Very cool experience, but I wish they committed to the speakeasy bit a little bit more. The drinks were good and we had a fun time coming in, but there's a giant projector playing all kinds of music that wasn't always the best. Still very very cool. The smoked old fashioned was out of this world. I know it's a cigar lounge but you would barely know it because of the ventilation.

Wanted to try something different to have an after dinner drink. Found this place since it sounded like a creative place . I'm Not crazy about cigar smell but the place was really interesting. Loved the red door to get in

This spot has such a cool concept and I love the speakeasy idea. My sister and I were fortunate enough to be able to crack the code on a Friday night and indulge in some top-tier cocktails. The menu is well crafted, and the menu design is fancy af. Our bartender was Nancy and she did a great at describing the concept and making some of the best cocktails I've had in some time. The ambience was welcoming and calm. I highly recommend this spot. They also had some great sliders as a small bite that were served with this tangy mustard that was to die for. Do yourself a favor by getting dressed up and phoning a friend to get you into this cigar/cocktail extraordinaire of a lounge.

Been wanting to try this place out for some time. Didn't know what to expect but it exceeded expectations. We waited for a little bit but were able to get in fairly quickly. Depending on size of party you may be seated with others since it's large couches seating. Place was very large and dimly lit with comfortable chairs. Being a cigar bar, they had a great selection but what impressed me the most was the air quality; no smoke! They do a great job of ventilation. The drinks and concept were very creative and cool. SO many drink options with extremely creative twists, hard to pick just one. Overall great spot for a cigar, drink and casual laid back conversation with friends and family. Will be back.

I loveeeeeee the concept. Such a good concept. Truly speakeasy. Cant get in without the code. And the phone booth is just soooo cool. Inside I loved eith the section for cigars and the section for cocktails. Decorations felt exclusive and high end. I ordered a dirty martini and it was amazing. I usually measure a place by their dirty martini and this one def impressed me. Very smooth. High quality. The downsides - only two. One is that they have a dress code but no one really followed it. I saw kids (early 20s) in sneakers and women in casual jean shorts. I felt like it took away from thr exclusivity. The second was pricing. My one martini was close to 40 bucks. But I guess it's typical for Miami I would come back. I came for a girls night. Next time coming witj the husband.

Don't call my cell phone. Call the phone booth! That's the only way you'll get into this speakeasy in Brickell Miami. @rpbbrickell is a hidden gem in a bustling city and not easy to find but once you figured it out, get ready for a good night out. It's a chill place serving well crafted cocktails and lite bites but also has a dedicated cigar lounge for the aficionados. The cocktails we tried were very good and we loved the dark lit space. It fit the speakeasy mood. To enter, you need to literally find the Red Phone Booth and dial the number. My tip is get the code from a member or apply for a membership. Bites we ordered: SHRIMP COCKTAIL BISTECCA SLIDERS TARTUFO Y FUNGHI PIZZA Cocktails we highly recommend: MARTINEZ The precursor to the modern martini, this smooth 1890s classic combines Old Tom Gin, sweet vermouth, Luxardo Maraschino, and bitters NEVER SAY NO Based on the Manhattan, this James Bond inspired, scotch-based drink features Cynar and Carpano Antica for a smooth, slightly herbal cocktail LEFT BANK MARTINI A floral martini variation blending gin, elderflower liqueur, and Sauvignon Blanc, offering a crisp, aromatic, and slightly fruity

Amazing hidden gem in Brickell! The vibe is intimate and classy--perfect for date night. The charcuterie board and pizza were delicious, and the cocktails are top-notch. Great cigar selection, smooth music, and low lighting set the mood just right. Would love to see live jazz nights in the future--and please add a coffee machine! An espresso would be the cherry on top. Definitely coming back.

You need to get a secret code to come here... lil speakeasy vibe! I highly recommend this place if you're in downtown Miami/brickell. So far it's been the best bar that we have been to in Miami. Once you get in, you are allowed to take a seat anywhere on the couches. They're very welcoming. The service was fantastic! They are very knowledgeable on their extremely large drinks menu. She recommended me a nice fruity gin drink (forgot the name) which I loved. Fiance went in to the humidor and picked himself a cigar. The cigar burned perfectly and he loved it. He even picked up another one to-go. We might come back here again in our trip. I highly recommend! Excited to visit again - they have a Nashville location (we're going to Nashville next month).

We stumbled upon this somewhat by accident but so glad we did! Really great service, amazing cocktails, and a wonderful atmosphere. The craft cocktails are expertly mixed and the flavors are perfectly balanced. The lounge feels like a speakeasy and I love the comfortable seating. Nancy and John were so welcoming and attentive! Highly recommend for anyone looking for a top notch cocktail bar experience.

Wonderful hidden speakeasy with a fantastic cigar selection. Once you enter through the red phone booth, you are transported into a different time. Dress code is strictly enforced, which keeps the ambiance and vibe authentic. The servers and bartender were knowledgeable and attentive. We visited on a Thursday night and there were plenty of locals inside. They offer memberships if you are interested. We remained in the main area, but they have a separate members only area upstairs. We are adding the Red Phone Booth to our Brickell must try locations.

I am so happy that Miami finally has their very own and REAL speakeasy! The cocktails were amazing! Bridget was a fantastic bartender guiding me through all of my drinks. She never missed! The vibe is so old school and underground which is perfect for the prohibition menu that they have.

