I am writing today to express my dissatisfaction with Hell's Kitchen Miami. At first, I loved the ambience and decor. We sat in the front of the kitchen because we were a party of 8. My husband and I joined our friends for this memorable night. I love Gordon Ramsay and his values, but that night, was not up to par. I spent so much money that night, $300 for two of us. I ordered the fixed menu $90 and my husband ordered alla cart and drinks. The scallops were thin, but tasty. The beef Wellington, was well over cooked, only pink in one small area in middle. It was very dry and I have pictures to show it was over cooked. I was so excited to try the food, and for that much money, I expected the cook to be correct. Sticky toffee was excellent. As far as staff, it was very disgusting to see a man fanning his shirt because he was hot and wiping his sweat into his hair, constantly. Then, he handled food because he was a waiter. For a man that strives to perfect the process of how the food is handled, there was something else. The sous chef calling orders, would go and cook raw scallops and then come back out to handle food. Is that ok? There were so many waiters touching their hair (one had corn rows) and was itching it by patting. Overall, to pay $300 for my husband and I, for overcooked steak, and all of the above, is not acceptable. read more

Amazing Experience! Exceptional service! Pumpkin soup was incredible. Beef Wellington cooked to perfection! read more

Amazing food and service Gordon will do well in Miami instead of overcharging for really crappy cuts of meat he is giving you quality for a great price. In this town of overpriced and overhyped places you're GOLD thank you for what I consider to be one of the best steaks I've eaten in my entire life. Perfectly seasoned and cooked exactly medium as I requested. The wait staff is literally on standby to give you a truly remarkable first class dining experience. The details are incredible from the beautiful open concept kitchen to the gorgeous seating and lighting this place will make you smile inside and out. You will be completely taken away to a unique experience that takes dining out serious and to a level of perfection. 10 stars! read more

It was my first time here! I liked everything very much! the prices are reasonable.. Burgers are about $25. I really liked HELL'S KITCHEN BURGER. The service ball is not bad, but there is room to grow. the atmosphere of a good place. I enjoyed it! read more

The decor and ambiance are beautiful and consistent with other Hells Kitchen locations that I have dined at. The menus were sticky when handed to us. The food was terrible. If I could give the food zero stars I would. The risotto was mush and incredibly overcooked. The salmon was overcooked, with a rubbery (not crispy) skin. The beef wellington was under cooked and flavorless. The only positive food choice was the side of brussel sprouts. The service was adequate but not memorable and management stared creepily lurking in the corner but never actually came over to see how our meal or experience was. This is not what I expect from a Gordon Ramsey establishment and I was embarrassed to have brought my guests; the worst $350 spent on a meal in a long time. read more

Wow, great as usual. I love the food at GR Hell's Kitchen at any location! The only thing is missing is the good beer they have in Vegas

The food was great And the venue was great but the service was not great. They sat me and my fiancé outside in a patio with construction trash and car traffic as our view on our anniversary, which we specified and then when I ask if we could go inside, our waiter said that he couldn't help us and we had to go downstairs and ask them ourselves which I did and then had to wait an extra 30 minutes to be seated inside the food took like 40 minutes to come and the gratuity for the waiter was automatically added to like $40. The guy didn't even deserve 10$ read more

Fantastic! Called for reservation, but they were booked. Told us we could eat at the bar. Went to the second floor bar. Ronnie was our bartender- he was AWESOME. Even "smoked" my boyfriend's bourbon. Food was not great, it came cold and it was expensive. The service and the ambiance were very good and

The restaurant (including food and service) was amazing, I would highly recommend this restaurant to my friends and family. Our trouble started when we went to the valet to get our car back. It took over 45 minutes, the valet lady kept telling us our car was next and it would not be. When we asked she would brush us off. There were at least 5 people who came outside after us and got their car before ours. We drove 2 hours to Hell's Kitchen because we thought it would be a fun dinner for our honeymoon we were having in Florida (we are from Toronto). The valet situation was so bad that it honestly ruined the whole experience for us. My husband and I highly recommend the restaurant but suggest parking your car. read more

*please note, the star rating is for the food* This place is very nice. Food is amazing - I highly recommend the lobster risotto and the short rib. The service is really good - maybe a bit too good. By that I mean, sometimes you go to a restaurant and you're hunting for the waiter/waitress to come back to refill your drink - not here. It really was TOO much. My group and I were enjoying the evening, ambience, catching up with each other and enjoying ourselves as this was our FIRST visit to the restaurant. We received our food in a timely manner however before we even had the first bite we were hit with, how is everything so far - ummm we don't know yet, the plates were just put down, but thanks for asking. From there it was a continuous line of staff come to our table, no joke every 10-12 minutes asking if they can take our plates (we still had food on them), asking if we needed/wanted anything else - yes, I wanted them to relax and move along so we can finish laughing or completing a sentence. It was very overwhelming and very uncomfortable, it was as if they were rushing us to eat and leave. Please note, the restaurant was not overly crowded, there weren't people standing outside waiting to be seated - it was a regular Monday night. While everything is great (food, drinks, ambience) I would recommend that the staff allow people ENJOY the night. Maybe if we didn't feel rushed to move on to the next course, or to clean our plates in 5 minutes we would have ordered dessert, coffee, tea .. heck, maybe even more food. By the end of the night I was more than happy to exit. I will order from there, but I will be taking my order TO GO so that I can eat in peace and enjoy every bite. read more
