If you're looking for a different experience from traditional seated dining, this is a great spot. It has an open layout with mainly outdoor seating and a jazzy, old fashioned vibe. You can choose from a selection of cheeses, wines, or champagne, paired with olives, jam, and bread, all at reasonable prices. The live jazz performances add a nice touch, and the service is always great. I've been here a few times, and it's consistently a fun, lively place. If you're in the Miami area, it's definitely worth checking out.

Lagniappe is New Orleans for a little something extra. I've been itching to check out this spot for a whileS rhe concept is very similar to bacchanal wine in the bywater in NOLA. It did bot disappoint. Walk in grab a glass (or bottle) a wine, pick your own charcuterie board, or wander to the back and get a beer or meal from rhe eclectic menu. Come early to snag a seat or stand an enjoy the live music. Great for a group or intimate date night. I suggest going for a glass as bottles can be hit or miss even if you know your wines we're

Always a good time here, one can tell by the way it's always packed. Beautiful patio to enjoy some wine, a charcuterie board, and a nice conversation. Occasionally, we sit inside and enjoy the music, but it could be challenging if you are trying to have a conversation, worth it though. We especially love how well priced everything is, there are only a few places left with Lagniappe's vibe, and none truly like it. Miami has seen an increase in wine bars over the last 5 years, but there is something nostalgic and beautiful about this place. It continues to be at the top of my list.

My group organized a social at Lagniappe. I was plenty surprised by the large outdoor area. We ordered several charcuterie boards & shared plates of salmon, chicken, & steak. No one left hungry. Everything was delicious. Lovely wine selection as well. All our drinks & food arrived in a timely manner. By the time we left there was a jazz band performing inside. I would recommend.

we didn't order any food but we did buy a bottle of white wine for the table and it was great (Franc Beausejour Blanc, if curious). they have a great selection, with a large range of prices so there's no need to spend a lot to have a great time. My group went on a Wednesday and the vibe was still amazing, it wasn't packed but there was still a nice group of people which added to the ambiance. Highly recommend for a fun wine night out.

Hands down the best spot for a date night, girls night, chill night whatever type of night lol. The vibes here are always high and the service is always great. Start off by choosing your wine and cold cuts to be prepared in the building inside and then make your way to the outdoor area where it has a variety of seating either under the roof or out in the night sky. Absolutely love coming here.

So so good for a girls night. You get to pick out your wine and what meats and cheeses you can for your charcuterie board and they prepare it for you with greasy bread and jam! So delicious service is pretty quick but there's very limited seating as it gets so packed so be prepared to arrive early specially if you're with a big group!

Can't write enough about this place. If you are looking for a vibrant and casual patio with your friends to have your selection of wine bottle and charcuterie boards, this is the spot! Live music inside, huge patio. Be there early (until 7:30PM) if you want to get a good table. It gets so packed that me and my friends were once offered money to give up our seats (obviously not giving up in this beautiful spot!) also, this was the only picture I had because all the cheese and meat are so fresh that mouth ate before the camera everytime!

I'm a fan of red wines and I loved that lagniappe had such a wide selection. The team was really friendly and let me try a few different options before I settled on the Syrah. It was rich and delicious and I had a great time sitting in their comfy couches while we sipped. The interior is decorated with lots of frames and cozy vibes and dim light. It feels like everyone is enjoying their wine together in a warm friendly atmosphere. I believe they have live music at night but unfortunately I didn't get a chance to stop by again to enjoy that. I'd definitely plan for that next time though!

Always a great time but does get really busy so come early to grab a seat. The charcuterie cheeses and hams are always fresh and super good.

I love the vibe of this place. It's not crazy which I love. The live music and be a hit or miss depending who is playing but you can always see who is on their website. Music starts at 9pm. This is NOT a byob establishment (Confirmed with the bar. ). I bought a bottle of moscato for $30. Not horrible if you are sharing. Enjoy!! DONT FORGET A FAN!! it's hotttt!!

Such a cool cool spot. I love wine and food, so this place is the perfect combination of both. Plus include good music and good vibes and lagniappe quickly became my favorite spot. The whole place is large with an eclectic combination of furniture and design. You pick out your wine by the bottle as well as certain meats and cheeses you may want. Then, the employees behind the bar will uncork the bottle and plate a beautiful charcuterie board for you based on your choices. I will definitely be coming back I loved the wines i had and especially the delicious cheeses!

Perfect atmosphere with warm lights and live music to enjoy a bottle of win ane charcuterie. The only difficulty you may find during peak times is seating. However, perfect spot for a chill night,, date night, or girls night.