    Jasmine M.

Soon as you get there they ask you for a code to come in, you can come in through the red phone booth which is very cute. I love the speakeasy vibe, it was dark and 1920 theme. They have a bar and lounge chairs which is nice to have both options. The drinks are a little pricy but it's a speakeasy so it's normal, the drink I got was a blackberry drink so delicious. They gave us recommendations on what we should have. The only complaint I have is that the tobacco smell is very strong so we left after one drink. Still a good time.

Ask the Community - Red Phone Booth

What are the drink prices like?

Good afternoon! Based on what my group and I were drinking--Old Fashioneds and craft tequila cocktails--the drink prices at Red Phone Booth Brickell ranged from $15 to $25. I hope this was helpful.

What's the best place to go to find the code?

Nice hotels in the area have it, as well as Sexy Fish, Dom's/DC Pie, Better Days, Casa Tiki, and making friends with a member, or catching someone outside of the place may be able to give you the code.

Something in their management or operations has clearly changed. I used to visit these venues frequently, but one night I was abruptly escorted out with no explanation or reason given. I later learned from others that if you're not constantly purchasing drinks, they will single you out and ask you to leave. I'm not a big drinker--but had I been treated with respect, I would have gladly made full dinner nights out of it there. On previous visits, security staff would oddly sit next to me and ask if I was "okay," as if something was wrong, despite there being no issue. On another occasion, I was told to leave without any explanation whatsoever. I am a well-dressed, respectful, and well-groomed individual, and the only apparent reason for this treatment was that I wasn't repeatedly buying overpriced drinks or reserving a table. Staff constantly watch and patrol the venue, which creates an uncomfortable atmosphere and discourages guests from ordering at their own pace. This made me feel unwelcome and pressured rather than relaxed. Additionally, having worked closely with city code compliance in the past, I can say that the hallway connecting Sugar and Tea Room appears too narrow during their over-capacity weekend nights, creating a potential fire hazard in the event of an emergency. I'm not sure whether the city or fire department has been made aware of this. I am a reasonable and respectful person and would not have posted this review if management had simply provided an explanation or apology after I reached out privately. I received an initial response stating they would follow up, but no further communication ever came. Brickell now offers many better options, and I've been treated far better at other venues. Until I receive an apology and a genuine welcome back, I see no reason to remove this review or return.

That was complimented by our bartender, Billy, knocking out some perfect killer classics, like a real Mai Tai, and Navy Grog, that, post the 1950s became kind of sugar filled, over-the-top mockeries of the Tiki cocktail arts. No mockery here. Just the old school magic. It's a very analog, and thankfully honest, unhipster revival for a generation who knows not of Bali Hai, Don the Beachcomber, the Mai Kai, and San Francisco's once-great, now seedy Tonga Room & Hurricane Bar, at the Fairmont Hotel, on Nob Hill. It's located in the heart of Brickell close to Brickell City Centre and next to Talkin' Tacos. I've passed it many times and never been before. Our comedy show was at 9pm so we got there early and you enter a bar area with a small dance floor and DJ booth. The door guy told us to wait next to the doors by DJ booth. They opened the doors a little after 9pm and let us in. There's this whole other room in the back with tons of seating, a stage and bar area. Some of the decor felt a bit outdated, but it was still a cool vibe nonetheless. The space is so big and has so much potential for improvement, We snagged seating in the middle area. There were several cozy couples seating in front of the stage but 2nd row, we didn't want to get picked on the entire night. Lol. The two main hosts of the comedy show looked like they worked at Blackbird Ordinary as they had staff jackets on. They were in our opinion, the FUNNIEST!!! Everyone also got free shots with their tickets. Nice bonus! Lemondrop shots!!! Whew, it's been a hot minute since I did shots. Ha. After they started the show, they introduced several local or out of towner comedians and honestly, it was a good diverse crew of comedians. I coordinated ahead of time with the night manager regarding a prix fixe menu that included drinks for our group of 20 ladies. When we arrived, there was unfortunately some confusion. From our prior conversations, I don't recall it being explained that it would be more of a sit-and-stand dinner setup. The space itself was beautiful, but it felt more suited for cocktails rather than a seated dinner for a large group. We were offered another option at the Tea Room on the other side, which had more dining space. I will say the food was excellent--Asian tapas-style cuisine and everything we tried was very good. However, there still weren't enough seats for everyone, and two bridesmaids and I ended up standing for most of the dinner. They did eventually bring out two chairs, but by that point I was already a bit frustrated. Another challenge was communication with the staff. We were being charged for sparkling water when we had asked for regular water, which should have been included with our meal. I also had to remind them that our package included two drinks per person. The drinks came out slowly, while the food came out quickly. I understand accommodating a group of 20 can be challenging, and overall everything worked out with a few bumps along the way. That said, the food really was excellent. I would definitely come back but with a much smaller group or for a date night.

We had the shishito peppers which were great and grilled perfectly and the ahi tuna tostadas which were so filling for a happy hour bite. The tostadas were sweet but salty with the tuna on top- yum! To top it off the drinks were DELICIOUS. I had the Paloma which had a cinnamon tajin rim and was perfectly sweet yet refreshing. The ambiance is cool and chill. Will for sure be returning here for their hh and also to try other items on the menu! And also to see Henry C he was the best.