From the second you pull up the driveway, you are greeted by rolling rows of vines and an atmosphere that instantly makes you drop your shoulders and relax. It completely lives up to its name--the vibe is effortlessly mellow, sophisticated, and incredibly welcoming. Here is why this place has officially become my absolute favorite spot: 1. The Wine & Food Pairings are Masterful The culinary team here clearly works hand-in-hand with the winemakers, because the pairings are flawless. We started with a crisp, beautifully balanced white blend paired with an artisanal charcuterie board featuring locally sourced cheeses and a phenomenal house-made fig jam. For the main course, the slow-braised short rib literally melted off the bone, and when paired with their estate estate Syrah, it was pure magic. Every bite was an absolute home run. 2. Breathtaking Atmosphere & Ambiance The design of the restaurant strikes the perfect balance between rustic vineyard charm and modern elegance. We sat out on the covered patio, which offers sweeping, unobstructed views of the vineyard. As the sun began to set, they lit the fire pits and turned on string lights, creating an incredibly romantic, warm glow across the entire space. It's the kind of environment where you just want to linger for hours over dessert and another bottle. 3. World-Class Hospitality What truly elevates Mellow Grapes is the service. Our server was incredibly knowledgeable without an ounce of pretentiousness. They walked us through the tasting notes of each wine, shared the history of the vineyard, and gave us brilliant recommendations based on our personal palates. The pace of the meal was perfect--we never felt rushed, yet we were perfectly looked after the entire evening. The Verdict Mellow Grapes is an absolute gem. Whether you're celebrating a special occasion, planning a perfect date night, or just want to treat yourself to an exquisite meal and fantastic wine, this place delivers on every front. The passion behind the food, the wine, and the hospitality is evident in every single detail. I'm already counting down the days until my next visit. As others have stated, Magie is good in concept and we'll likely return here, but with just a bit…read moremore effort on their part this wine bar could be so much better IMO. Unlike some other reviewers that scoffed at the prices of the wine, that didn't bother me so much. We had a bottle here that cost $55 and it retails for about $28; I was OK with that, as all restaurants and wine bars have a markup above retail, and even when you go to spots like Happy Wine or El Carajo and pick out a bottle to drink while in their shop, they charge a corkage fee for that. What I did have a problem with is that, after the "service charge" and other fees were added on, our $55 bottle rang up to more than $73 in total, which was ludicrous. When we first arrived at Magie we were met by a young guy who pointed out the bottles and where the various charcuterie items are located in the coolers, and we were then pretty much left on our own. We really just wanted a glass of wine each, but unlike places like Vinoteca, here at Magie they had a very limited selection of wines by the glass, and the ones available all seemed to come in single-serve cans. We picked out a bottle to share, went to the register, paid and the guy opened it and handed us 2 glasses. When I returned to get napkins, the guy just motioned to where the napkins were so I could grab my own (after moving a delivery cart out of the way by myself so I could reach them). Again, though this place includes an automatic "service charge", we received zero actual "service" unless one considers the 45 seconds it takes to uncork our bottle and charge us for the purchase. We had a seat, had a glass of wine each and then re-corked our bottle of wine and took it with us. Overall I think Magie is a great concept with lots of potential. The inside seating area is interestingly decorated and outfitted with lots of eclectic furniture and items on the walls, and the relatively large patio seating out front with tables for 2 to 8 people is shielded from the adjacent street/traffic and shaded by lots of trees and greenery. The ambiance overall is really very nice. The service, however, was non-existent, especially considering the automatic charge for that, and while prices of at least some wines aren't terribly out of line, the fact that all the service charges, taxes and fees added $20 to the cost of our bottle was a bit of a shocker. Magie should consider adding more wines by the glass IMO. Not just subpar quality single-serve cans, but decent wines, poured from a proper bottle with a topper that preserves the wine between pours like most every quality wine bar commonly offers. Lastly, while I don't think anyone expects linen napkins and white glove service, the paper plates and plastic cutlery customers are given to eat with are a bit off vs. what this place appears to be trying to be and the prices charged. The "F*ck Brunch" positioning statement on the back of the staffs' shirts was an interesting touch.

Instead, we were sat at the smallest bar seating, which was completely inappropriate and not romantic at all for an occasion like Valentine's Day. As soon as we sat down, I politely asked if we could be moved. The manager then told me that I had booked bar seating, which is simply not true. Why would anyone reserve bar seating a month in advance for Valentine's Day? I checked my reservation confirmation myself and it never stated that, and I even tried making another reservation to verify ..bar seating wasn't even an option. He told us he would "see what he could do," and we were left waiting at the bar with no water, no menus, no service, and no communication whatsoever. Meanwhile, we watched multiple couples get seated at proper tables back-to-back. At one point, we even overheard another couple say their reservation was at the same time as ours, and they were seated at a table immediately. When I tried to politely ask for an update, the manager or owner completely ignored me. No acknowledgment, no apology, nothing. I was honestly in shock at how disrespectful and dismissive they were. We ended up getting up and leaving because of how uncomfortable and disrespected we felt. Valentine's Day is supposed to be special, and this restaurant completely ruined that experience.
